It was good! It was successful and in a timely manner and they do customize, I was able to design the pool that i wanted.

The service was very good. They arrived when they said they were going to be there. When they were finished for the day they cleaned up after themselves. Good communication.

It was overall a good experience. It took awhile to get started due to obtaining permits but then moved quickly until the very end where it took awhile to hear back on some minor finishing aspects but everything was taken care of in the end. Also, a few months later the pump stopped running. They came out right away and fixed the problem.

Anthony and Sylvan built a fantastic pool for us. Any large project will have it's ups and downs. What few issues occurred, Anthony and Sylvan owned and made right. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to build a pool in my area. I will use their service again.

One thing that I was impressed with TJ through a sales perspective was that at the same time this was going on we had a flood in our kitchen. I had to cut the budget by $15,000. He came on the 4th of July, his day off, to help us find what to cut in price to help us with our budget. He went above and beyond in the fact that we had this flood event going on. From a customer service perspective the construction process went very well. I would give very high marks to Tyson Felker who was the construction project manager. The project management team that came to get the pool constructed was working like clockwork. Tyson was very upfront about the whole work and experience. He set clear expectations when it comes to construction work knowing that we may run into hiccups but that he would always resolve them quickly. He was not done until we were completely satisfied. He was amazing. I have already personally recommended them to other people who have come to our house and looked at our pool.

It went very well. Their sales team helped us get up to speed on their different products. They had a showroom which great. They kept us up to date on everything during the build. They followed-up with us after the work was done to familiarize us with the equipment which was very helpful.

Initial appointment with Aaron Dumas seemed wonderful and we were looking forward to a follow up meeting to see a design and move forward with building a pool. Aaron texted and emailed the day of appointment to state his computer had crashed and he asked when was a convenient time to meet. From repeated requests we finally gave up on this company who never showed us a design or offered a bid. I alerted my realtor who had recommended Anthony Sylvan about their lack of follow through and she took note indicating she won't refer customers to this business. I had high hopes but was disappointed at the lack of professional service in poor communication and follow up. Now I am feeling if this is how they treat clients I probably dodged a bullet by not using them.

The final product is outstanding! They were very thorough on the planning and the custom design of the pool. They gave us a lot of options. They can basically do anything. They were very easy to work with and it was ready when they said even with some weather delays. They even have a life time warranty on the pool.

Perfect! The whole experience was seamless. Aaron Dumas and his construction manager Tyson were phenomenal. They caught issues with the pool that even I didn't notice.

Anthony & Sylvan did and awesome job during the installation. They have great crews for every phase which were all responsible and always cleaned up after. Their service after the pool was build was also great to work with and always went out of their way to make sure the pool was working properly.

It went incredibly well. They were not super busy and they finished the job within one month and It was amazing. 9 years later the pool is still excellent and the equipment is holding up.
