Mark was a really nice guy and immediately got my truck in and started working on replacing the broken back glass. Not only did they sweep out all the glass from the inside of the truck but also the glass in the bed. I've used these guys before and I'll come back the next time I have a glass repair need.

The experience was great, their technician (Lupe) did a great job. I called them in the morning and they were able come to my house and replace my windshield that afternoon. Lupe arrived 15 minutes early and was done with the job in a little less than an hour.

Called and they came to my house the same day. I had two windshields repaired. The cost for BOTH was the same as a quote I got from another company for ONE windshield. They were super quick, efficient, and inexpensive. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone! Customer Service is an A+

Driving to a soccer tournament, a rock hit the window. As the crack spread over the next few days, I knew I had to replace the windshield soon - the glare in the crack line was blinding! I found Austin Glass on Angie's List with good reviews. When I called, we set up a time for the following day. Then they called me back and said they had someone available. All in all, it was only 4 hours from first phone call to completed job - incredible! And the price was great! All the excellent reviews were right

The first window had a defect but came back the next day and replaced it again.

When I called they were able to schedule an appointment when I was available. I arrived a bit early, they worked on it right then and were quick. Their office has wi-fi so I got some work done while they completed the work (although not much because they were fast). They told me what to expect and what to do/not do in the next few days, and I was good to go.

They were excellent. They were very professional. Very quick. The process was totally painless.

I got a golf ball through my windshield and I called them. My little girl was in the back seat of my car. She was traumatic and I needed my car. The guy came over, which I really appreciated, and he didn't charge me for it. He did it right away and for the right price. Everything he did was spot on. I called and they were kind of busy. Some guy just appeared out of nowhere probably a couple of hours after I called. He came to my house and did everything in the driveway. He cleaned everything and took it away. I had researched it because I had seen a lot of really high prices and they seemed to be really low. I grilled them to death about why they were so low. He ended up doing a great job. I have now been driving around for a couple of years and nothing has happened. He was a very nice guy. I remember it was in the middle of the summer and it was probably over 100 degrees. He was sweating like a pig but he kept on working. Their price was quite a bit less than what most people wanted. I would use him again in the future.

The work went very well and fast. The work went quick and cleaned up after the work was done. Mark explained the work that was done. He provided good information about windshields I never knew about. Very nice people in the office. And a very cool office.

They are convenient since they come out and meet me wherever I am. They showed up on time. They didn?t respond to the voice mail left on their answering machine. So I had to call them back the next day. I would use their services in the future too.

Left key, went out, work was done, called in credit card information. Later I returned home to find reciept, spare key and clean new windshield.

Their operational model is call and they come to you. The quoted price was a pleasant surprise. I made an appointment and the technician showed up reasonably close to the time at my home. The glass was replaced and everything cleaned up nicely. The technician then showed me the work and asked that I test the operation of the window, door lock and even the stereo speaker in that door. I appreciated the full test he recommended as I would not have thought to test all of these while he was there and this way we both knew the job was done without side effects. The labor charge of $30.00 was very reasonable considering he spent a good hour doing the replacement, cleaning up and testing. There was no charge for travel time or mileage. Overall as pleasant an experience as one could expect after having a window broken out of your car. Should I need this service in the future, I?ll call Auto Glass Solutions immediately.

They showed up at my house when they said and repaired it no fuss. Cost was as estimated. Forgot to put on my radio antenna but when I called they came back out to do it at my work. I would use them again.

I would consider using this company in the future if they contacted me, or actually answered their phone and email.

I shopped a couple places and and based on their Angie's List reputation, price and location, I picked them for the repair. They started on it within 5 minutes of my arrival. Discussed candidly that the size of this crack, may still spread after the repair. If it did, they would apply the full amount of the repair toward a new windshield. The work was completed and I was on my way in 15 minutes.

My front windshield had been cracked for several months but I just didn't have the time to get it fixed. When the weather turned cold, the crack started to spread quickly. The next morning I had some free time so went on Angie's List to find someone to replace it. This company had gotten good ratings so I decided to call them. They told me I could bring my car in that afternoon and gave me an estimate on the phone. I told them I had a meeting at 1:00 and they told me that they thought the job would be finished in time. Ten minutes later, they called me back and told me I could come in sooner to insure that I would not have a conflict with my other meeting. I took my car in right then and they started working on it as soon as I got there. It took a little over an hour and a half and the price was exactly what I had been quoted on the phone. They instructed me on when to remove the tape and not to wash my car for 3 days. They also told me to come back if I had any problems once the tape was removed. So far it has been fine.

Windshield on my 2000 Honda Accord was cracked by a rock. Found this place on Angie's List. Called and was given exact price over the phone. Promptly set up an appointment for the next day. Started on time. Carefully reviewed with me the option of re-using vs. replacing gasket, with no pressure to replace. This was also covered over the phone before I came in. Finished a little faster than expected (slightly less than 40 minutes; had estimated 45 - 60). Professional quality job. Personable staff.

They took the time to determine the exact windshield replacement while other shops were more interested in selling what they had in stock. The work was done well and in a timely manner. The price was in line with other shops and their work was exceptional. Wireless service was available so I could continue to work while I waited.

Their primary contact number is difficult to discern from their web page, so my wife had a lot of difficulty contacting them. Once we did finally contact them, they scheduled an appointment to come out to our house and complete the repair. I am very happy with the quality of their work.

Called Sunday evening and set appointment for next morning with a window of 10 am-noon. They showed up the next day at 10:30, finished in 20 minutes. The cost and quality of work were excellent. Would definitely use again.

I called in the morning, they gave me a quote that was $50 to $100 less than competitors, and then I got the work done that afternoon, hassle-free. A simple shop, without elaborate decor or waiting room (3 chairs and a water bottle). Interestingly, this shop has the same address of the report for "ABC Auto Glass", in fact, I used that number to call, but they have a different number and business name now - go figure. I just drove the car home, but he windsheild seems fine, and they said it had a "lifetime" garantee.

I found them on the Austin Better Business Bureau and gave them a try. They do mobile work so they come to your house or office but I needed to go up North anyway for other errands so I stopped by and had them do it there. It's located in a little industry park and the ''waiting room'' is two chairs so take something to entertain yourself if you go there. I showed up at the appointment time and they took it right in and finished it quickly. I'd made the mistake of tinting the front side windows right before which made it more difficult for them since they couldn't roll them down but the weren't put out by it or rude about it. I liked the girls who worked there and they were helpful with other recommendations such as the window tint guy (they just forgot to mention what order I should of done it in) :) I only called one other place and these guys were less expensive so that was an added bonus.
