He did a good job. I was happy with the work. He was very friendly. He explained what he was doing, how he was doing it and he went outside and made sure that the road roader was going all the way up to the street. I thought he did a thorough job. He did an outstanding job.

The man that came to do the work was very polite and knowledgeable. He did a very good job at a reasonable price. He had to work on some pipes that were 45 years old.

I called the company and got a rather quick appointment. The plumber arrived on time, found the problem and repaired it.

Wow! What a great experience! I have had several plumbers come to my house over the years to look at the same problems that BJ with Allstate was able to quickly diagnose and repair. My life is changed! He was able to fix every single plumbing problem I had. Thank you! I will look no further!

He replaced cartridges in my kitchen faucet and the shower. The price is pretty high to me. They were very competent and did good work.

Only waited 2-3 days for this non-emergency service after my appointment. Two men showed up. Replaced the brass flange. Fixed. I waited about 2 weeks after the work was done to make sure everything worked right before writing my review.

Contacted All-State to install a new garbage disposal under the kitchen sink. The scheduling went very smoothly and got a call from the technician when he was close. Work done very professionally.

We had a report of a gas leak when we were away from the house. Found All-State on Angie's list, called them and they came out that day. Very responsive and very professional.

We noticed that after my daughter took her shower that the shower would not shut off completely and was leaking water about 15 gallons an hour. (Yes we timed it :) We were going to replace the cartridge ourselves, as well as replace the flapper and fill valve in our toilet at the same time. When we proceeded to turn off the water to the toilet, we noticed that it did not shut off. Since we have had floods in the home a few times, we didn't want to mess with it. We got on Angie's List and contacted Allstate Plumbing. When we called, the receptionist was very friendly and contacted a plumber right away for us. We got the cartridge replaced and valve replaced on the toilet in less than an hour. He also cleaned up after himself and was very professional. He also answered all of our questions. I will definitely call Allstate Plumbing again in the future. They were friendly, prompt and professional!

They were wonderful. They were prompt, and very reasonably priced. They were honest, professional and nice to work with. The woman that answered the phone when I called was also very nice.

B J was punctual and quickly found the problem and fixed the issues. He gave me pointers so it would not happen again. He also fixed a small gas leak after pulling out the stove. He cleaned up after himself. When he left you could not tell that any repair had taken place.

.The job went very well, and was performed very efficiently. I would not hesitate to use Allstate Plumbing again for plumbing issues.

BJ showed up early, which was fine. He called first. After evaluating the toilet and leak, he determined there was some sort of blockage in the pipe. He tried getting to the clog with an auger, but determined that he needed a camera to figure out what was causing the problem. He had to go back up to pflugerville to get the tools needed, but was back in a flash. With the camera, he was able to determine the reason for the blockage and worked really diligently until the clog was completely clear. We were very pleased with his work and professionalism and courtesy.

Small hiccup on 1st day of scheduling, but whole crew was attending a funeral. Next day scheduled the call and came out and completed the work without issue.

I got them off Angie's List and got a coupon off their website. I thought they were friendly and quick to get out here. The only negative I have is that their billing was incorrect and I had to straighten it out with the owner but they were very good about correcting it. Their pricing was competitive and I will use them again in the future.

I called Allstate Plumbing to get an estimate to replace four toilets that were 20+ years old and real water wasters and not very efficient at flushing. I also wanted new shutoff valves at each toilet along with new water supply lines as well as a shower valve replaced. The estimate was in line with other estimates I had received and Carl seemed very knowledgeable about issues concerning what I wanted done. He emailed me a proposal within a few hours and I decided to go with his bid. On the scheduled work day, "BJ" arrived on time and was extremely courteous and professional. He spent the better part of the day in our home, replacing the the four toilets with new Toto "Drake" toilets and repairing the shower valve. He took care to put covers on his shows when he was in the house and left everything very clean and neat. The toilets operate very well as does the shower. We are very pleased with the work performed by Allstate and will not hesitate to use them again for any plumbing needs.

Fantastic experience! Two tenants had small but urgent issues, and I called Allstate at 7:30am this morning, based on the Angie's List recommendations. I had never used them before. The scheduler (Becky?) was wonderful, thorough and really "on it." She promised that an excellent plumber would be there between 8-9am and asked if they needed to coordinate with tenants. I showed up at 9:15 and the jobs were done to everyone's satisfaction, for a great price. I am picky about service people because the property is old (1940s) with tricky issues. I called the owner to thank them, because I was so happy with their service-- he was great too!I will definitely call Allstate again.

Very professional. I had first called about the kitchen faucet and the two bathroom sinks. I added the repairs to the two toilets once they arrived and it did not phase them at all. They immediately went to work. They were always very professional.

The owner of the company himself came to give us an estimate. We were not sure if we wanted to get a traditional water heater or the tankless kind. He spent a lot of time with us and sent us some links so that we could read about the tankless ones. I felt that their prices were fair compared to some of the others that I’ve used.

He found that the faucet had been installed incorrectly and reinstalled everything which fixed the leak. I was very pleased with the work.

The overall experience was excellent. I was given a servce window which was met. Joel performed the work to which I was very pleased. Joel was professional in handling this service call in terms of explaining where the problem lied. He had all material available to complete job without me having to reschedule or wait additonal hours for a part or someother component to arrive in order to finish repair. I will definetly use these guys again should the situation arise.

I actually first used them in June. I used a coupon through Angie’s List. They sent two guys out and they actually fixed some minor things but they misdiagnosed the leak problem. They told me basically not to use my shower and that that was probably causing the leak, so I didn’t use it for a while but I continued to have the leak, so I called back and they sent a different plumber out and he ended up coming and spending a long time. He did figure out what the leak was. It was not a simple thing to fix. He ended up spending better part of the day and a lot of money but he did take care of it. I was very pleased. He successfully did it. He seemed very careful and at one point called a more senior person to come and look to be sure he had figured everything out properly and had it taken care of. I think the work was completed probably not until September. It is kind of hard to rate them because there are different pieces here to evaluate. In terms of getting the problem eventually solved and taken care of I think I would have to give them an ‘A’. In terms of the second plumber who came out and solved it I would give him an ‘A’ but I would give them a ‘B’ overall in terms of the first team they sent out and they were very cursory really. I think they were not that experienced and they sort of quickly said what they thought the problem was. The main reason that I called them out was not the minor problem. They did take care of it when they were here but it was for the major problem and it turned out that they were way off. In talking to other people I came to know that major plumbing work like this can be expensive, so I think the price is acceptable. I would give them a ‘B’. I would give the second plumber an ‘A’ for quality of his work. They were responsive. When I called the staff, they kept me informed as to when people would be coming and they were timely and that sort of thing. I would give the second plumber an ‘A’ for professionalism and the first guys maybe a ‘B’. I would use them again in the future.

We had been experienceing intermnittent clogging in one toilet drain. The tech was prompt, proffesional and although no root cause was found for our drain problem, we have had no issues since the service. I would use them again if needed.

Everything went great--it was a simple project but I would definitely use them again.
