Apple Moving

Until now I have never had a move go well. These guys are the first movers I will use again! They protected all the floors, pre-wrapped all the furniture in blankets, moved everything with ZERO damage to any items and ZERO damage to either house, and although the move took 11.5 hours for 2 trucks and 4 movers, they all had a great attitude the whole time. It was really quite amazing and I highly recommend them. My movers were Ryan, Craig, Mike and Lewis.

These guys were the best. We had to reschedule twice, once because our car was totaled in an auto accident which also broke my husband's arm. This situation also severely limited his ability to lift, pack, etc. so I had to do most of the remaining work on my own. The Aloha crew was totally understanding about the schedule changes and when they arrived actually helped me finish packing. They remained positive throughout the entire move despite the fact they had to climb up and down three flights of stairs for 2 hours and were just generally cool to hang out with. They were careful with all of our belongings and accommodating when it came to moving them in the new house. Although we declined, the crew was constantly offering to help us with things like unrolling rugs, setting up/arranging furniture, etc. We could not have been happier.

Jason and Eric arrived on time. They were both professional and friendly and really did a great job. This is the 2nd time that I have used Mustang Movers and I have never had a bad experience with them. We plan to use them again when our house is finished and we need to move our stuff from the storage place.

The man who did the estimate was thorough and helpful, even hand-delivering boxes to me prior to the move. The movers were polite, professional, good-natured and extremely efficient. The move was difficult (and I was not as prepared as I should have been), but they worked around it and got the job done more quickly than anticipated.

The guys were early and initially responsive to directions. However, it seemed that hey were in a big hurry tofinish and leave. They forgot several items and left them in the old office suite, misplaced boxes clearly labels as to which office they belonged in, and several other little things that seemed to indicate the hurry they were in.

They seem to work 24/7! They always answer my phone calls no matter the time or the day of the week so I was able to plan and schedule my move on a Sunday night. :-) Very friendly and very professional. It took them way longer than we had anticipated so the cost sky rocketed. The guys knew immediately that it wasn't going to be a 2hr job like we thought, but didn't say anything until it was all done. It would have been nice to know that our estimate was way off before hand, but they did a great job so we were overall happy with the service. They were really good sports about the whole thing, they didn't finish until 9pm so it was a really long day for them, but they never complained. Everything made it and nothing got broken and to me that is worth a lot! Thank you guys!

They showed up towards the beginning of the 1 hour time window they gave me--since my phone didn't the first time they called (I blame AT&T) they actually got to the house before I did and were quite understanding about the 15 minute delay. My house had caught fire, damaging the kitchen and garage. All my living room furniture had been picked up by the cleaners so I pretty much just had one bedroom of things and what survived in the garage. The garage things were quite dirty, but I 'packed' them in large plastic bags and they didn't have an issue moving them - they just counted as a box. The final price was more than my quote, but that was my fault, I underestimated how much I had to move. They were very reasonable with the extra charges. The stop over at my storage unit to pick up some more things also wasn't a problem. The trek up to the third floor involved some grunting, but it was done with a smile. Perhaps the most impressive part was that I called them a few minutes AFTER their posted office hours on Friday and setup my move for Saturday morning! Perhaps the most important thing was not a single thing was damaged, nor did they ever handle anything too roughly. I mentioned I found them on Angie's List and they took 25% off the quote, no questions asked! Hopefully it will be a while before I need to move again, but when that time comes I'll be calling them back.

We did over the phone comparison shopping with Mustang Movers and 2 other moving companies we found on Angie's List. One did not return our phone call the others price was double that of Mustang. Nicole was very professional when she came to the house to prepare the bid. Her bid was $527 which included approx. 60 boxes. We were aware that if we had more boxes the price would go up. The day before our move we had to contact Nicole because the closing was delayed. She handled the last minute changes with ease and arranged for the movers to come out mid day vs. early a.m. The movers arrived within 45 minutes of the stated time. We were happy just to have them show up due to our last minute changes. The supervisor came in and immediately began comparing Nicole's list with items in the house. The other 2 movers immediately began moving furniture. The were fast, efficient and gentle with all of our items. My only complaint was the youngest mover had a little attitude and was overheard making a couple of wise cracks and cursing. This was only an issue initially. After about the first 30 min. to a hour he settled in. The supervisor (can't remember his name) was VERY professional and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy.

I had to re-schedule the move at the last minute due to a hang-up with closing. They were very flexible and got me scheduled anyway. The movers came on time and were very professional, efficient and nice guys! Took good care of my large and heavy pieces of furniture including a big screen (72") HD TV, computer desk with hutch, leather sofa and recliner, and queen bed with dresser and armoire. Plus, they took extra care not to damage my hardwood flooring on arrival at the house. A+++!

This was the fastest, most efficient move I've done. They were experienced and organized. It took them less than 2 hours to move everything out of a 1000 sf apt. and to unload it into a storage unit. They moved quickly but were very careful with my stuff. I would definitely use this company again.

They were fantastic! They were very careful and conscientous in their packing. They took care with my furniture and collectibles. I would hire them again.

Mustang was responsive to my email. They agreed to perform a site visit to confirm the preliminary estimate. They were punctual. They were professional. They picked up and delivered the same day. I am very please with their services.

Went well. They arrived a few minutes late but called to let me know. Professional but definitely personable. Handled my items with care, and didn't waste time. Helped me get furniture and boxes placed where I wanted them to be in the new place.

Moving from out of town, driving a loaded rental truck, tired, and not knowing exactly when I was going to need help, I emailed Mustang movers on a Sunday afternoon. To my surprise, John called me later that very same day. He was understanding of my situation, and offered a choice of flexible solutions to accommodate my unsettled schedule. Clayton and Shawn, the two person crew that he sent, was a perfect pair of bright and careful men. They were careful to follow my precise instructions. In their polite and respectful way, they both offered helpful suggestions when they thought that my methods could be improved. -- A couple of weeks later, I arrived with a second truck. Again, I was traveling with little advanced notice, and needed help unloading within 24 hours. This time, I spoke with Nicole, who also helped with the logistics of planning my return of my rental truck. At my request, I was lucky to have been Clayton and Shawn help me, again. -- Both times, when I arrived, it was not the end of/first of the month weekend. I would not expect movers to be able to provide such flexible scheduling during crunch moving times.

They arrived on time. Worked fast and were friendly. They were careful with the items being moved as well as doors & walls in the house. We plan on using thier services again in the next couple of months.

When I called Mustang, John came over that day to give an estimate. The estimate was about the same we paid when we moved from Houston a few years ago, and we had much less stuff back then, so we were very pleased. They came promptly on a Thursday morning - John plus three other nice young guys. They packed everything in the house - all the china, kitchen stuff, clothes, kids toys, etc. They wrapped the furniture for protection. Took about 8-9 hours in total. They met us the next morning at the new house in Houston. Unpacking took about 4-5 hours. They also reassembled some items which is not customary, and when there were a few items we realized we did not need (like a huge bed) they volunteered to take it back to Goodwill at no extra charge. The final fee was exactly the amount of the estimate. I would highly recommend Mustang - liked that the guys they sent were friendly, clean-cut guys and not shady-looking like some movers I have used in the past.

Gave us a good estimate based on list we gave them for what we wanted moved. They came out the next week as we preferred. They looked at what we wanted moved and the new locations and worked with me to choose what to move first. They waited for me to vacuum areas where furniture was to go, and where places where furniture originally was. We added in a couple of computers to move and a couple of extra pieces of furniture. They upped their original bid to accommodate our needs, but it was within an acceptable dollar range. They were helpful, positive, and very strong. There were no problems at all.

Mustang is by far the best movers I have ever used! I have used a lot of them, so that's saying a lot. The two guys that came were professional, efficient, took care with my furniture, and were very friendly and congenial as well. The price quote was accurate on their end(I did add some items I hadn't told them about, but they were fair in adding them. The last company I used nearly doubled my price for just a few extra boxes!). Not only that, but because of illness, I had to re-schedule twice, and they were very accommodating on that too! I will definitely use Mustang again, no hesitation.

We just had them move furniture and boxes, the heavy things. Very professional, wrapped all of the furniture and did a very detailed job. They are very honest, very professional in every aspect of the job!

I emailed Aloha on a Mon., we moved on the following Fri. I received a call from Eric at Aloha about 30 seconds after I pressed enter for my estimate on the website. Everyone at Aloha is friendly, punctual and courteous beginning with Eric. Eric came out the next day to do an on-site estimate. He let us know from the beginning what situations may cause increases in the price, so we knew the range we were working with. On Fri morning, bright and early, we received the call that the team was 15 min away. 30 min early! We had a team (and I do mean team... great communication and camaraderie) of 6 men: Jason, Lewis, Art, Craig, Mike and Ryan. As soon as they got to the house, they got to work preparing their dolly's and wrapping the staircase and other preparatory work. My husband was very impressed with the professionalism they displayed. As we watched, we realized there was no reason to micro-manage these men. The guys didn't even stop working when their boss, Otis Stevens, came out with a 6 o'clock news crew, to do a story on businesses affected by high gas prices. (yeah... remember that?!) They packed, wrapped, strapped and stacked everything we owned into 2 big trucks and then drove out to Lakeway. Navigated the giant trucks through the narrow streets and down the steep driveway. Everyone worked their butts off until the job was done at 7pm that night. The guys put the furniture where I wanted it (and moved it around, too, when I changed my mind) and utilized the same care and efficiency as moving out of the old house. All in all, because of the professional, honest and outstanding work ethic of Jason, Lewis, Art, Craig, Mike and Ryan; this was the most stress-less move my husband and I have ever had.

Overall it went well. Jason, Kraig, and Lewis moved us and they were nice, professional, and FAST... VERY FAST. The moved us in a little less than 4 hours. It made moving so much easier. Granted, we had everything packed up already and organized well.. but still. It's nice not to have to lift all that heavy stuff.

They were professional and arrived on time. They did good work and nothing was broken. We feel like they charged a good price and were polite. If we needed moving work done again we would use this company.

These guys were wonderful. Moving can be a stressful experience, and the guys at Aloha Moving, Inc. make it so much easier! I am living on the second floor for the first time, and was having to deal with a sharp turn at the top of the stairwell heading towards my front door. I honestly thought that I was going to place my couch in storage, due to not being able get it in the door!! To these guys, it was a piece of cake. They put a few blankets out, and just slid it right on through. They were fast, efficient, and were upbeat the whole time.
