The plumber quickly determined the problem and fixed it in a quick and effective manner.

Plumber Richard called 10 minutes ahead of arrival and arrived promptly at scheduled time of 8am. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Prepurchased 1 hour service call through Angie's List. Only additional charge was minimal and reasonable charge for materials (less than $20). Highly recommend.

Danny and Carlos were very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced the two hose bibbs in short order. I had asked about repair and they explained that the cost to replace would be less than trying to repair the 40 yr old valves.

Excellent Experience in all respects

The cause of the leak was located and the repair was made. The Plumber was very knowledgeable and professional. We have use them to replace toilets and a hot water heater. Glad to have a plumbing business that gets the work done well.

Randy and Carlos from Allstate arrived in less than two hours. We had already cut the sheet rock on the den side to locate the leak, so we knew the problem. Randy looked at the pipe and agreed and pointed out another potential problem with another pipe beside the wall stud. They cut another hole in the sheet rock in the garage to reach the leak better and repaired the current and potential problem quickly. We were impressed with their promptness and professionalism in dealing with our problem.

Danny was wonderful. He did the repair very quickly. One of the toilets had been previously repaired several times and the cement around the flange is deteriorating. Danny was able to fix the problem in spite of this and advised us that in the future, the cement would probably need a repair as well, though we aren't quite there yet. So thank you for preparing us and for keeping that from being today's problem.

Great. The plumber was able to unclog it in a short amount of time. He also checked that all my connections under the sink were good and not leaking.

Perfect. Danny was a professional. He replaced the disposal, and it didn't take him long to do it. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing. He even showed me how to reset the disposal if I ever needed to.

I originally set up camera time (for an extra service charge) and the gentleman explained that after doing a few initial tests and visual examinations told me it would not be necessary, saving me money. This is the third company I have had come out to diagnose a problem - wish I called them first. I used an Angie's list coupon which I also printed out - so he adjusted the invoice for the correct amount without any hassle. Nice man and very helpful. I will use them again.

Contractor arrived within the promised time window, performed a thorough inspection of the outside plumbing system, and determined that the problem I am having is in the irrigation system itself, not the plumbing supply system. Allstate did not charge for the service call, which was really appreciated.
