We brought our own clothes and plants. They will not take liquids but they took everything else. Their professionalism stood out. They were fantastic. They were very helpful and they carried the boxes of things they were not taking to our cars at no additional cost. They told us everything and outlined everything. The individual that gave us the quote saw everything. She saw things that I didn't even realize I had anymore. She was very professional. She looked at everything and the quote was right on. Not one thing was broken. We were really worried that things would get broken. The only thing that was broken was something I broke when we got to the house. I would use them again and I would tell anybody I know to hire them.

We were quoted around $800 based on the description of the move, but ended up requesting to be charged by the hour, as we felt the move will take less time than estimated based on a recent move we had done a year earlier. In the end it turned out the same. The hourly rate is $150/hour + $50 flat chage per move. They took a little less than 5 hours (that came out to $800). My only complain is that after they left I found out that some of the boxes had been misplaced (boxes that were in the kitchen but supposed to be upstairs, one large book box that I had to open up and take up in a couple trips...etc). I'd say probably 4 or 5 boxes were misplaced. One thing I was impressed with was the manner in which they took the washer and dryer upstairs. I was concerned about the wood stairs, which were new, especially the stair nodes, and I expressed that to them, so they put cardboard on the floor upstairs (where there's wood floor) and they put the washer/dryer on the dolly for using upstairs, but they lifted up the dolly on the stairs completely. Generally, they were professional, courteous, and polite. No major issues. On a side note, I noticed that 2 out of the 3 moving persons were super and worked together really well and hard. I personally think that they could have done the move without help from a third person, in not much more time (say an hour more at most). The rate for 2 people would have been $100/hour, so for 6 hours, this would have been a $650 move instead of $800.

Nicole is always beyond helpful and friendly--she patiently made adjustments when my item list changed, offered to buy back any boxes I purchased, and found a way to get me moved at my preferred time, even though it was the end of the month and they were really booked. The movers are always professional and fast, and nothing was broken or damaged. They have never complained about odd parking situations, being on the third floor, etc. Moving is such a headache for me--it's so nice I know I always have great help when I need it. They are also quite affordable, especially compared to other popular movers in town.

The guys were running late and they called which was nice and it gave me more time to pack. Running late turned out to be arriving at 3:00 instead of between noon and 2:00 PM. Since I wanted to pay their minimum base fee of $212 I was trying to limit the things I had them move to the really heavy items. When they arrived they introduced themselves (Bryce and Ray) and they were very nice personable men. The quote included moving clothing directly from the closet maybe some how folded in a blanket or something. When I told them I was trying to stay as close to their base charge and mentioned the transportation of the clothes Ray didn't say much and I just figured it couldn't be done for the base charge. So they moved a full size bed, mattress and box springs, sleigh bed, chest of drawers, mirror, night stand, a coat rack, and two boxes all for $200.00. They're just very expensive I think and it was kinda like hiring a couple of strong highschool or college kids to do the moving; very unprofessional in dress and in treatment of the items moved. Once we left the house and drove to the new house (approx 13 miles away) it took them 45 minutes to get there. Once there they got everything unloaded and left. They were polite and both thanked me.

They arrived 2-3 hours late but had a large crew when they arrived.

The experience was great. Even in the hot Texas sun the 2 guys did a great job. They arrived on time, got everything loaded without a scratch. I called the day before to ask them if we could add several things and they said fine, and took care of billing us a little more for our request. They delivered most things to my daughter's apartment and then came to my home to put a few things in my storage room. Everything went smoothly and was finished before schedule.

Did a great job! Both guys were on time and did the job very quickly. Great experience.

If you want to save your self some headaches, use Mustang Movers to assemble items that come in boxes. I had all the tools ready for them to use to screw this or that. I loved it, because I am not real good in assembling items. I always have left over screws. But Nicole sent me two men that were willing and very nice. My son's buddies helped us unload our trailer and by the time Mustang Movers arrived, I used up my time and money for the heavier items like a sectional and to put together the tv entertainment centers, the study desk, the chairs, the book shelves and more. For me, it was worth the money, because I purchased all the items on sale and used my money to hire someone to assemble them correctly.

I used 2 different companies at 2 different times for moving. They did a fine job. I would use them again in the future if need be.

The best movers I have ever used! I have moved about every three years and they are by far the best. Nothing was damaged and everything was put exactly like I wanted. Great service! I would highly recommend them! I have used them on two different occasions and both moves were painless! Don't waste your time with other movers!

The guys called to let me know they were on their way. They were friendly, punctual, and VERY efficient. I still don't know how the got some of our giant pieces of furniture down the stairs, but they did - and without a scratch.

Mustang moving did a great job for us. We were moving into a new home in Round Rock and had purchased several pieces of furniture from different places all the around the Austin area. We wanted one service to pick up all the items, from all the locations, on the same day and deliver them together to our new home. Mustang moving gave us a very reasonable fixed price quote up front and their scheduling and delivery staff were all professional and courteous. We made an additional purchase after requesting the quote and the quickly adjusted for it and fit it into the schedule. They delivered everything on time and even helped with assembling our bed and arranging the furniture.

I called Friday afternoon and spoke with Nicole about getting a move scheduled ASAP. All of our belongings had been in storage for over a year while we stayed in California. When we put our belongings into storage it was not a straight shot where everything in our house went straight into storage. Part of our stuff went to our one story house that we were selling in order to stage it, part of it went to California with us and the rest went into storage. After we sold our one story the stuff in it went into our stoage units. (This is all imporatnant to the story in a minute.) While I was talking to Nicole scheduling the move she asked me the regular questions: How big is your house, bedrooms, stairs, heavy items?, how big is the storage unit and where are we located. Then she asked me how long I thought it would take them to move. I didn't actually think much of the question or why I was being asked. I shrugged and said, "I don't know, three hours?" And that is what my bid was made off of. My guess that it would take three hours, not her knowledge of the business, but my guess. (BTW, my guess was way off.) The day of the move comes and Matthew and Shawn show up on time and ready to work. Their paper work tells them it is a three hour job. They open up the unit, look around and say this is an eight our job at least. OK, that's fine. I actually had no real idea how long it was going to take three guys to move it all. They also tell me the truck they have is too small, they need a bigger truck and that it is going to take an additional two hours in travel time. At $95 an hour. Well, now I'm upset. Why did Nicole base the entire bid off of my shrug at the shoulders answer. She runs a moving company, not me. Shouldn't she have a better idea how long it takes two guys to move a house that is 3200 sq ft, that has 5 bedrooms, an office, two living and two dining than I would? Now I want to know why did she even ask me any of the preliminary questions if she was going to base the entire bid off of my guess of three hours? I call Mustang Moving and talk to Troy, her brother, who is there for the day. After talking with Troy I was in tears. He basically told me it was my fault for giving a guess of three hours because how could they know how much stuff I had in storage with out an inventory. Fair enough. I wasn't looking for an exact bid because the stuff had been in storage for so long and it was such a complicated move I actually didn't know for sure what was in there. Just that it was enough to fill a house that was 3200 sq. ft. with five bedrooms, an office, two living and two dining. Why was the bid based off my shrug at the shoulders guess? Why don't they have some sort of guidline for how long it takes to move a 3200 sq. ft. home as opposed to a 1300 sq. ft. home. I don't know. These questions were never answered. As a consumer I don't think I should be the one who know how long it takes two guys to move a house, or an office, or an apartment. I think that should be the moving companies job to have an idea of. It's their business to know these things. Every moving company I have ever dealt with did. This is the first one I have dealt with where they went of a customers guess as to how long a move would take. When we moved our stuff onto a truck in California no one came out and did an inventory. They asked how many square feet our house was, and how many bedrooms it had and were able to give us (and their movers) a spot on estimate for how long it would take. Why? Because it's their business to know these things. The guys worked for 10 hours and still weren't able to empty out the storage unit. It's not their fault though. It's not that they were slow, they were ill prepared because they didn't have the proper truck for the move. I found Mustang Moving off Angie's List, saw they had a high A rating and picked them. If I had taken the time to look at the C, D, and F ratings I would not have. Nicole has terrible customer service as does her brother. If you are one of the 90% of people who have a good experience with them which, you are more than likely to be looking at their ratings, GREAT! If are one of the not so happy, it is clear from my experience and from the replies from Nicole on Angie's List, that you will not be helped. Not only will you not be helped, you will be treated with a rude, snarky attitude and total disrespect. I was treated like I didn't know anything (which is fine. I have no desire to know the in's and out's of the moving business. Nor should I need to in order to schedule a move) and told how the reason my move is not going well was ALL my fault and NONE of theirs.

Overall, the move went very well and they were great to work with both the estimator and the movers were very friendly and responsive.

I was happy with the work. My move was complicated. I have got some medical problems; so they did most of the packing. I had them move me on two separate days. I had them for about 8 hours on each of the days. It was relatively expensive. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

From the very first call to Chris Morris requesting a quote to the final box delivered to my new house by Dan and Eloy, this was a very positive experience. Chris was very polite and accommodating on the phone and followed up with quotes to my email. The quotes were pretty accurate even though I did spend more than was originally stated. This was due to a distance issue at my origination location but I was aware this would probably be the case so no worries there. Dan and Eloy arrived within 5 minutes of the estimated time and worked very fast and efficiently. They were very professional and polite and also careful with my belongings. The whole move took about 3 hours and that was with a lunch break that I made them taking after buying it for them. They still managed to let it get cold while continuing to unload the truck. These guys are machines and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move. I will also utilize their services again when the time comes. Thanks Apple.

Arrived ten minutes before their scheduled window and cleared the house in about an hour! These guys were very fast and were actually running between items! No damage to walls or items in the emptied home. Unloading at the destination was about another hour and once again the guys were fast but careful with all the furniture. All items were moved without damage to them or the surrounding decor. Overall, very happy with the service. The guys were prompt, pleasant and fast and we would use them again.

They had the lowest price of any movers I looked into. They were fast and did a good job.

I called Aloha a couple of weeks before my scheduled move, filled out an inventory online. Within 24 hours the move was scheduled on my scheduled date, and I was quoted an amount based on the inventory I provided. A few days before the move I was reminded to update or confirm my inventory and I was requoted an amount based on that revised inventory. This is the amount I ended up paying. The Aloha crew arrived before 9 as they had said they would. The bulk of the heavy furniture had to be hauled up a staircase or up an extremely steep driveway. Working in the brutal heat, they had my house contents on the truck by noon. They arrived at my new house around 1 and had everything unloaded to the rooms I directed them to by 2:30. There was only one minor mishap.

Moved 15 pieces or so of furniture within Austin, most of it very heavy &/or fragile. Ryan and Cory were excellent. They were on time and very careful with my things. The move went without a hitch (hehe). I would definitely use them again.

First of all, Nicole was easy to get a hold of, and she provided great information over email and the phone. She gave me an estimated time and date and set it up without a hitch. The price was on target as well. Carlos and Elliot were fantastic they showed up on time and did a professional job moving all my furniture (including dissasembling and re-installing my bed). Elliot found my bed was installed incorrectly by the initial installers and re-installed it in the correct manner. My wife and I will be enjoying the benefits of the corrected bed installation for a long time, I'm sure! Of note, no furniture was scratched or damaged in any manner.

They were slightly higher than the company I went with, but that was less of an issue. They wouldn't disconnect/reconnect my washer/dryer. That is a simple job that I can easily do, I know, but that they wouldn't do it made me wonder about customer service. So, in spite of their high ratings, I went with another company.

I found Mustang Moving here on Angie's list and decided to go with them because of the overwhelming positive reviews. I called them middle of the week and they were able to get me in the schedule for that same weekend. The time window they gave was 3 - 5 pm and they showed up at 3:30, perfectly in the given window. Two gentlemen moved all the furniture into their truck. They covered all of it with moving blankets and secured the items via straps inside their trailer. They took care to setup door protectors in my new home and made extra effort to not damage the walls or the furniture. The service was quick and professional and a very reasonable price. This is the first time I have hired movers and will most definitely hire this company again if I make another local move in the future!

From beginning to end everything was professional and as stressless.
