Description of Work: Austin Tree Experts came to diagnose a problem with a tree and also to talk about pruning the others. They were prompt to all appointments. The Arborist Keith was very knowledgable about the conditions of our trees giving very helpful suggestions. We hired them to come prune and shape 4 trees. They were very professional, doing the job in a timely manner with great care to the property,and complete cleanup. We are planning on using them in the future.

Description of Work: They did not perform the services, because they said the problem was not the tree but the squirrels that were eating the bark of the tree. All we can do is catch the squirrels or keep them out of the tree somehow. It was nice to know what was causing the problem. I would call them again.

Description of Work: Highly recommend these folks! 'Our big old pecan suffered two major breaks in big branches in recent storms. I was worried the tree might die. Austin Tree Experts came out the day after I left my message and took off the branches, reassuring me the tree won't be dying of the wounds. They also recommended lightening up some other heavy branches, and while they were up on the roof they blew out my gutters too!The three staff were excellent! Professional, friendly, and clear in explaining what they recommended and why. We've used these guys twice before this and are impressed with the company and its very reasonable prices.

Description of Work: I contacted Austin Tree Experts through Angie's List. I emailed them about a problem I was having with my ash tree. I was looking for a quote thinking that the tree needed to be sprayed. I let them know that I had taken some pics of the tree and leaves. I heard back from Daniel, one of their arborists, and he requested that I email the pics to him. (Angies list should offer this option when contacting a company through their site.) He got back to me very quickly and let me know that he had consulted with another arborist and they determined that the tree just had cold shock and there was nothing to worry about! To me that is the quality of a stand up company!! I didn't need their services, and they were honest with me. I will use their company in the future because of this encounter! Well done, and THANKS!

Description of Work: Really like this company so far. Keith arrived and gave me a plan for my trees to help keep them healthy. I'm using their year around care and so far the first treatment was right on time and seemed thorough. He advised against any more pruning and explained why. I would definitely recommend to others.

Description of Work: I had received an estimate from Keith for a comprehensive tree pruning (older, stressed tree). I was very impressed with his knowledge, punctuality, and friendliness. The only reason I didn't go with this company was that I found another company with a slightly lower price.

Description of Work: My old pecan tree needed a long branch braced up or lopped off. Micah came promptly and described in detail three options for addressing the problem. We chose one, he sent us a bid, and the work was scheduled--all within two days of my first call. When the day came Micah and team were on time, fast, and left no mess behind. The tree looks great and they also removed two hackberries and tore out all the invasive non-native plants in our back garden strip. It was an amazing improvement. We decided to ask the company to come back and do a lawn feeding next month. For all of this work, the bill was under $400.

Description of Work: They came out and placed a bid. I will go with them and they are coming out tomorrow to trim a tree in the back yard.
