Apple Moving

Overall, it went well. They were within the time window they had scheduled. I had underestimated the amount of things I would still have at the house, and they added them and therefore my estimate was low compared to the actual price. There were two guys who could apparently lift anything, including a piano. They moved about their work efficiently and patiently, until they had filled their truck and I still had stuff. As I said, I had underestimated, so they did not bring a large enough truck. I understand that, but once they filled their truck, my food (in coolers) was still sitting in the kitchen. They agreed to put the coolers in the back of the pickup that was pulling the trailer, which worked out. For the most part, they were fine, except for a little prioritization on what should go in the truck and what could stay. When we arrived at the new house, they moved everything in ok. At that point, they were in a hurry, and didn't hook up my washing machine as they were paid to do.

They arrived on time and worked quickly. They placed the table for me in the room, and they polished off the top when done.

Three men arrived exactly on time and unloaded overflowing contents of rented truck. Required carrying boxes and furniture down a hill from the street. They covered the entry hall tile and adjacent furniture to prevent damage. They situated furniture as I requested in the house and garage, sometimes twice! Very polite, very helpful.

Called Aloha and got very reasonable estimate. I had actually overestimated the number of boxes we had and the estimate was based on that. When they moved us, the two movers counted the boxes as they loaded them into the truck. At the end of the day, they adjusted the price accordingly. They said they'd arrive between 8 and 9 and they did! And they called to let me know they were on their way. Very punctual, extremely careful, courteous, and good-humored. These guys worked amazingly hard and were very fast. There was NO damage to anything. I couldn't have asked for better service. I hope we never have to move again, but if we do, we would definitely use Aloha. I recommend them unequivocally. One of the coolest things about this company is that the owner gives his best teams, based on customer feedback, a trip to Hawaii, so these guys have great incentive for doing a superior job. Aloha is just a great company with happy, first-rate employees. Extremely professional!

They did a great job. Very careful wrapping and handling. They were very pleasant and cooperative in setting it all up exactly as I wished.

Confirmed day before. Right on time, loaded VERY quickly including wrapping with moving blankets. Drove to Temple, unloaded efficiently, placing furniture and boxes per my request. Hooked up washer/dryer for us. Guys were great; very friendly and respectful. If you've gotta move, this is the way to do it.

The move went flawlessly. Three people arrived for packing, and they were all friendly and fast. Three people also arrived for the move. All employees were extremely friendly and careful with everything that they moved.

They showed up on time, charged the price they quoted and didn't break anything. It ended up taking about 2 hours longer than expected but they stuck with their quoted price.

They did an excellent job overall. They did break a couple of things in the mean time but they were very good about replacing or repaying me for the things that they broke. I would recommend them to others.

Ranzy and Jacob arrived on time, and got to work immediately. They were prompt, polite and efficient. What would have taken my husband and me hours to do, they accomplished in about an hour. We had agreed to the company policy of a two-hour minimum, which came to $190. With tip, it came to about $240--and was worth every penny. We will definitely use Apple Moving again, and will request our team again.

Usually, I have a lot of sympathy for people who do hard labor everyday, because I have done it in my past, and I have the luxury of not doing it today. With that being said, of the two movers who arrived, one had a pleasant disposition and the other was, well, cantankerous. I can understand if you ask close relatives to come over and they hem and haw about how big an item is or how difficult it might be to move, but when a professional mover comes over and begins to complain about the items needing to be moved, that's just plain odd. They were not able to fit two large wardrobes upstairs at our new place, which was very disappointing. My husband and I had squeezed the same items into a tight space before, but the one mover was adamant after very little effort that the item would not fit. After getting over that, I realized that they had scratched up quite a few items in the process, as well. Sadly, they seemed to have only a modicum of respect for our property.

I was very pleased with everything that was done that day. The 2 men that arrived at my house were on time, friendly, polite and very careful with my antique furniture. They delivered all my things and set them up exactly where I wanted them put. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting excellent service at a very reasonable price.

We have had to use this company twice, now. Both times we have a great experience with them. They are early, fast and very helpful. They have made moving a much smoother transition for our family.

Overall the move was a good experience. From the on line quote to the in-home estimate, Aloha exhibited a very friendly and professional demeanor. The movers reported to the house on-time and completed the move within the alloted window. While they did break one item, not irreparably, they took care to move our things with as much care as possible.

Four guys did the move, and they were great. They had experience working as a team. They were all reasonably professional and very friendly. We did two things that probably made the experience a little better for us. (1) We did a good job getting everything ready for the move. (2) We scheduled the move on a Monday. These guys were just coming off a tough weekend, and they were thankful for a "nice, easy" move. There was also something you don't expect to hear movers talking about . . . these guys really seem to like their boss and the company they work for. Apparently the owner is from Hawaii, and he pays for some of his better teams to travel there.

The thing I liked the best about this company is that they were hard workers and that they did not damage our things. They also, didn't charge us more for making the extra stop at our storage building. They arrived at the time they scheduled. It didn't take them long to get them scheduled to come and they got the job done quickly.

I was very pleased. They called ahead of time as promised, were right on time (early in fact), pleasant, professional, quick, careful, and hardworking. When they discovered that the oak desk and credenza were going to be problematic to move, they called and had someone bring them the right tool and equipment for the job, took the desk apart, moved it, and put it back together without complaining. The job cost exactly what I was told it would. I can definitely recommend these guys.

The team called about an hour early and asked if I could start about half an hour earlier than the scheduled time. I said yes and they met me at the storage facility on time. All the guys were pleasant and professional. The guys were diligent and hardworking, not stopping to break for almost three hours. They wrapped things that needed to be wrapped and handled things with care. They placed things in the places as I asked. The only broken piece was because I helped and therefore I was solely responsible. After that, I just watched. Overall, very good job at a reasonable price.

I have used these guys 4 times over the past 5 years. They are friendly, bright and hard-working. I wouldn't use anyone else. They also give discounts if you use them more than once.

They were very careful and packed the whole apartment and unloaded everything into the house making sure not to damage the floors or the walls.

At 10:00 A.M., the truck arrived right on time, and everything went as planned. The furniture arrived promptly in Cuero, and everything went fine (even in the rain). I plan to call upon Aloha for any future moves in Texas. Good Job!

These guys are great. Moving is one of life s most challenging stress points. The folks at Aloha help make it a little easier. They arrive on time; they pack carefully and work very professionally. They are easy to work with, and stick to the price they quote. I have moved with them twice, and both times it went very well. They are based out of Austin, but they do moves across the state of Texas.

These guys were great. My movers were Tim and Jeremy, and they were quick, efficient, and funny. They didn't even complain about the copious amounts of cat hair that got stirred up when they moved the furniture. And they took less than three hours and showed up exactly when they said they would. Fantastic!
