Allstate arrived on time. They were able to come over two days after my original call. Work was professional and of the highest quality. Price was very reasonable.

The toilets made a noise when the washer drained. He performed an extensive exterior clean out. He was timely, trustworthy and not over priced. For once I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of by a plumber! I will use this company again. I highly recommend them!!!

Professional work completed as estimated. Work was completely satisfactory. I did get a faulty shutoff valve installed that started leaking a couple days after the install. They responded right away and reapaired.

Everything interface with Allstate from getting a quote after hours working around my schedule. Quote was timely and very reasonable. Scheduling was very easy with great communication. Tech was right on time had everything he needed and did the job as quickly as possible but never cut corners unlike the plumber's work he was redoing. I appreciate them coming to our plumbing rescue. I highly recommend them and have more work scheduled with them.

BJ came out and did great work. On the original call I had wanted my garbage disposal replaced but BJ took a couple of minutes to get the old one working so I saved some money there. He also gave me some tips on how to keep the garbage disposal fresh and working. BJ made the reverse osmosis system installation look easy. Along the way he made sure to explain what he was doing and answer any questions I had. I truly appreciated BJ's professionalism and approachability on this job. I would definitely call Allstate plumbing out for any future jobs and would recommend them to my friends.

Initially remodeled upstairs master bathroom 7 years ago. Original contractor moved my toilet to install larger tub. Had a few clogs in the toilet and noticed stains on ceiling below. Had him come back out to fix but he apparently didn't fix correctly. So called Allstate plumbing out b/c they had great reviews. BJ was the guy who came out. Super friendly guy, explained every question I had in detail. Very thorough in his work. Took up ld toilet and showed me where the previous contractor had messed up. Actually was able to leave and comeback later while I went out to buy new toilet. Got the toilet and he came right back out and installed it. Worked perfectly and looked great. I also asked him to look at my downstairs toilet while he was there b/c it was wobbling a bit. He took it up and showed me what was wrong with that one as well. He had to solder a new flange b/c old one was broken. Put the toilet back down and looked better than before. No more wobbling or movement. Was super happy with the work performed.

The toilet wasn't a brand name, so they had to call around to find a tank that would fit. They found one in Round Rock and completed the job quickly and professionally.

This experience was first class from start to finish. The person answering the phone set up the appointment for the first possible opening. The plumber called ahead to let us know when they would arrive and arrived on time. The plumber was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The repair was done correctly the first time, with a lot of care given to safety (making sure there were no gas leaks on our water heater. I would recommend this company.

We had two toilets that needed to be repaired and a sink that was clogged. The plumber came on time (after the office called to say he was on the way). He did all of our repairs quickly and cleaned up afterwards. He answered all of our questions and also gave us several suggestions of things we should do in the future. We were very pleased with Allstate and will definitely call them again when we need a plumber.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from this company. While on the phone scheduling their service, I asked that they send me a seasoned, top employee and they replied "they have all been with us over 10 years". That sure says something in that business. He showed up on time, did exactly what I wanted including a small suggestion about the tubing from the dishwasher to the disposal. He cleaned up everything when done and the price was reasonable.

Most of that was indicated above. I learned that my hot water heater needed to be replaced when a gas company employee came out to repair a natural gas leak outside the house. He cut the gas off, made the repairs, then turned the gas back on and said he had to check my appliances that used natural gas. The old water heater, of course, did not pass inspection, and Allstate responded promptly to my request for a new installation. I had a good experience with their office staff, and with their plumber, who obviously had lots of experience. His workmanship showed on the way he connected and insulated the piping, and the check-out and purging of the water system. There were no residues from the water pipes in the aerators on the faucets inside the house. There was no air in the pipes after the installation. It was a first-class job all the way.

The specs helped me realize what I thought I would buy initally would not work. The old pieces were difficult to remove (I had a very old cast iron with porcelein sink that was extremely heavy). I was able to go an purchase what I needed with ease after the diagrams they drew for me. They hauled off old and installed new. They cleaned up the new area and installed products and were very professional. The completed job looked fabulous, was within budget and I love it!

The repairman was very professional. He was friendly and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

Overall the service was excellent and I would recommend their services.

Allstate Plumbing did a great job! Thank you Angie's List...this contractor was amazing. These guys did great! We were in a new city and just purchased a new (20 years old) home. We had no local resources to help us select which contractors were good or to be avoided. We had the usual list of things the home inspector found before we purchased, plus we wanted to make this home our own with upgrades. Thanks to Angie's List we chose these guys, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. Pros from beginning to completion. These guys are awesome! Better than anyone I could have selected on my own if I had lived here all my life. We looked at several different contractors and these guys were great and at reasonable prices. Superb experience on every level. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

The leak turned out to be upstairs in a pipe behind a wall. They were very professional and would ask before ripping out more drywall and did the best they could to minimize the damage. Price was reasonable for the amount of time. Once it was found, they gave me a few recommendations for repairs which I appreciated! I will definitely use them again.

Used coupon. Was billed extra time to cover the cost of coupon. Service tech was very nice. Took 90 mins to change sink faucet. Could not figure out soap dispenser but i fixed in 5 mins. could not fix shower valve but pointed out the missing piece that i need to order.

The office called when the service van left their location to let me know they were on the way. The two servicemen arrived and introduced themselves, I quickly ran thru what I wanted done and added the manufacturer install info I had since neither one had seen a electric hybrid water heater before (dont blame them, it still isn't mainstream) I left them alone, they pulled out the 17 year old water heater fairly quickly and came back to the door to ask some questions about the install, since some things had changed from our first talk. They went back to work getting the new water heater into a closet with less than optimal dimensions for the top heavy replacement. A new shutoff valve needed to be installed since the old one didn't seal completely- yes, they asked before they did it. Completed the install with the special connections needed for a hybrid water heater compared to a standard electric water heater. They took the old one away with them, I may have done the job myself with the help of a friend or two and about 8 hours of work, they did it in less than 3, from start to them driving out the driveway with the old heater in their van.Plus they guatantee their work . Would I do it the same way again????? you bet I would. Oh, by the way, the estimate was spot on, that doesn;t seem to happen much these dys.

Since we recently purchased our house, we had a house warranty policy and another plumbing company that was approved by our warranty company initially came out to look at the water heater. They told us that nothing was wrong with the water heater itself; the problem was occurring because our water heater is located in the attic and the attic was getting too hot, which was putting out the pilot light. I didn't quite buy this considering it had been hot for months and this just started happening, so I called Allstate Plumbing for a second opinion. They came out asap, identified the problem within 20 minutes (some parts on the water heater weren't working), and fixed it. Even better, the water heater itself was under warranty and Allstate Plumbing just happened to be a servicer for that brand. That meant we didn't even have to pay for the parts, just the 1 hour service call.

Carl at Allstate was very accommodating in making sure everything was done to my specifications and not merely to code. Allstate was able to get the multi-day job scheduled at a good time and was prompt in completing the work. The plumbers ensured their work was quality work and not merely "close enough." The process of getting under the slab was quite difficult and the ground was rocky and hard. I am very satisfied with their work. While the cost was not the lowest bid, Allstate was fair in the price and was certain to provide a well put-together quote that addressed all of my needs and requests. I sought bids from five companies and a couple of the companies didn't write in the quote all of the work. Allstate also provided a notarized Release of Lien and All Bills Paid affidavit which is not a common request from residential work. But they did not blink and came through. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them to anyone needing quality work with great service from the women in the office, to Carl on to the plumbers and the guys who did the grunt work of digging the trench!

The job was performed in a very professional and timely manner. All concerns and questions were addressed. I would definitely recommend this company.

Joel and co-worker were able to arrive earlier than scheduled. They put on there shoe covers b/f coming in the house. They searched for the gas leak in the fireplace and found a cracked 90 degree connector. Replaced the connector and tested for any other leaks. No other leaks were found and so they cleaned up the work area. There was no slow work. They came in and got right to the job. Very friendly and explained what the problem was and fixed it. Quick and easy for them.
