It was great! They were very professional and efficient. They were also courteous.

John gave an on-site visual estimate for my move, as well as my neighbor's. They showed up on time for the move and did an excellent job. They coordinated our two moves perfectly -- team of 3 showed up on time and ready to work. They loaded my belongings and as we were leaving for the house, the second team of 2 showed up to load my neighbor. They unloaded my things at the new house and left, and the second team showed up shortly thereafter. All the guys were very friendly, professional, and efficient. The move went flawlessly. My new roommate and I were both moved into our new house by early afternoon.

It was arranged at the last minute, but Nicole was responsive and the two young men that loaded the van were quick and courteous. The cost estimate held to the penny, though there were a couple of extra items, 10 more boxes, and a few reductions. It was about as painless as a move can be.

Mustang Moving was very professional from start to finish. Sean and Jason arrived early to begin the move. They were very courteous and careful. I would highly recommend this company!

The guys that did the work worked hard and were very friendly. They made sure to take care of our items as carefully as they could. They also moved our items quickly.

John gave us excellent advice in the preliminary estimate, and the plan to borrow boxes and then return them later is a real savings. One of us had a very large collection of books that we had the company pack. Jason, Shaun, and Shaun dispatched this task in 4 hours while it would have taken us at least 2 to 3 times as long. Moreover, in unpacking the books, everything was fine. The movers arrived on time, were very careful in the process, and everything was delivered efficiently and without damage. The price was very competitive (we had a couple other bids). The movers were extremely dedicated and professional. Thus, we highly recommend this company.

I couldn't be more pleased. In the week leading up to the move, I called Jerritt several times to change the inventory list (I could have done it online, but we had our cable turned off early accidentally--thanks Time Warner). He was very patient with me and walked each room over the phone with me and was very good at suggesting pieces that I may have forgotten. The day before the move Eric called to confirm and gave us a 1 hour window in which the guys would arrive. The next morning, they called as they left Austin and arrived promptly. John, Mike, and Corey were very professional and friendly (my kids loved them). John quickly went over the list with me and adjusted for some last minute changes. He called the changes in and readjusted my bill (it was cheaper!). The guys moved everything very carefully. No furniture was damaged at all and, the best part, no dings to my freshly painted walls and new wood floors. They completed the move in under the time we originally thought and were a joy to work with. The next week, John was back and this time with Craig, Louis, and Waylon. Same story--everything on time, quick, and with no damage or hidden charges at all. The guys were really sweet with the kids (4 of them who really didn't stay out of the way like they were supposed to) and Craig even played guitar for us while John settled up with me on the bill (cheaper again this time!). Again, I couldn't be more happy with Aloha Moving and their guys. We'll use them again and pass their names on to the new owners of our old house.

We had a great experience. They were very professional. The two guys were really nice and even put together our bed for us. The online pricing was very helpful for us, and it was very accurate.

They were fabulous. They were on time. They were professional. They wrapped everything up so that it was safe. They did it all in two hours. It was amazing. I would recommend them and use them again.

The movers were on time and service was quick. I had to remind them about the new floor, and they put down a floor runner for protection. We had a drawer fall out of an armoire which they took to fix. I am still waiting for that to be done (it's been at least 2 weeks now). The box loaning program they have is great. I filled out a survey at the end of the move, but I am formally submitting this to the list now.

The estimating process was easy. Nicole & John from Mustang cautioned me that, since I was moving on the busiest weekend of the year, I should decide on a mover and book early (which I did). Mustang had to hold my belongings for 48 hours, as I needed to close on both the house I sold and the house I bought between the pick-up and the delivery. On the morning of the pick-up, the crew arrived early in the morning, ready to work. They were cooperative and friendly, and very understanding of my need to keep my dog contained in one area while they worked in other areas. They disassembled furniture where necessary, wrapped everything that wasn't in a box in furniture pads, loaded up (complete with all the annoying little bits and pieces that didn't fit in a box) and carried my Bowflex down the stairs in one piece! The morning of the move-in, the crew was again on time, friendly, helpful, willing to go the extra mile to get everything right, and super competent. The most important take-aways about these guys are: they're fair, they're good people, and they do a really excellent job, Far and away the best movers I've ever worked with.

My experience with Aloha was nothing short of amazing. On the coordination side of things I dealt with Eric Brosius and he was exceptional. When PODS called (at 6:00 p.m. the night before) to confirm the delivery time of our units, they were NOT what we had scheduled. In a panic I left a message for Eric to call me first thing in the morning. He called before 9:00 a.m. and was able to reschedule us for the next morning. There was no reschedule fee and Eric was not at all put out by the situation. On move-in day, I got a call from Tim and Craig to let me know when they were 30 minutes away. I really appreciated this call since we weren't living in the house yet and needed time to get over there. I was a little skeptical that 2 guys could do the job sufficiently since it's a 2 story home. However, our quote was for a 5 hour job (Eric estimated on the high side to be safe) so I wasn't overly concerned. Tim and Craig were the best movers I have ever experienced. The movers who had loaded our PODS broke one of the feet on our armoire. Tim actually fixed it! These guys were so friendly and professional. They never once complained about anything, they engaged us while they worked, and they never stopped moving. The whole house was done in about 2 or so hours!! I wish I would have known about Aloha sooner - I would have used their services for my whole move including storage. I highly recommend Aloha.

It went very well. It was pouring rain that morning so John called and suggested we wait a few hours and see if it cleared up. That made sense to me and that worked perfectly as the rain stopped for a few hours midday and they were able to get everything moved in that time. John showed up along with Shawn and Mike and they were all three very friendly and very professional and fast.

I will serve as a reference to Mustang any time they need one. John and his crew were the best I have seen in some time as far as movers go and impressed me overall as I see contractors every day. They did exactly what they said they were going to do in a timely manner for the price estimated. You really cannot ask for more.

It was wonderful! Cody and Craig called to say they were on their way and arrived on time. They were speedy, professional, and tidy at both ends of the move. It was as painless as a move can be.

Their pricing is not out of line compared to the service received. They moved me within a three day start time. They packed everything while I was in another city. Nothing was broken and I trusted them to take care of the move while I was in another city.

Overall went very well. They arrived when they said they would and were ready to get to work. The crew worked very quickly yet were careful with my belongings and furniture.

The moving company was very accommodating and customer oriented. The move was scheduled at the last minute and the company found a way to dedicate a crew with less than a week's notice. They called the day before the move to confirm and then again 30 minutes before arrival to let you know they were on their way. They were right on time. Upon arrival, we reviewed the items to be moved and added a couple that were missed. The team consisted of Randy, Louis, and Craig. They were friendly, courteous, and very professional. It is clear that they enjoy their work. They worked carefully and fast. There was no damage to walls, stairwell, or furniture. They placed the furniture where we asked and were sensitive to furniture centering and aesthetics. They wrapped the furniture to protect it from damage and padded doorways and floors to prevent scratching and scuffing.

Overall, I was satisfied with the work performed, but I have one nit to pick about Mustang Moving: The 25% off coupon offer on Angie's List (and on Mustang's own website) is MISLEADING. After I contacted Mustang Moving and received a quote via email, I informed them I had a 25% off coupon from Angie's List I'd like to redeem and apply to the total cost of the move. I was then informed by Mustang Movers that the quote I received INCLUDED the 25% off already. I didn't understand how that could be the case, since I never mentioned the 25% off coupon until the end, and there was nothing in my quote indicating any sort of discount. I was told that EVERYONE gets the 25% off. Well, if EVERYONE gets a 25% discount then that's called "the regular price." What is the point of a coupon if EVERYONE gets the same price, coupon or not? This was not enough to prevent me from hiring them, but I do think the 25% off coupon as advertised is misleading and should be changed.

Aloha was exceptional to work with, from the time I initially called them until they moved my furniture. They did everything they said they would, were on-time, very professional and very courteous.

I filled out my online request through their website and they called me the next day with an estimate, which included the 25% discount. I had an in-town move from my storage unit, a second stop at my home, and then to my new apartment. I had a 175 lb HDTV that they moved without a hitch and a washer/dryer. The two men were very fast and were able to move everything in 2 hours. I had greatly underestimated how many boxes I had since my things had been in storage for several years. They had plenty of room on the truck and had no problem moving the extra 30 boxes or so. I didn't mind paying over the estimate since I was the one that misrepresented the total. I would definitely use Mustang Moving again!

VERY FAIR AND FRIENDLY. Very friendly service on both phone and in person. Final cost was higher than original estimate, BUT ONLY because I forgot to list a number of items in the list I gave them. NOTE: they also did NOT charge me for items that I thought we would have them move but ended up moving ourselves later. Also, you are able to call and get your quote revised almost instantly if you decide to add/remove items from your inventory list (I did at least twice and still forgot things!). They were very nice and did an excellent job with our move. We would recommend them to anyone. These guys care about what theyre doing, and it shows! Ive moved with other [bigger] companies in the past, and it cant compare. They truly work with the aloha spirit. It sounds completely corny, I know, but its true and it works. They want to make your move as stress-free as possible. PS - the cost was $921 + tip (and they deserved it).
