Description of Work: Replaced cracked windshield for about half of what a national company quoted me. Additionally, Auto Glass Services were able to come out and fix it that day, where the national company couldn't get to me for over a week. Their tech did a great job, was courteous, and even transferred my registration sticker to the new window without damaging it at all. | |Top notch folks. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: They replaced the windshield on my 2012 Prius -- it had a 3-foot long crack that had developed from being hit by a rock. They took off and replaced not only my registration & inspection stickers, but the TxTag as well. All in a little under an hour, and in the garage of the place where I work. Super service, and a year guarantee.

Description of Work: Fantastic service and price! I needed my passenger side window (Honda CR-V) replaced asap; Glass Doctor quoted me over $200 for the same exact service and said they had to order the glass. Auto Glass Solutions charged less and had the window in stock so I just got off the phone with them, drove over, and in an hour I had one less thing to worry about. The only minor complaint I have is something that I just realized yesterday: Part of the black rubber lip (that prevents rain from going down the window and into the door itself) was ripped off by the service personnel. If I asked, I'm pretty sure they'd replace it - I'm just too busy to follow up on it.

Description of Work: This is the 2nd time I've used them, good experience all around. Easy to make the appointment, easy to find, took my car right away both times and I didn't experience any follow up problems. Just be warned that their facility is very basic and there isn't much of a waiting room. I took a book up to the Jack-in-the-box next door to wait.
