Very well. The job was completed with no fuss or muss. Took about 30 minutes to finish and he was on to the next job.

The tech was very friendly, helpful and professional. He took time to answer all my questions and volunteered to caulk some holes in my floor boards as a courtesy. It rained a few days later so I can't fully tell what the effectiveness of the spray really was. After about two weeks or so most of the bugs were back, and the German roaches were not affected by it at all, as the technician warned they wouldn't be.

The technician introduced himself explained how and what would be done for the extermination. Explained the difference to exterminate for mosquitoes. He mentioned no standing water. I will be calling back for mosquitoes extermination. No contract you can pay for however many mosquitoes treatments you choose.

Caught 2 rodents and removed. Set outside trap and followed up.

We have used Bella Bug for years after having had problems with several previous providers. We always have been exceptionally pleased with their work. They have provided general indoor pest control and have worked outside our home with rodent removal and prevention, ant control. The technician is always on time, very thorough and very pleasant. I can not recommend them highly enough.

They were polite and professional on the phone, very accommodating, and on time to do the service. Our tech was professional and explained what he was going to do and recommendations for the future. He did not try to hard sell or push us to buy anything. We have been seeing dead bugs around the house now for the first week so we know what he did is working. He also put down granular killer around the perimeter of the property and told us it will continue to work for up to a year to protect pests from coming onto the property...so when it rains, the granules will reactivate. It all seems to be working so far so we are happy with the service and will schedule them regularly to do our service.

The job went well and I appreciate that the technician explained what he was doing. I didn't give an excellent rating because last week I found a few of the pesky red ants in the bathroom trash can and plan to call and see if they come back to respray in that area.

The ants are gone and the employee was friendly and very helpful.

Excellent service by Bella Bugs. They provide advanced notice of when they will arrive and do a thorough treatment of the outside of my house including yard. I'm very satisfied with their service.

Very well! Eddie was the technician and gets an A+ from me. He was friendly, efficient and informative, telling me exactly what he would do. I hope Eddie is a typical example of their employees! After he finished, he pointed out other issues that needed attention. I will be following up with those suggestions.

Great! They showed up on time, did their job. Show and described all the different nest we had around the house. They advised that bees may come back, if so to call the office and schedule another appointment for free.

They were awesome. After first treatment the ants came back for my tree had infested the house. Second time the owner came out himself. The ant have disappeared. Great service I recommend them.

The guys were very knowledgeable and took care of the problem. They set up traps, blocked entry points, and came back 2 weeks later to clean up and remove traps, etc.

Called initially for pricing and information. Everyone on the phone was helpful. Made an appointment the same week for quarterly service as well as flea treatment. Service tech was polite, professional and a good communicator.
