Very well! Enrique evaluated our situation on Monday, Sep 14th. I appreciated his HONESTY saying that he couldn't treat fire ants that day nor in the next few days while the ground was wet. He was also REALISTIC about when the ants would disappear, which would be in 3-7 days after the baiting, and how long they would stay away. He was HONEST about the microscopic black ant issues saying they're almost impossible to prevent (which is true). He was not overly eager to either treat every nook and cranny whether it needed it or not, nor did he try to scare me about swarms of insects that might come if they don't use all their treatments, whether they work or not. I also appreciated the bating method used versus a spray/poison, which only move the mounds(as my entomologist friends in College Station tell me), especially since i have kids who occasionally go barefoot in the grass. He told me he'd be back probably on TH when the ground was drier and would call before to connect with us. He followed through coming on TH, and the ants have disappeared as he said they would. What more could you ask for in a pest control service? Honesty, realism, reliability! Glad to have finally found a good pest service!!! If you're good, you don't need the quarterly contracts to keep the customers coming back(they don't have contracts. Yes!). Good service is a stronger bond.

It was really nice not having to move or hide food or worry about getting toxic materials near our food or pets. We're expecting a baby early next year, and it will be nice to use a service for controlling pests that we feel confident won't harm our growing family or our two cats. So far it's worked well; we haven't seen any resurgence and are happy to return our dry goods to the pantry! If we DO have issues w/in the next 3 months, Aztec will come back and re-treat for no charge.

They are very punctual and polite. They let you know what they are doing and what you can expect. They also have a 90-day guarantee on their work. They are very curteous and professional. I have used them for several years and never had a problem.

What I like about them is that they do not use anything that would be harmful to our kids or our dog. It has actually been really effective too. They do both inside and out. They have been great and always show up on time. They say their treatments last three to four months, but we usually only have to call after four months.

They were okay. They sprayed up the chimney, around the windows and door frames. They were very professional and prompt in sending someone out to the work.

Anytime we see bugs, we call them immediately and they respond quickly. They are always professional, and they never leave a mess. I recommend them without reservation

They do a once a year treatment. They come out twice. The second time they came back they didn't charge and they did a full service. They are safe for kids. There aren't a bunch of wet chemicals around the house. They spray the nearby trees as well. The first time they came they didn't have to come back for two years. The second time I had to pull everything out of our cabinets. They were here six months ago and I haven't seen anything so far. They are nice and professional.

We started seeing a lot of winged ants inside our house at the beginning of February. Through my research on the internet (and inspecting the ants) I determined that they were carpenter ants and that it was likely we had nest(s) in our house. I also read that the best way to treat carpenter ants is to try to find the nest(s) and treat them directly because carpenter ants do not respond well to baits (and it recommended professionals because finding the nests is not an easy task). Of the four pest control companies we called from Angie's List, only Aztec offered the service to actually find the nests and treat them directly. All three other companies offered us general pest control with quarterly or bi-monthly follow-up treatments or a one-time general treatment, even though I told them all the only problem we had was carpenter ants. I am a firm believer in only treating the pest problem I have so Aztec had my business from that point on. The tech showed up when planned and even called to see if he could be a little early. Once he arrived, I gave him a brief explanation and walk around to show him where we were seeing the most of the ants (usually already dead) and explained when we started seeing their activity. He spent about 1.5 hours walking around the house looking for the ants and then treated them. In the end, he found a total of three nests, which included both carpenter ants and acrobat ants. He treated all the nests directly and put some additional bait on the ground where the acrobat ants were gaining access to our house. He showed me where all the nests were and explained what he had done and what he used for treatment (and the precautions for my outdoor cats). Within a day or two the numbers of ants (dead or alive) had drastically decreased and since I've only seen 1 or 2 acrobat ants in random places in the house. It's only been 2 weeks and their warranty extends from 3 weeks (to give the bait ample time to work through the whole colony) to 3 months. So, presently I'm very happy with their work. If anything changes, I will update my review!

They are an organic company, and do not use chemicals. I do like them and have referred them. I originally used them six years ago. I have been very pleased because, the people that are sent know what they are doing. They guarantee the work for 90 days. If they haven't fixed the problem, they come back out to spray again or try a different method. I think that is important because, sometimes is not always easy to get rid of critters. I have had a positive experience overall.

Overall went very well. They showed up on time, were very polite, and sprayed non-toxic pest control substance throughout the house (2600 sq ft feet) and outdoor patio area (1000 sq ft). We found a lot of dead roaches over the next few weeks, but unfortunately started to see live ones again. Aztec had a guarantee for their service and with one phone call, came back out to repeat the service. We haven't seen any more roaches in months.

This company doesn't work on a contract basis, which seems to be unusual for Texas. Most places have you pay a yearly fee which entitles you to one or two "preventative" visits a year and unlimited calls for pest issues that come up. Aztec has you pay only when you have they come out, and they guarantee the work on the specific problem you call them for. I was hesitant at first, as I figured we would need them several times a year like we did with our old pest company, and it would end up costing more, but that hasn't been the case.They took care of a problem we had in our current house and gladly answered a bunch of questions I had at the time, and we haven't needed them back in more than a year. The person who came out, explained in detail about what they spray with and how it works. We have kids and a pet and really like not having the heavy duty chemicals used in our house.

Didn't work. They were very nice when I called and asked them to return, but again, the products did not work for our particular pest problems.

They are an organic company that doesn't use really harsh chemicals. They are very courteous and friendly. They are a very reliable and trustworthy company.

They came to my house and sprayed for tree roaches and ants throughout the house. Three weeks later I have not seen a single insect. There was no smell, and my pets showed no after effects. They were very professional and prompt. I would definitely use them again.

Everything was good, they were on time, and reasonably priced. They did not pressure me into anything I did not want.

This is the third time I have used their services. I like that they use organic products and their personnel is real nice and informed. They were prompt and called before they came over.

Each person was very professional, informative and friendly. They explained the process, did what they said they'd do, and did it well, in a timely manner. We really appreciated being able to call an organic service to get rid of the roaches, as we trust that there will be no negative effect to our pets or ourselves!

I am so happy organic pest spray from Aztec Pest worked. They even made a follow up call to see how the treatment worked. They have a wonderful product and I would sure call them again for any pest control issues.

I was fairly happy with my experience with Aztec. They came right out when we called about the roach problem. They were also helpful by telling us in a consultation over the phone how to handle the problem with the moths so they didn't have to charge us to come out again. The only thing that I would have to sat is that they could improve on is following up better with the customers.

They are great! They have no contracts as they do not believe in them. I like the fact that they return back out if we have any problems afterwards. I highly recommend them to others.

Very well. I had used Aztec Organic Pest Service two years ago and it was time for another general extermination. I live in an older part of town and my property has lots of trees and English ivy growing on one of the exterior walls. Michael Daniel, the Aztec Technician, came out and did general extermination services both outside and inside. My biggest problem is tree roaches and Aztec has successfully kept them at bay. Michael also looked at some areas where I was concerned about termites and advised me that this was old termite damage and nothing to work about. One of the reasons I like this company is that I have two dogs and I don't want them poisoned by inorganic substances. I used to use one of national brand name extermination vendors who would come out every month. I noticed that my dogs would always seem a little woozy for the next few days. Also, who really wants to deal with that every month? Aztec is superior and needs only annual or biannual application.

I liked this company because they use all natural sprays and substances which are pet friendly. They sprayed along the fence, around the trees, flower beds, the exterior of the house, and edges of the walkway. I recommend this service because it is earth friendly.

We were having a problem with rats getting into our attic and they did a very good job our getting rid of them. After the rats ate the pellets they put down, they died. There was still a unpleasant odor from the urine that Aztec came back in with a special sanitizing deodorizer which fixed the problem.

Aztec explained their scorpion & centipede treatment which is all organic. They sent a technician who was very polite & thorough. He explained everything he was doing, which exactly matched what we'd been told in our phone conversation. He also pointed out some potential pest entry points that we needed to correct. Within 48 hours of treatment, we found our first dead scorpion and several other insects that we didn't know we had. We've had no living invaders yet. One month later, the treatment appears to continue to work.
