These guys are great! I told them my situation, and he gave me a great recommendation to remedy a flea problem in my storage shed. Because I already did a bunch of spraying back there, he told me that I just needed to wait until the next stage of eggs had hatched. Basically, he could have easily convinced me to pay him to come by, but instead he was honest and told me that my problem was about to resolve itself from what I had already done. They're honest and I really like that.

They came because I have a rat problem in my attic and to also do a perimeter treatment for bugs/roaches. They sought out and killed a large wasp nest which had built up in the eaves of my screened in porch. The technician was incredibly thorough, on time, and very nice - especially for having to kill a bunch of aggressive wasps which wasn't in the original plan. He suited up and took on the job like a trooper! Thanks Aztec. You are great.

Well. The first time they came to treat for ants, they were thorough and timely. We saw ants after a month. I called and they cheerfully put me on the route asap, came back, and re-applied ant bait. It rained 2 hours later. So... they actually came back a week later and did it AGAIN! Great service. No ants since!

I've used them before and will use them again. They're terrific, and will tell you if there's a home remedy to try before setting up an appointment. Plus the materiaals they use are safe around pets.

Awesome! After calling another company (that we had used before) incessantly, trying to get them to come out, I decided to call Aztec. They were FANTASTIC. They came out within a couple days, they dealt directly with my tenants so I didn't have to play middle-man. And they did a great job. VERY happy with their work and professionalism. Would certainly recommend them.

The experience was very good. I wasn't here when they applied everything, my husband told me what they did and he didn't have any negative comments at all. They were higher in price than other companies, but they also offer a more organic treatment than others offer.

I remember thinking it was kind of expensive but I was very pleased with it. They were very punctual and the guy was very pleasant and informative. The stuff that they use is non-toxic to kids and pets, once he left I couldn’t tell he had been here because there wasn’t a smell or anything, and the bugs are gone.

Aztec did my house July, 2007 and it was insect-free until a few months ago when a few ants appeared in the kitchen sink area, entering through some old, cracked and shrunken caulk. A few roaches in the garage in the past 3 years, none inside the house.

The Aztec inspector came out at the agreed upon time and went through our 4-townhouse complex...inside and out. He then provided a report which said "you're fine...call us when you need us." Then we got a bill and paid it. All went well. No mess...no fuss...just good common sense approach.

We have had a cockroach infestation for several month. Aztec treated for them in January and they abated for a while, but they came back so we called for another service as well as a general outdoor treatment for all the summer bugs. Their service man is very professional, arrives exactly as scheduled, knows the house and where to treat and accomplishes his tasks thoroughly. Unfortunately cockroaches seem to like to persist. With our permission he used an experimental garlic spray in the back yard to get rid of mosquitos. Aside from the smell for two days it has been very effective. Unfortunately it seems to have chased away other creatures, including butterflies and squirrels! I think next time we will ask for something else.

They are an organic pest control service which is unique. The guy who came out was very friendly. I will use them again in the future.

The pests have been way down. We've had a couple of little spiders but nothing like we had before. He was in and out real quickly. He was nice. I was here alone with my son when he came and I felt perfectly safe so it was a positive experience.

This is the second time that I have used Aztec. My tenant prefers their organic method and I was happy to oblige. The person answering the phone was responsive and friendly. They don't take credit cards but they were happy to bill us so I did not have to meet them on the property, which I appreciate. Their pricing seems in line with others.

This service is not the first time Aztec was used for our home and property. We find that they are prompt and helpful in identifying pests. Of course they use organic materials which we prefer. We will use Aztec again.

Mike came at the early end of his estimated time, arriving exactly at 8am (the estimate was 8am-10am). He got right to work, was very pleasant to work with. Being squeamish about roaches, I sure appreciate when he told me there was an area where the roaches had been "partying" rather than saying "bad infestation." The products they used to do the treatment left only a very slight odor. We've been finding lots of dead or dying roaches each day and have only seen a couple of fully live, but slow moving ones. I look forward to working with this company again. I'm so so glad they didn't push a contract!! The timeliness, professionalism, and effective job have convinced me to set up my own schedule of quarterly use of the company.

I had a problem with scorpions and other bugs like crickets, spiders, etc. But mainly scorpions. They came out and sprayed around the house and also inside. The person dusted the attic and garage as well, and plugged all the weep holes with gauze. Treatment for ants was extra, but they suggested I try Amdro instead! It worked for the first two months; the only bugs I found afterwards were dead. However, after that I started to see live bugs in the garage and in general all over the outside of the house. My wife was stung by a scorpion inside the house, and I found two other scorpions in the garage as well (as well as crickets, spiders, etc.). It was clear the stuff they sprayed broke down after two months. Calling around, I found that most pest control companies find that this is the amount of time the pesticide lasts, and most offer a bimonthly spray schedule. Aztec did give me a 3 month guarantee, so they did come and out redo the spraying for free. The guy on the phone was a little rude the second time I called them (after two months), but the person who actually came out (the same guy who came out earlier) was well-mannered and seemed to know his stuff (he did tell me scorpions are tough to get rid of). I live in an area with new construction and I am surrounded on three sides by empty lots, so I have a more challenging bug problem than most people, and probably need my house re-sprayed every two months. So I will be going to with another company that does offer a two-month re-spray without a annual contract. However, I would recommend Aztec if you have a "standard" bug problem; the spray does work, but only for two months (in a "normal" neighborhood that should get rid of the bugs for longer that that).

They did a really good job. I have not had problems with pest since them.

I have used Aztec since 2005. They are always punctual, professional and very effective. When we moved into this house in 2000, it had a bad silverfish infestation. We started out using ChemFree for a few years. They were coming out every 2-3 months and the infestation only seemed to worsen. Since we switched to Aztec, they are finally under control with only 1-2 treatments a year. Also no roaches, scorpions, millipedes or other unwanted pests. Yay!

They were friendly and they were on time. They spent time locating the nest to eliminate the problem as opposed to just treating the symptoms.

They used organic and not chemical products. Their pricing was reasonable and the quality of their work was good.

They took care of ants and some other problem. They were nice and punctual. They did their work. There was a hole from where some raccoons were coming in and I asked them if they would do something. They said they would be back and they brought the cement. They came back in 6 days and without much of an extra charge either. I did not think they were overcharging me. I was happy with their price. I don’t have any bugs.
