Amateur and unprofessional. Don’t take your Tesla here! Be warned. Called to replace the windshield for my Tesla Model 3 2023. Wanted it replaced same day but was told by Auto Glass Solutions they couldn’t work on my car til the following week. I said I already had a competitor appointment for next day, he wanted my business so told me he could see me same day. I called multiple places who told me they couldn’t work on my car because of the calibration process, so I mentioned this to Auto Glass Solutions and they assured me it was the same as all 2022 / 2023 model 3s. So I drove 45 minutes from Buda to drop off my car. Took an Uber home only to get a call from Auto Glass Solutions that they couldn’t work on my car because Tesla “changed the codes” to the computer and they didn’t know how to calibrate. After another 45 min $40 Uber ride, I arrived to pick up my car. I asked the manager to pay for the Uber rides since he wasted my whole day, and he said, “are you serious? Come on buddy, I got the glass, it’s on Tesla for changing the codes.” I disagreed and told him he didn’t know what he was doing and he wasted my day and if he didn’t want to refund my Uber I would leave a bad review. He told me “get the fu__ out of here then! Leave a review on Google and Yelp.” Full blown anger problem outrage. You couldn’t pay me to bring my Tesla to these amateurs, and you will see what I’m talking about as soon as you see the workplace they operate out of. Don’t take your Tesla here. Don’t take your car here. Go to Atlas Auto or Safelite. I warned you.

Called at noon and they told me if I could make it by 1:00 they would fit me in on Saturday. Got there and within 5 minutes, they were working on my car. The job was done in 30 minutes. Excellent work and communication. Very honest and reliable. Will use again.

Installer Chris did a good. He came at agreed time but had to go back as he got wrong glass. Came back with the right glass in about 2 hours and finished the job. He left the car cleaner than when he started. Work was done on 4/18 so it is too early to tell how it will hold.

Went very well. Easy to make the appointment, the technician came out to my address, and replaced the windshield quickly & efficiently. Also managed to maintain my EZTag stickers! Good price too.

It went very well. The office staff was very friendly, as were the installers. The word done was very clean and high quality, with the vehicle cleaner than when I took it in. The price here was much less than any of the other quotes I found. They did an incredible job, and went above and beyond by responding to my inquiries on a Sunday. Thanks again!

I logged a request through Angie's List and received a prompt response. They came out to our school and replaced it onsite. This is the second car for which they have replaced a windshield for us. Great work - they know exactly what they are doing.

I had a small crack that was expanding on my windshield. I called Auto Glass and they sent Courtney out the same day. He called to give me a 30 minute heads up and when he got here, he got straight to work. They sent out both a regular and a heated windshield since I wasn't sure which one I had (heated, as it turns out). The price was extremely competitive. The mobile service was super fast and convenient.

I made an appointment, arrived on time, they fixed it right away and I was on my way in 20 minutes. The chip did not disappear, but I did not expect it to go, but it is less visible and it sure beats the price of a new windshield. They were responsive and on time and I appreciated that.

I contacted Mark through Craigslist. I chose him because he had a large range of available hours, and he had a lot of positive reviews from customers. When we talked by phone, Mark asked some very direct questions about the windshield, and when it became clear that I did not know the answers, he asked for a copy of my VIN (vehicle identification number). Mark did the legwork for me, and figured out which windshield i needed and the right price. These guys really know what they are doing. Courtney came out to my work based on my schedule, and was terrific - personable and professional. If I could rate Mark and his team higher than a five, I would do it. I had a crack on my windshield, which Safelite said could not be repaired and they quoted me $340 to repair. After the crack grew above 6 inches, I called Glass Solutions and they gave me a much more reasonable quote. I scheduled a replacement with them and they said they could come out to my work within the next couple of days (it had been raining heavily that day and heavy rain was predicted the next day also). They told me they'd call me on Friday depending on the weather. Since it was raining on Friday I figured they wouldn't be able to come out, but I got a call from Courtney at noon and he said he'd be over in 20 mins. Sure enough, Courtney was there despite the rain at the time he said. We had to wait for the rain to let up, but once it calmed down, he put up his canopy and got to work. He was done within the hour and the windshield looks great! I was really impressed that he got it done despite the rain. Thank you, Courtney!

Made an appointment to get windshield repaired this morning. I arrived at scheduled time and they got right on it. All the work was done in about 20 minutes. Insurance covered repair and the receptionist was very pleasant to deal with. This is the 2nd time I have used them and will use them again if needed. They are upfront about what they can and can't do about the repair and risks. I have been very pleased with their work and service.

I've just returned home from having my car windshield replaced by Auto Glass Solutions and the replacement could not have gone better. First of all, Auto Glass Solutions was the only business that responded when I sent out three identical requests for pricing through Angie's List, so they immediately had my business. They were working on my windshield within two hours of my call to make the appointment. Everyone at the shop was friendly and the work was professional. I had no idea how many steps are involved in replacing a windshield and the tech, Josh, covered every one with attention to the smallest detail.

They took care of me right away. Friendly & professional. Repair looks great.

I made an appointment last week smoothly and easily. Courtney came today, called before arriving, perfectly prompt. We confirmed what was to be done and the price, and he went to work. He was very agreeable and happy to explain what he was doing. He had all the right tools for the job, and went at it professionally. I was very confident that he was doing an excellent job. He finished up, replaced all the window stickers and toll road passes, and I paid him. It looks beautiful. Price was 55% of the vendor recommended by my insurance company.

Quick response, and quick and efficient installations.

Repaired two windshield chips - one was pretty bad. The lesser repair is almost unnoticable, the bad one didn't disappear, but greatly improved and should prevent it from spreading. I arrived a few minutes early to my appointment. They got right to it and. had me finished in around 10 minutes.

They were professional and prompt. I made an appointment and they started working on my vehicle within about 5 minutes of my appointment time. Repair took less than 30 minutes. I was just a little disappointed that the crack area is very visible from the inside of the car, but it is totally clear from the outside. I've been told that that is a common result from this type of windshield repair. The crack has not spread since the repair.

We both had our repairs completed at their place of business. It's definitely not fancy, but they're friendly, professional, do great work and at the end of it we didn't feel like we were getting an unfair deal. I would suggest paying in cash if you can because they have not embraced the computer revolution. In other words, the man at the check out window is using a calculator and will run your card with a manual slider payment system that makes a carbon copy of your receipt. It takes a while so cash is faster.
