Aloha showed up a few minutes early - but called in advance to ask if it was convenient! Ryan and Craig were awesome. Polite, friendly, professional and very efficient. They took inventory and created a strategy to make the process go smoothly. Although we were anxious about the move and about the expense, they were patient and helpful about what we could do to help. At the end of the afternoon, the deal was sealed when I had to feed my toddler just home from school and there were yet no chairs for the table that was sitting by itself in the new kitchen. She was standing, eating her sandwich, when Craig appears with a chair that he had unwrapped and unpacked just for her. I didn't even realize that he had noticed what was going on in the midst of the chaos. It was a pleasure having them in our homes and we will certainly use Aloha again.

Great! The movers arrived on-time and were very friendly. They were very helpful with dissembling furniture and reassembling at our new home. We did not have any items that were damaged or missing, and there was no damage to our old home or new home which can sometimes happen when moving.

They quickly responded with a reasonable quote and were available on short notice. They communicated constantly the day of the move. The piano arrived ahead of schedule and in excellent condition. They were flexible with respect to whether or not we were going to be able to move it upstairs. I couldn't have asked for more.

The men arrived promptly on the morning of the move and worked quickly, yet handled my possessions carefully. Sean came by to check and make sure the job was going well. I had a few extra items I?d forgotten to list (I think it was the potted ficus tree, a floor lamp, and a couple of other things) so my cost increased slightly since local moves are based on the number of items (boxes, pieces of furniture, etc) and not on weight. I have no complaints whatsoever about the efficiency and quality of their work and the overall service. Nicole was kind enough to meet me at my place of work to pick up their boxes that I had used. I would definitely use Mustang Movers again, and I've recommended them to friends who have used their services and have been satisfied.

overall i rate them high as they were on-time, did a great job, and gave me an upfront cost. the were able to move some high end appliances that cost a little more due to liability issues. The costs were a little higher than average but you usually get what you pay for. i'd use them again.

It went very well. The first time they actually packed and moved us. The next two times they just moved the stuff that was already packed. We had sold a house before we actually had a house to live in, so we ended up in an apartment for awhile. The price was comparable to others. The responsiveness was very good and they were prompt and professional.

Overall everything went well. Nicole came out about a month before my move to see my stuff to give an accurate estimate and was very thorough & courteous. Movers arrived right on time the day of the move and were well prepared for the job. However, I had specifically requested 3 movers (and was willing to pay extra for that) but I only got 2. On the other hand, the 2 that I got were really fast and did a good job. Move started at about 8:30 & finished at Noon. I'm a little disappointed at the items that were left at the apt, they wouldn't take items packed in a laundry basket, and I didn't notice that and had to make a return trip to get items that I really needed. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again though, nothing's ever perfect.

Wonderful. The apartment building I was moving out of sees a lot of movers in and out (no comment), and these guys impressed not just me, but all my neighbors. I actually got a text from a woman downstairs minutes after they left saying she intended to hire them. Most of the time, if someone's moving right above you, your first thought is not, "I need to hire those movers!" All my stuff was carefully wrapped before being loaded and at the new place, they didn't just dump it anywhere but placed it considerately in a way that would make sense until we were fully unpacked. That kind of conscientiousness, in my opinion, really qualifies as above and beyond. Very impressed.

As a matter of fact, their pricing was exceptional. Their price was half the price of anybody else I called. We will use them again in the future.

John (half owner) and a crew of two showed up saturday morning to move us. We were moving from a one story 2000 sq ft home to a two story 3000 sq ft home. We had some heavy furniture pieces, lots of box's and other stuff. John was friendly as were his helpers. John and crew did no damage to our stuff and were eager to say "yes" to minor changes and suggestions. It took most of the day. As pleasant a move as these things can go overall.

John and a crew of two arrived on time, loaded and later unloaded efficiently and carefully with no damage to furnishing or walls. The storage unit stop had been mentioned but not recorded in the initial estimate, nonetheless it was made cheerfully and without extra charge. The move was completed in one day and for the estimate provided. I've done a lot of moving, have never had a better move than this one, or a better value. Thanks!

These guys have MAD skills!! they packed and moved our house in the estimated time. We had one minor disconnect on the disassembly/reassembly of our bed but that was resolved with a quick phone call to one of the owners. We will never attempt to move ourselves again. We will ALWAYS go with Mustang Movers.

We requested an estimate on a Thursday, and our furniture was moved on the following Tuesday, and this was during the busy end-of-month time period. We received 3 estimates, and Mustang Movers was the most reasonable. The movers arrived on time and were very professional, efficient, and careful with the furniture. The bill was exactly as quoted.

They were easy to deal with. They stuck to their estimate. They were prompt, professional and courteous. They took good care of my stuffs and there was no damage. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

We had a very good experience with Mustang Movers, after finding them through Angie?s List. John was friendly and professional and gave me a reasonable quote for our house move. The day of the move, there was a delay due to a truck problem. Even though it wasn?t an ideal situation, John and his partner Nicole handled it in the best way possible by calling in additional helpers to get the move done faster and offering a price break for the inconvenience. The moving crew was courteous and careful with our belongings. Plus, once they arrived, they worked quickly and in an organized fashion to get the job done efficiently. One other thing, they have a pretty cool program where you can borrow moving boxes and return them within a several week window for no charge. I would trust them again to do a move and would recommend them to friends as well. It?s clear that Mustang Movers care about the customer experience and that is a pretty rare quality in a company these days.

Aloha was fantastic. They moved me on a holiday, July 4, and didn't charge extra for the service, which they easily could have. The movers couldn't have been more sweet and helpful. They even moved our furniture around in the new house until it was exactly how we wanted it. Can't recommend them enough.

They were very courteous and prompt. They charged exactly what they said they would charge.

They arrived a little late (could be blamed on traffic) but got right to work. They took only three 10 minute smoke breaks in 8 hours of work. They were careful with the stuff and listened to what we had to say. This was the 3rd time that I have used them and they have always done an outstanding job.

We used Mustang Moving for our move from a 4 bedroom home in Round Rock to a 2 bedroom in Georgetown based on the reports on Angie?s list. When scheduling the move, we provided a complete listing of the furniture and an estimate of the number of boxes. Mustang provided an estimate which was based on providing only two men. Since it was summer we requested three men, which they did provide. The three gentlemen (Elroy (Driver) and two helpers Jerey and Tiey) showed up at 9:30 a.m. on time and were finished by 2:30 p.m.; even thorough two trips were required. They were respectful and efficient. As a side note to ensure a smooth move, we were ready when they arrived with everything packed in sealed boxes and any furniture that required disassembly disassembled. Once we arrived at the new location, we directed the placement of the furniture but had all boxes placed in the garage and we assembled any furniture that we disassembled. We also provided cold water and energy drinks. Since we only have a lease and will be moving into a purchased home, we plan on using Mustang again.

Our one-day move went very smoothly, except for a refrigerator that was a smidge too wide for the kitchen entryway that Jason and Clayton managed to move into place anyway with an average display of superhuman strength. They told us how much they appreciated the way we organized our move. We told them how much we appreciated the safe and speedy way they handled and moved all of our stuff. Both Jason and Clayton are great guys and did a wonderful job for us. I can't imagine using anyone else the next time we need to make a move.

They will be moving me out of my apartment and into the condo. Their professionalism was excellent and I think their pricing was reasonable. They were responsive and thorough.

Found them through Angie's List. They gave me the most reasonable estimate over the phone and told me that it was okay if items were added or taken off on the day of the move, and the amount would be adjusted accordingly. The two movers arrived on time...they were friendly, courteous and professional. We did a walk-through and there were some items we had already moved ourselves and a few that needed to be added. One of them called the office and the amount was adjusted accordingly (I actually ended up paying $2 less!). They packed up the truck and arrived at our other place and efficiently unloaded and reassembled our desks and beds. The only thing they did not reassemble was the bunkbed but that was discussed beforehand and was therefore not an issue at all. No dings or dents that we noticed. All went really well and I am so glad to have found this company through Angie's List. Price wise they were the most reasonable (I got the Angie's List discount) and service was great. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Jason and Craig were prompt, polite, very professional and fun. They were extremely careful with my things and home and knew what they were doing to ensure the process went smoothly and quickly despite the Texas heat in June!

Everything went very well. They found and rented the storage facility. They allowed me to pick up boxes from a vendor under their contract as we wanted to pack as much as we could prior to the move. Our packing resulted in them discounting that portion of the move. The remaining items were packed and everything was moved in one day. After our new home was completed they were able to schedule my move into the new home on short notice for the day after closing. Everything was moved into our new home within 6 hours. There were only a few minor dings on some furniture. There would have been more if I had done the move myself. All-in-all it was a very good experience and at less than half the cost of another local mover that is a franchisee of a very well known nation-wide company.

There was one "leader" on the day of the move. He both knew what he was doing and held himself in a professional manner. The 2nd guy didn't know how to pack stuff securely at all, but he had a positive professional attitude. The 3rd guy was kind of a p*** (on his cell phone a bunch, at one point he flopped himself on my couch). A couple of things were damaged in the process. To be fair, I expect this from any company (you move enough things & something's going to get scratched or dinged up). The stuff that got damaged was more because of carelessness from the 2nd & 3rd guys than just 'accident'. Granted it, they primarily packed stuff from my garage (which is far less fragile than other household stuff), but they literally dumped it into boxes... not wrapped it in packing paper, not set it in a box. dumped it into a box. They were substantially cheaper than other companies. I got what I paid for. (this is not a sarcastic statement). I paid a lower price and got a service level that was about appropriate for the price paid.
