Description of Work: From beginning to end, we had a great experience purchasing our plantation shutters from Austin Window Fashions. Kathy, one of their design consultants, worked with us through the entire process - design, selection, measuring, color matching, ordering, and follow-through. The plantation shutters were completed in a timely manner (even before promised) and we were able to schedule the in-home installation just two days after they were completed. The shutters were expertly installed by Chris and look great in our home. We have been very pleased with the shutters and are glad that we bought them from Austin Window Fashions.

Description of Work: I had plantation shutters made for 2 large windows. We love them and it transformed the whole room. Austin Window Fashions was very professional and reasonable when compared to other companies. They only took about 4 weeks which I've been told is faster than most others. It's an investment, but they are well made and should last for many years.

Description of Work: I worked with Kathy Wallace and she was very helpful! We had new Renewal by Andersen Windows installed several years ago and they take up a larger chunk of the window sill/inside. Because of that, I only had a few choices that would fit in our windows (and our budget), but Kathy came out and verified what I chose would work and showed us a few samples. The work was done quickly and neatly. We got real wood blinds (they are MUCH lighter than those faux ones). They are done in white and they look and operate beautifully!!

Description of Work: They installed shades in a few rooms at my last home. Service from sales to install was all outstanding. Was a bit expensive but was a great product so I believe worth it. I moved shortly after so did not have a long experience with the shades but will probably have similar ones installed into my new home. Process was easy. Happy to work with them again.

Description of Work: We needed a replacement for our Hunter Douglas Silhouette blind (which had lasted 16 years). Tara was very helpful and knowlegeable on these blinds which had changed a bit since we last purchased them. She helped us go through the various options. The installer came promptly and we are very happy with the blind and our experience at Austin Window Fashion.
