It went just fine. They did a pretty good job. They worked in the bathroom and bedroom upstairs. It was for a house we were selling. They sent 1 tech.

The guys that Mr. Jones sent were great!! We did have some communication problems with Mr. Jones in the beginning. There were times we expected a worker to show up and no one called us to let us know that they wouldn't. But after talking with Mr. Jones about this, things improved greatly. The carpenter, Justin, who Mr. Jones sent to replace the doors was very professional. He replaced the old doors with ones we had chosen and bought. He also replaced rotted trim around the door frames. We were very pleased with him and the exceptional work. Mr. Jones sent another carpenter, Michael, to repair and paint the house. He too was very professional and did an excellent job. He power washed the house, pulled off siding around the chimney and did all the replacing of lumber, trim and siding. He never did anything without asking us first. Michael was meticulous and worked hard making the house look as perfect as he could. He replaced or repaired the damaged siding and trim. He repaired rotted out portions of the soffits, as well as caulking and sealing leaks around the chimney area that was causing the wood to rot.

The guys who were painting arrived on time and ready to get the job done. They went straight to work and finished in record time. This was the second painting job we've had done by this company, and we look forward to working with them in the future. The second experience was even better than the first, so they raised their own bar! Thank you for the great work!

Overall I was happy with the paint job and would be comfortable recommending them. There were a few hiccups though: First, I had asked for a call about 20 minutes before they would arrive so I could meet the painter at the house. Instead I never heard from them and started home of my own accord at the end of the time window they had given me. When I was about a mile from home I got a call expressing concern that no one was at the home, so that was a little frustrating. Second, I was having them paint the great room (combined living/dining/kitchen) and hallway in my new home that I had closed on the day before. It should have been extremely easy to protect the floor and surfaces as there were not furniture obstacles. Instead the painter did not not make great use of drop clothes and as a result I was cleaning paint droplets off the wood floor and my granite countertops for days after. It all cleaned up fine but was annoying as it could have been avoided. Finally, I did have to do a lot of touch-ups. My walls are pretty textured and I went from antique white to a taupe color, so the missed spots were pretty visible when the paint dried. Anyway, I know that makes it sound like I am unhappy with them but overall I was not. The painter was very nice and courteous and for the most part did a good job. And in fairness most of the touch-ups were from section he painted last, so I know he had to have been very tired by then. They were also easy to work with on scheduling and setting the price. I would recommend them, but would also advise you to be around while they are working so you can see that things are properly protected with drop sheets and whatnot. Another nice thing is that because they were doing my painting I was able to buy the paint at Sherwin Williams at the contractor price, which was 40% or more off the regular retail price. So that made the cost of the paint job much more reasonable. I would also add that, having painted other rooms in my house since then, it is soooo very worth paying someone else to do it.

By comparison, I hired 2 painters who did 3 sides of home, caulked, taped, removed window screens in less than a day. Work was then finished primarily by 1 who power washed back and finished rest as rain allowed. I feel owner should have given me a price to complete task before work started and that was not done. Great! Bob was the painter who came to our home. We were originally given a ball park of $500, and it ended up being exactly that, even though the work took twice as long as originally estimated. Bob's painting quality was excellent- I always fear how the ceiling seams will look, but they look phenomenal. We bought our own paint, but they gave us their account information at Sherwin Williams, so we could use their discount. Overall, the room was kept neat and tidy, drop clothes covered everything,, the drywall patches are perfect! I would definitely use them again!!

Juan and John did a great job! We are very pleased with their work. They also did a great job with cleaning up. Two very nice professional guys. They took their time and made sure we were pleased with how the work turned out.

He was really good. He showed up and did the job. He went above and beyond. I felt like I got my money’s worth. He stated that he would do exactly what was on the coupon. He knew what he was doing when it came to the drywall. I would use him again. I would recommend him to anybody. I felt he was very professional. He didn’t try to sell me anything. He came in and did his work. He put a 2 by 4 and then re-patched it. He cut it out into square and then re-patched that. While he was doing it, I would ask questions when I was curious. He was just really nice about it and explained it to me. It was really good. It was a big deal purchase. I would use him for painting too because he was really good.

Provider was extremely professional and the work was top notch! You can't tell that anything was done, completely seamless with the rest of the ceiling.

Painters were very polite and professional. Hardworking and fast. Did some extra work without racking up the invoice--which was much appreciated. I would definitely use them again.

The work was well done and the painters were very polite and concerned with doing the job properly. The company owner was very professional and easy to work with regarding scheduling the job.

I asked them to do the baseboards and the caulking work as well. They charged me a lot more additionally for that work. I also asked them to do the landing. They only did half of the work, so I had to hire them again because I could not finish it myself. They charged me again for that work. There was poor communication and I feel they took advantage of that. However, the quality of the work was good.

We could not schedule the work at the time we bought the deal due to health issues and other personal problems at that time. When we called several days ago to schedule the work, Mr. Jones said he would call us back that afternoon or the next day to schedule. We have not heard from him since. If he can't be depended on to even schedule the work, we do not want to do business with him. Please refund our $399.00 paid for this deal. Thanks, Mary Lou Morgan

It went fine; he was on time at 9 o’clock. It took a little longer than I thought it would but there was only one painter. He did a very nice job, it was very neat and clean. I have no complaints. The owner, Brad, came by and checked how things were going. It worked out fine. I bought the paint myself. The price was great. I would ask for them again if I need to use them again.

They contacted me immediately to schedule a date and time. They were very accommodating with my schedule. On the scheduled day he arrived on time and was very polite. It was a large room and he did an amazing job. After he was done he cleaned up everything. I called the owner since the deal was one room to see if I needed to pay extra since it was such a large room and took him 5 hours but he said no. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

The paint job was outstanding. Great coverage, in part because of the paint quality (Benjamin Moore) and in part because of the attention to detail by the painter. Job was subcontracted out to another painting company. Would have graded an A, but we had to spend a couple of hours scraping the paint splatter from the floor, bathtub and vanity. We also had to provide the tape, which was listed as an included item. I would hire the subcontractor, Two Coat paint, again for additional paint jobs, though I woul also make sure tarp was laid in all areas prior! SubContractor stated he was not aware of what the job initialed, like two coats of paint were required and purchased in this agreement.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. The guys were on time and they did what they advertised. I don't know yet if I would use them again.

Everything was perfect. They came on time, did a very good job, cleaned up and was very focused on the work.

It went great! The popcorn is gone from the foyer and a bedroom, and wallpaper as well. We were lucky, perhaps, since it doesn't always come off smoothly or easily, but actually Juan did go through a lot of joint compound to make them smooth. And smooth they were. We went from dirty popcorn to smooth, white, non-textured ceilings and orange-peel texture walls. They look great. I do a lot of renovation myself, but lately my job has kept me too busy to make much progress. Juan is a heck of a lot faster than I am, and he does good work and is happy and agreeable as well, so I'm more than happy to have him do it for me! We were so happy, in fact, that we hired them on for part of the next week to do even MORE wallpaper and popcorn removal in a bathroom and patching and priming. We're wanting the rest of the house to look as good, so even beyond that, we'll have them do more painting done and a bathroom redo as well; that's how much we like dealing with Brad and Juan. Brad also has some good tips for where to find things like tiles and fireplaces. Great to deal with. I recommend them.
