Austin Refrigeration is a locally owned heating and air conditioning company dedicated to priority service and cost efficient repairs. We offer free estimates and free second opinions. We have spent the last 25 years focusing on customer service and satisfaction. Our number one goal is to earn a referral. With that goal in mind, each of our customers are our number one priority. Expedited and emergency services are available to families with small children, senior citizens, people with illness and the disabled without emergency fees. Our Technicians are all certified and registered with the State of Texas, as well as EPA certified. We have many specials running, for example, $4,999.00 for a 3 Ton complete system install and $69.95 A/C or Heating Tune-Ups. We have different financing options catered around your needs, making purchasing easy and affordable. Serving all of Central Texas.

Description of Work: Air conditioner inspection... Had a problem with drainage switch- had to be replaced. Didn't reset the outside unit and it ran hot and shut off. They where, however, very quick to return and fix the problem

Description of Work: Hired for an AC annual service during which they found a leak in my AC. Was told that it was $186 to detect the leak and repair, if possible. I paid the fee and was told the leak was in my evaporator coil and could not be repaired. So I paid $225 for an AC service. Perhaps this is standard op procedure, but I felt like I got ripped off and they could have given me a break. They did not lie to me, this just seems unethical to me.

Description of Work: I paid for inspection of two air conditioning systems. The technician was courteous and professional. I shadowed him around and he answered questions I had and gave no-nonsense and honest answers. My systems were found to be in good running order and I have peace of mind. I would highly recommend these folks, at least for inspections. |
