Brad is very patient, and gets the job done at a fair price.

The crew was extremely hard working, they made a great team. They especially did a great job of preparation, caulking and filling prior to painting, and they cleaned up when they finished the job. The supplies were delivered and then leftovers removed in a timely fashion. The foreman, Carlos, was outstanding. His highly skilled crew each completed their jobs during hot weather conditions after long hours so that they could maintain the schedule required of the owner, Brad Jones. He has a good reputation in our neighborhood, I had several recommendations prior to contacting him.

Went very well. His crew was excellent, on time, did the job expertly ,and cleaned up after. Brad didn't require any payment until the job was done.

I have contracted with Austin Jones LLC previously for exterior painting and chimney repair. Great job on all items and very fair competitive price as well. In fact on Chimney work, I am not sure anyone does a better job on the builders grade siding for legacy chimneys. They do an awesome job with hardy plank and it lasts forever. Perfect. We hired for internal painting a few months ago the entire house. Turned out great too. Would use again. JJ

It was great! We love our new kitchen. Beautiful and there were great recommendations for our purchasing needs.

We had a new stair case installed and Austin Jones company was going to stain it. Despite our contract saying satin finish, they switched the product out to semi gloss. In addition, they sprayed the stain, instead of hand wiped like agreed upon. Not only was our brand new stair case and balusters ruined from hardened drip marks everywhere, sealed in sawdust, splotches and wrong product, but they over sprayed the surrounding walls and floors causing lots of mess/repairs outside the stair case. Over 15K of damage, and Brad takes verbal responsibility but has not taken any financial responsibility. The mess and damage he left in our home was incomprehensible. We have plenty of pictures to provide to anyone who wants to see them. Several paint companies and the stair company came out to assess the damage and said the staircase could not be salvaged, and everyone was shocked at how bad it was. Brad needs to take financial responsibility, as it's been over 5 months and we have had to pay to fix all his damage. He submitted it to his insurance, but has failed to own getting them to resolve the issue in a reasonable period of time. There have been several delays and excuses without significant evidence that this is actually moving forward. We want Brad to do the right thing and pay us for everything he damaged in our home due to breech of contract and damage to our house. We should not be out they money while he negotiates with his insurance and with his sub contractor. If he actually took financial responsibility, he would hold that financial risk and not continue to pass it off onto us. Keep in mind, it's not about how someone reacts when things go right, it's about what they do when there is a problem, so stay away from this business.

They power washed the exterior, renailed the trim where it was loose, caulked the seams and painted the trim. It took several days for the owner to come scope the job and give me an estimate for the cost. Then there was a delay because of several days of hard freeze. Once begun, Rudy was there getting the job done. He was very courteous and professional, and kept us informed of what would be next. We are so pleased with the work that I have asked for an estimate on the cost to power wash and repaint/restain our decks and back porch posts and to discuss mixing sand in the walking surfaces as a non-skid measure.

Went excellently! Had to call a couple times but not a big problem. Work was great, people were great, and price was great!

Wanted to Hire Charley for some major remodel. Showed up late for estimate, wanted to charge a 39% management fee, never supplied a reference list and gave me his Business card that even had a misspelled Web Address. That is a sign of not very detailed oriented. DO NOT hire this guy

Austin Jones has been my "go-to" for remodeling for years. Brad and his crew just installed new windows, siding, doors and painted the exterior. They repaired and painted all the interior drywall damaged from the pounding on the outside of the house from installing the siding. My house looks fabulous! The crew worked quickly, respected my property, cleaned up after themselves and Brad saw to it that everything met my expectations. I highly recommend Austin Jones.

I was very disappointed in the workmanship of the crews that were used. Almost everything that was done had to be redone to correct sloppy work. It took about two months to complete two bathrooms. I had to have one worked on at a time due to family members in the house who needed at least one working bathroom. There were many days no one was working at my house because they were called to do another job for the owner. I would have to ask if someone was going to be working at my house that day. Never got a full days work out of any of the workers. Show up late, leave early or spend most of the day going out of their way to a Lowe"s or Home Depot in another part of Austin when there is one within 2 miles of my house. One worker didn't have any supplies. Bought supplies on my credit card when he should have had them in his truck. Bucket, paint roller, hand sander, drill bits. Didn't have a working nail gun or a saw with him. Talked about other clients and their problems. The one complaint on here is from a client that was having work done through Austin Jones during the time frame I was having work done. I was well aware of their issue due to chitchat. Choose wisely

Went very well. The owner Brad Jones went above and beyond what i expected and was not hesitant to fix any oopses that that always occur in these kinda of projects. in addition his crew power washed all my driveway, sidewalks and house stone which was not in the work to be done quote :-) . Was especially happy with the complete house paint job and all the extra touches he performed that I requested. Highly recommend Austin Jones Ent.

The job went very well. Charlie came over to the house and took the time to show me a multitude of windows and options that would work for me and fit my budget. He answered all of my questions and provided specifications to help me make a well informed decision. I chose some very nice Alside windows for my home. When the job was complete it was clean looks fantastic. All of the windows open and close smoothly. I noted that there was sealant around all windows. I am very happy with the windows and how the job turned out.

It was great. Brad was super responsive and always available. His guy, Mel, was always on time and got right to work. Both very nice and professional. Very happy with our new kitchen.

My garage desperately needed sheet rock work. Holes, tape falling off, etc. The team did a fantastic job fixing up the appearance of the garage, and when they were done the garage sheetrock was in perfect shape to paint. I definitely recommend their services.

For kitchen remodeling project, I tried to get an estimate to re-finish kitchen walls (float & texture to match rest of the house), but he said job not big enough to bother with bid.

I hired Austin Jones Construction to remove the popcorn, texture and paint the ceiling in a $1700 square foot house. He also removed a good bit of wallpaper, and retextured and repaired the underlying drywall. It was a big job that required masking all the floors and walls. It is a messy job. The whole process took about a week. The gentlemen who arrived to do the bulk of the work were pleasant and hard working. Evan, the owner has a personality that is calm, respectful and responsive. He followed up with me several times throughout the process. While the work was being done, some water got through the masking and damaged a bit of flooring. Within a couple of weeks that part of the flooring was repaired at no charge. Austin Jones services did several bids for several projects in my new old home. His prices are very competitive and I will be using his services in the future.

This was a pretty good deal in my opinion. The painter who came did a good job for the most part but, I did have to go back over some stuff after he left where he missed due to the texture of the wall (but he shouldn't have!) The painter who came was kind of bragging about how he was the best, and should be working for himself...blah blah....that's why I only gave a B in professionalism.

We contracted with them because we had a leak. We haven't had them start the job yet. They have been fine so far.

He did dry wall repair. He had workers and he supposed to deliver materials but not in a timely manner. We were out of town and he asks for the final payment and when we got back the work was not finish. He eventually finished it.

Brad's guys were always on time or even arrived early. They were very professional and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Brad was extremely good about checking the jobs almost daily as we went through the process of doing several rooms, trim and doors. Will definitely call when we are ready for more work to be done.

He provided excellent service in a timely manner. The work was beautiful and well worth the expense.

I met Mr Jones a few weeks before and showed him all my paints for which he said some would work but took swatches of some he would need to buy. we arranged for two full days. the week before he called stating he needed it to be moved up and luckily was available and was doing better than thought after a minor surgery. However,, he sent only one gent who showed up later than expected and had to stay quite a bit later than expected. Also, he had not seen to getting the extra paint and had at first mislaid the swatches. Luckily much other to do before needed the additional paint. He did a decent job of the regular painting , but on the bathroom ceiling the lines on the joints were wiggly instead of straight and quite noticeable! so when he came out the second day.. he had to repeat the entire ceiling work.. i had to go out and buy more paint as a result, and still was still a bit off although i gave him a yardstick to use as a straight line. I gave up that he would do it a third time with me to help so it would be straight. That will be another job to pay for ... it was then he also told me that Mr Jones had booked him another job and so had to hurry. Indeed. I am still finding blotches of paint that I have to scrape off.. one is inside a light fixture that will have to be taken down to clean and I am not able to do so. there are blotches on a bathroom floor of which only some came up. And of course there is more... The door was only partially painted as the old paint which I had showed Mr Jones initially and was approved for use, turned out was not useable .. I did go out to buy another pint, but when came back he said he had to go and so the door was not done. No problemo as it was extra and he never asked me to pay, but now have to find someone to do the door again as well.
