Apple Moving

Description of Work: I called Apple on Tuesday and was interested in having someone come to my house to do a walk-through and give me an estimate. Additionally, I needed to have some items picked up from a warehouse and was hoping to have a couple of sofas picked up from a 3rd location. I also needed to swap refrigerators with the new location. The person I spoke to clearly did not want to send someone to my house for an estimate. He kept pushing the idea of listing all of my items online, which would have take HOURS. It's amazing to me that a company wants ME to do the work that I'm paying them to do. When I told him that I was looking for services for Saturday (5 days from now), he said he didn't have any availability until Monday. It seems that he simply didn't want to do the work that was necessary for the job. It must be nice to be doing so well in this economy that you're unwilling to perform your job to basic standards.

Description of Work: They moved me from a 2nd floor apartment to a 2 story home.

Description of Work: We have used this company four times in the last 12 months. They are always on time and take very good care of the items being moved. They show extreme attention to all details. They are priced fairly and don't "add on" costs; the whole team is great!

Description of Work: Mike and Craig moved a few pieces of heavy furniture upstairs for me. They were polite, friendly, worked quickly and efficiently. Ask for them when you move. They were great

Description of Work: The guys showed up on time and called before arriving, as they were supposed to. They performed the work quickly and efficiently, without damaging my items, and even took some extra items. The representative I spoke to on the phone was also very helpful and courteous. I had to change my quote several times, and she was very prompt in responding to me, unlike some other companies I had scoped out. Overall, good job. Unfortunately, these guys did sweat over some of my stuffed furniture. I wish they had wrapped it first. That was my only complaint.
