 + -1 moreThe movers called in advance to let me know they were on their way, and arrived right at the time they promised. They were polite and careful, wrapping the chairs and couch and TVs in blankets, and also carefully squeezing the too-big couch out of the door without hurting either. I also asked them to move some furniture from upstairs to downstairs while they were there and they were happy to do so. Furniture arrived at its destination and was unloaded without a hitch.
Description of Work: We had movers pick up several pieces of furniture in Cedar Park and move it to someone else's house in Del Valle.

 + -1 moreThe owner gave a quote and we went ahead with time based costings. The men arrived sharp on time. We had requested for delayed arrival, which they obliged. They got extra cartons, tapes and other material along with them. They loaded each and every item carefully and and unloaded almost all items carefully without any damage. Just one or two here and there was a little damaged and that too not because of their handling but sheer age of the item. Both the boys were very accommodating as we asked them to move stuff around, which they happily did. The whole experience was very pleaseant. I defintely need to mention that they took care of our floors, our doors and anything that they thought could be damaged while moving goods around. I will definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: we asked for a quote over the phone. They were prompt and a detailed understanding and providede with options of time based cost and goods based cost. We chose them as they good reviews and the men who loaded and unloaded the articles did a fantastic job.

 + -1 moreI can't say enough about how well this move went. I didn't know it was possible for a move to be this smooth. The movers, Carlos and Miguel were so professional, kind and treated my possessions as if they were their own. I expected some knicks or damages of some sort as I thought this was inevitable, but everything came out perfect. The price was less than I thought. Communication from the start wasamazing with quick call-backs and reminders which relieved some of my anxiety. My husband and I were very, very pleased and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Customer service was A+++.

 + -1 moreThey come in and orient themselves to what needs to be moved and then make a plan to load as efficiently as possible. As items are loaded into the truck they have the experience to visualize how it all will fit and remain safe. They were great to work with and I found it easy to communicate with the movers.
Description of Work: I have used Mustang Moving Co. for the past 5 times we have moved. They were quick to reply and they were able to do the job when we needed them. The last move was a last minute job to remove large antique furniture from a house we sold and it went perfectly. They were very careful and cleaned up after themselves. Miguel was very professional and careful. He can move things I was not sure could be moved.

 + -1 moreI contacted the company after reading some of the reviews on this list, a person answered the phone took down information, e-mailed me a list to go by for detailing my things to move which made it so much easier. They were available the day I had planned on moving, were here when they said they would be, went to work immediately and worked very fast and efficient. I will definitely use them again and would recommend everyone else to use them as well.
Description of Work: Mustang Movers had to disassemble a king size bed to load, had approximately 25 boxes, patio furniture, BBQ grill, and many other household items to move and included some packing of glass shelves. This move was from Pflugerville, Texas to Winnie, Texas which is 60 miles east of Houston. Nothing was scratched, broken, dented or lost! The men doing the work were very professional and courteous. They answered all my questions patiently and put my mind at ease about the move. They were great! My husband was in Winnie waiting for the furniture to arrive and had nothing but praises about the men as well.

 + 1 moreMatt and Miguel were both excellent workers. They were professional and engaged throughout the moving process. They were very gentle with my belongings and put covered my tables and chairs with quilts to assure they were protected. They called me the night before to confirm everything and showed up right on time the next morning. They got everything unloaded and a big bookcase moved a lot faster than I was expecting. Because I paid to have them for a 2 hour period, after they had finished moving everything they were very helpful to assist me with any other help I needed in my home. They came up with great ideas for packing and organizing other items in my home. I was extremely impressed with this company and will be using them again for any future projects.

 + -1 moreI had more items to move later this week so I called Brandon at Mustang Moving again. He set me up for the day that I had in mind. I requested Miguel for my job again. This job was a bit more tricky than your normal furniture. This time I have sensitive electronic/medical equipment. Miguel and Carlos arrived for the job early (what movers do that?). This was my first time meeting Carlos. He was personable and super accommodating. After the guys moved all of my equipment then offered to grab the last items in my place and load into my car. A Huge heavy aquarium arrived to our new location in great shape! They even unloaded him from my vehicle at the new location and put our little mascot COWBOY in his new home. THANKS AGAIN MUSTANG MOVERS! I'll never call anyone else!

 + -1 moreMustang Movers ROCKS! Miguel and Matt did a move for me in a PINCH! I had 2 other companies not show up. I called Brandon at Mustang and he sent Miguel and Matt out ASAP. They were to me in Lakeway within an hour and SAVED THE DAY! They moved a lot of furniture for me. I was paying by the piece so they moved all my big heavy stuff. Miguel and Matt were both personable and intelligent. These guys do NOT mess around! There were no breaks or dilly dallying like other movers I've hired. They probably moved 60-100 large items for me. They cost a pretty penny, however, they were worth every single one of them. If you want a moving company that SHOWS up when they say then will and DOES THE JOB RIGHT call Mustang movers RIGHT NOW!

 + 0 moreThey were very friendly on the phone when I called to schedule our move and asked lots of questions to understand how much was being moved. Mustang was able to accommodate my schedule for the move, which was roughly 3 business days after the call. The movers arrived on time at around 9am and worked all day until around 5:30pm. Matt and Miguel were courteous and professional, even when having a tough time with some of our larger pieces in the house. Everything arrived undamaged and was reassembled in the locations we directed them to put things. Overall I was very happy with the work and the gentlemen that did it.
Description of Work: Mustang moved all of our heavy furniture, a refrigerator, a grill and 2 smokers. The house we moved from was a 4 br/2 bath and was completely stuffed with furniture. The movers did all of the disassembly and reassembly as part of their services.

Description of Work: My family and I have used Mustang Moving 6 times over the last 3 years to move places like 4th floor apts. and homes, including extras stops at the storage units. The price is always good, they are always punctual and professional. All of the workers that have moved us are friendly and nice and do not give you a "bad" unprofessional feeling while they move your items. They always work very hard and efficiently and we have not had any items damaged at all. They will adjust your price at the site if you need to add items or remove items from the original estimate. We have had them several times add or remove items from our storage units and they do an awesome job of stacking and positioning items within your storage unit, if it is allot of moving around of items though they may charge by the hour for the "extra" time but they will tell you before they do the work. I am sure there are cheaper companies out there but I know they are not the most expensive and they provide a great moving service and the price is accurate. Very honest and great company! I can say this with certainty because I've done allot of moving in my life with my family being in the Air Force and having to move for my job.

 + 0 moreThe overall experience was excellent, from original phone call to estimate to crating wrapping packing and moving. I was very stressed before the move getting it all done and not being able to move everything at once into a permanent location. One tech worked the POD loading. Two techs worked the truck loading. When it was all done. I was very happy with the experience. I originally thought the cost was a bit expensive, but I realize now - I have a lot of stuff, and the cost was reasonable.
Description of Work: The estimator came to my house and listed the items for moving. She also made note of those items that would need special wrapping in blankets and shrink wrap. The movers came with the estimator and caucused around specific items - notably a chandelier that needed to be crated. The movers came on the day and at the time expected. I ended up having more boxes than originally estimated. The movers count the boxes and box sizes as they move. I also was loading a POD for storage because I was moving into an apartment until my house was ready for move in. I was very satisfied with mustang movers. The lead on the job was excellent at directing the move and making sure the correct items were on the truck and/or packed in the POD. I would definitely recommend Mustang movers and use them again. They took the stress out of the move. The techs were trustworthy and attentive to doing a good job.

 + -1 moreIt went really well overall and I really appreciated the care they took and that they accommodated the move to two locations including two different storage units at the same facility and to my new home . The only thing was that the guy in charge lacked a little in personality and sense of humor and did not seem to like me telling him what to do. I finally let go and when I did, they did something other than what I told them I wanted in the arrangement at the storage units. Nothing too terrible that I couldn't live with, but It's better that you watch them and don't let go of directing them, even if they seem not to want it. They weren't rude, it was just that they kept saying things like "We know what we're doing", when in fact they didn't entirely. Still, I liked them and will use them again.
Description of Work: Moved me from my home to two locations. Some items went to storage, some to my next address. All happened on same day. I had packed everything myself, so they only moved furniture, appliances and already packed cartons.

 + -1 moreAloha quoted a slightly higher hourly rate than the other three companies that I considered, but I chose Aloha because of its Angie's List ratings and perfect BBB record. The movers showed up within the promised time window, set to work immediately, and had the truck loaded in 50 minutes. Unloading took a bit longer because the movers sometimes had to wait for an elevator. (The assisted-living residence doesn't have a dedicated freight elevator.) The whole job was done in 2 hours and 15 minutes -- far less time than I or the scheduler at Aloha had expected. The two-man crew was fast, careful, and courteous throughout the move This was the best moving experience I've ever had, and my moving experiences date back to 1964.
Description of Work: Moved furniture and boxes from a home to a 1-bedroom apartment in an assisted-living residence. This was done at my direction on behalf of my parents-in-law.

 + 0 moreCarlos and Miguel from Mustang did an outstanding job throughout the whole process. Due to some confusion on our part we completely underestimated the size of our move and the number of items we had when we initially scheduled the move, but Carlos and Miguel were completely understanding and quickly did an inventory all of the unaccounted for items and accommodated all of our needs. These guys moved several multiple heavy and very fragile items down several flights of stairs very quickly and always with an energetic and friendly attitude. I've been less than impressed with other moving companies in the past, so I am very pleased with the service I got from Mustang and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: We had a complex job moving from a 3rd floor apartment, picking up more items at a storage facility, then picking up more items at a second house, and finally unloading at our new house. We also had a Queen size bed assembled at the new location.
