They were good. They were courteous. They took good care of our stuff. Their quote was right on. We were happy with them.

Mustang Movers assisted our business by offloading a tractor trailer of imported goods that arrived at our warehouse. The were asked to learn the product codes and put the items in their proper place in the warehouse as they offloaded and they picked it up super fast. They only took one quick break for a drink and had good energy for the entire offload even after having worked another move until 1am the night before.

Their price was good, and they were great. They asked the right questions and made sure that we had the estimate in writing. They were very efficient.

Although it took two days to pack, load, and unload at our new address, they worked tirelessly and with great humor. The last box was unloaded at 1:30 am on the second day having worked about 17 hours that day and over 12 hours the day before without a whimper.

They were fine and reasonably priced. They marked the packages well. I was not unhappy about anything they did. I would use them again in the future.

.We have used them twice. .First time from our apartment to a house then from that house to where we are now. They were very careful with our things and courteous. We are very happy with their service and would use them again.

They were excellent. We have used them several times. They were professional. We got our money's worth.

Mustand Moving unloaded the moving trucks efficiently and expeditiously.

I looked to Angie's List specifically to find a moving company. Mustang Moving did a great job moving our stuff without any damage. They were very professional and efficient. I was impressed with them all the way around and would recommend them to anyone.

This was a repeat move, as they company did a great job with me the last time and offered the same 25% discount. As before, the movers were courteous, took care of my belongings, and worked with me as I rushed to move some stuff out of the way at the last minute that I hadn't finished in time. However(and my B rating may be in the wrong category), I was briefly miffed that there was a miscommunication about their rain policy. I had been told that the movers wouldn't move in the rain, and that part at least does seem to have been incorrect, and that made me assume that the movers would just wait until the rain stopped, which was probably not well thought through on my part. As it turns out, the movers were more than prepared to prevent my carpets from getting wet and muddy, and had plenty of padded blankets to keep the furniture from getting wet, and so moving in the rain was fine, preventing me from having to pay them a hefty hourly fee to wait. So there was some miscommunication that turned out all right for me, and probably for most other people as well, barring terrible weather, but I'd rather not have had the confusion in at all. I still recommend the company.

Well, It was great to see a company on Angie's list with a lot of very good reviews. However, when I called them to get an estimate on moving a pool table within my house from ground floor to upstairs, the first person I talked to had no clue what I was talking about as if it was unheard of! he mentioned that someone will call me back. Which they did, I received a call from Nicole and she wanted to schedule a visual! apparently she was told that we wanted to move the whole house and not just a table. Anyway, when I explained my project to her, she gave me a price of $160, when I mentioned that I am a member of Angie's list and I would like to use 25% mentioned on the website, she revised the quote to $147.50 instead of $120(as pure math would suggest)..I confirmed again that the newly quoted price is with Angie's list discount and she said YES!! To me, this sounds like the company not keeping their word to Angie's list members or their customer's at large - as I found out from their website - the 25% couple is also available from their website and they are not offering anything special to Angie's list customers - regardless they don't seem to be honoring the discount coupon anyway..which was disappointing.

The experience from the first contact to the arranging of times to the very professional and courteous movers made the move much easier, and all for a very fair price.

They moved the furniture out of my office to my former partner’s house. I chose them because they happened to be closer and they did wonderful service. They did the job that I needed them to do. I would use them again in the future

They arrived on time, worked very efficiently and completed the job for the quoted price. The men were very friendly and pleasant. I would definitely hire them again!

Mustang was very responsive throughout the process. The owner gave a detailed estimate for all of the specific pieces of furniture they were moving. We intended them to move certain items. We had intended to pick up and move on the same day, but the closing on our new house was delayed a couple of times. I contacted Mustang and they agreed to store our furniture in the trailer after loading until we moved. They arrived to move our furniture on schedule. We had decided and already moved some of the items on the estimated list. Mustang immediately deleted the items from the estimate. We also added some items. They were very accommodating and flexible to our chaning situation. They did a great job loading the furniture and offloading it at our new home. We were very pleased with the customer service attitude of the company, willingness to be flexible to meet our changing needs, and the care and quality of loading and unloading our furniture.

It went well; we had more stuff than we anticipated and they worked with us .

We decided to move some furniture and other belongings out of the house in order to stage it cause we're putting it on the market. I considered all options - storage pods, storage facility, doing the work myself...but since I had done business with Nicole and Mustang in the past I decided to call them to see if they could help. Did they ever! They saved me lots of time and concern and took care of the job with zero stress for me. I opted to box up my own stuff. They have an easy and inexpensive system to sell boxes for customers. They took my stuff to their storage facility. And because I'm only paying for the actual amount of storage used - as opposed to renting a room that would likely have been more space than I needed, they're saving me at least $50 a month on storage. The guys showed up on time, they wrapped the furniture appropriately, they hustled, they were careful... UPDATE: They lost a box of china so I have downgraded my review.

Our situation was tricky because we lived in a house with a very steep driveway, on the main road in our neighborhood. When we had moved in, we had had a problem with traffic and the sheriff had come by, telling the movers they'd better hurry or they'd have to move the truck before they finished unloading. They helped with traffic for a short time, but people were honking and it was stressful and unpleasant. Ms. Williams took on the problem head-on. She called the Sheriff's office and found out how to hire a retired officer to control traffic during our move. She included the cost in our quote, scheduled him to come out, and that was that. Another company that I looked into didn't seem to have any idea how to handle our situation other than doing a small truck to big truck double pack and load, which would have been expensive. Our move went really well. They had us packed up in half a day, and unloaded in the other half. Ms. William's staff was great, all really nice people working hard and taking care with their job, very responsive. About a month later, I called to have my unpacked boxes removed. One guy came took care of them in no time, and a few weeks later, I received a check for the box reimbursement. Job well done. if we move again (I hope not!), I will definitely call Mustang.

They were easy to work with. They were prompt and professional.

We interviewed several moving companies before choosing Mustang. We chose Mustang based on our talk with Nicole (who for some odd reason I continually called "Michelle"). Nicole personally led the packing of our 4 sets of dishes and china. She helped us with costs by using recycled boxes and packing paper. She taught us that fragile items have to be wrapped more thoroughly for a long move to prevent breakage due to settling during the trip. After she and her team of polite, professional workers completed the packing, they loaded our truck. They did an awesome job. When we arrived at our new home, 2,500 miles away, the moving professionals on this end who unloaded the truck were amazed at the skill with which the truck was packed. For example, my wife's full length, oak framed, very delicate mirror is -- according to the movers on this end -- very hard to pack without damaging. It came through perfectly as did everything else. We have unloaded out dishes and china not one item was broken, cracked or chipped. Not one! Unbelievable. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that I would hire Mustang again in a heartbeat. You won't go wrong using Mustang Moving.

This is my third experience with Aloha. There will be a fourth. I spoke several times with Eric tacking down the estimate. He was anxious for Aloha to do and keep our business. Rare and wonderful these days, no? The crew of three, one of whom actually helped with my last move more than 18 months ago, came earlier than the precise time. They made pick up adjustments. They did the actual move with carefulness and alacrity. The guys were a pleasure to work with, even throwing in some value added services at the delivery end. Use them, you won?t be sorry.

I have used two other movers off AL but Aloha is a CLASS ACT. Would use again. They take the extra time to protect all items like no other mover we have used in Austin.
