They came when they said they were going to. They took care of it without me having to be there. The quality of their work was satisfactory. They were courteous and professional.

I used Angie's List to find this company and chose them for their excellent ratings and close proximity to my home. When I called the person I spoke with was very helpful and friendly and set up a date to connect the new sink following installation of new countertops by another contractor. The plumber arrived on time, performed the work in a very professional manner, cleaned-up and explained what he had done. We plan to have them come back and install a couple of new toilets this summer.

I called and had an estimate on site the next day. Carl doing the estimate was very professional, and answered all my questions with clarity. I called to schedule the work two weeks later, and it took a day for them to get back to me and get me scheduled two days out. On the day of the service, Jason called me to see if he could start work early. He was professional and did the job. He was pretty quiet, but answered all my questions. He did have to leave the site to run and get a longer tube for the valve hole. My only complaint would be he did leave a large pile of dirt around one of the hole sites, which I had to clean up later. I was charged the exact estimate price, and overall, I had a good experience. Everyone was professional from beginning to end.

Great. They were good at investigating to find out what the problem was, good at figuring out how to fix it with the least damage to the shower and wall. Other plumbers had told us nothing could be done to fix the problem.

Allstate Plumbing comes the same day you call them if at all possible. This is rare with plumbers. I think this company is great. I trust them and I know they don't try to get you to buy things you don't really need. I like their pricing as well. They charge a minimum hourly rate, but if you go over by 15 minutes they don't charge more than the first hour.
