Description of Work: Replaced two 40 gallon hot water tanks in the attic that were at the end of their life. They worked to get the tanks we wanted with a short timeframe and the price seemed very fair. At the same time, also installed a commode provided by owner and the related hardware. Very professional job on both. Extremely punctual. Only issue was forgetting to turn back on one tank but discovered that quickly and it was easily done by homeowner but that could have been an issue for some owners. Also was surprised that tank drip pans were not replaced as a matter of course but did not specify that. If providing the plumbing fixture, be certain to clarify whether they will take care of disposing of the old fixture also. Have since used this company again for a plumbing repair unrelated to this installation and it went well.

Description of Work: I was very pleased. We lost our hot water in the kitchen. We have 2 heaters, so one of them was out. After I called Allstate, it took them a couple days to get out here, because our heaters are in the attic, and they only schedule these jobs early in the morning. When the serviceman arrived, he was most professional. He found that the tank that was out only needed to have its pilot re-lit. He checked it out thoroughly, and re-set the temperature to a slightly lower value as I asked. We couldn't have been more pleased!

Description of Work: Repair leaking sink drain and faulty bathroom faucet. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and helpful, as always. These guys are my go-to plumbers; they have done everything from minor repairs to major installations like a tankless water heater. I am completely satisfied with their service, price, etc. I don't know if they are the cheapest, but I always feel I get a good value for the price I pay.

Description of Work: We used Allstate for a garbage disposal install and leaky/loose kitchen faucet. We liked them so much we have had them out two more times for a little more serious work. Description of Work: The service was great. They installed my water softener. There were a couple of problems though. One, they tried to charge me a $25 travel fee without informing me of that upfront. He let it go, but only because I wasn't happy about it. They are in Austin, and I am in Hays County. | Second, the cost of the parts was more then I expected. Would have liked a heads-up for that.
