Description of Work: Our back door handle and lock were "frozen" so we couldn't get in or out. I called them in the afternoon and they were there the next day. He offered someone that afternoon, but it wasn't a huge rush, so we were fine to wait until the next business day. They were prompt and helpful.

+ -1 moreMy new lock wasn't working on my house. I was planning to put the house on MLS in the morning and was very upset. They came out at night on short notice and diagnosed and fixed the problem. Plus they had a keyless deadbolt I also needed on their truck. Four hardware stores didn't have it. They were so nice and reasonable.
Description of Work: Figured out why my new front door deadbolt would work with the key. Also installed a keyless deadbolt.

+ 0 moreI called Amazing Lock & Safe because I locked my keys in my car. The operator took my infomation and promised a return call soon. In fact I did get a return call but not from Amazing Lock & Safe. Apparently they subbed the job out to Capital Lockout (License B12314). Anyway, Bill arrived quickly and popped the lock in maybe one minute. Took longer to write up the order than to do the work.
Description of Work: Bill the locksmith retrieved my car key from my locked car and made me a duplicate key.

+ -1 moreGary, the technician and owner, came out to my location. He provided excellent service, was knowledgeable and very helpful. He knew exactly what was needed and was prompt and courteous. Once he got there, he stood by his original price quote and did not try to gouge me for extra services. I had called about 10 different numbers in the phone book and kept getting what seemed like the same company. I started looking for locksmiths that had local addresses and found Amazing Locksmith Service. It was a very good feeling to actually talk to a locksmith and not an "operator" who would "forward" my call to a dispatcher and have someone that I didn't even talk to come out to help me. I recommend Gary and his company with the highest regard!!
Description of Work: I lost the key to my car and called several local locksmith services for pricing. The key was a specialized key with a chip in it and everyone wanted to charge me $200+ to make a replacement key. Amazing Locksmith Service was the least expensive and affordable of all the calls I made. ALS provided a technician that was able to create a key that was perfect.

My mother was visiting and I gave her my keys to come and go with, well to make a long story short we went out and tried to go back and could not get in. I called Amazing Locksmiths who showed up literally in minutes. The service was great as well as the guy they sent.
