Master Plumber BJ arrived at my house right on time and was courteous and professional. He took the time to explain to me all of my options regarding my water heater and didn't pressure me into anything. I ultimately decided to replace the water heater, which he was able to do that day. Definitely made it convenient since I already had taken time off of work. Although the replacement was pricey, I found their quote competitive with other plumbers. My water heater is in the attic, which definitely makes it more work to replace. I have dealt with other plumbing companies in the past and found them rude and not helpful. All State couldn't have been better. I will definitely use them again in the future!

BJ was prompt, polite, and very professional. No hot water for a few days and he quickly assessed the situation and immediately took action to remove and replace with a new one. Within 3 hours I had the old one remove, a new one installed and the old one carted away and hot water. Perfect. He had to arrange for assistance to help since it was in the hot, hot attic but it all worked out and my philosophy is it is worth it when I do not have to bother with it!! Very nice technician.

My home was built in 1984 and the bathroom fixtures are the originals. I had a leak in my bathtub and the technician was able to pry those old fixtures off and fix the leak in less time than he had anticipated. I didn't want to replace the old fixtures right now because I'm planning a complete bathroom remodel. This will be a great temporary fix. He was on time, got in and out and cleaned up behind himself which I really appreciated. I'd use them again.

We were satisfied with him. He gave some good advice on how to change a spout in the bathtub.

The serviceman that showed up was on time, friendly and worked quickly to get the job done. Everything he did appears well done. I intend to use them again when I need a plumber.

The guys showed up on time and worked quickly. The water line issue was just discovered as they were leaving. I had another contractor in the house. They went and got another part and came back to fix the line. The price was very reasonable.

Technician arrived on time and replaced faulty pilot light assembly. He checked the water heater serial number and said the unit was under warrenty, so there was no charge for parts. He was friendly, courtious, professional and completed the job within 20 minutes.

Quickly and professionally done by Michael Miller (Allstate's repairman) without spending any wasted time, while paying attention to the little details. Pleasant attitude and friendly manner in spite of an unexpected workplace situation causing him to be late. My earlier comment regarding being on time (fair) alludes to the fact that they were a man short in their crews today which resulted in the arrival time of appx. 6:00pm instead to the 12N - 5:00pm timeframe. I would say that Michael's work effort more than made up for the lateness of arrival.

I had a few plumbing problems with a rental property that I recently purchased, so I went to my go-to plumber: BJ at Allstate Plumbing. As always, he did a fantastic job at a reasonable price!

The plumber was super professional and very friendly. He was especially careful to take care of our house as he performed his work. We were disappointed that he couldn't fix the back yard issue but that was not his fault. He installed the filter in a very timely and professional manner. Overall the experience was good. I dont know what most plumbers costs but we paid $98 per hour and the clock starts when the plumber leaves his office. This seemed pretty high to me but I have never used a plumber before.

BJ came and reviewed plumbing issues in house. He was courteous, kind and efficient. Unfortunately with a camera he found a collapsed pipe in master bedroom which is causing plumbing issues in the bathroom. Two days after he came I received a bid proposal to fix the pipe. Since this is a high ticket item and I have no price comparison I am having another company come and give me another estimate. The estimate was submitted by the owner of the company. I had no problem with BJ and I would highly recommend him to others.

I asked by mail for an appointmnet. We got a call the next day. We agreed on a date and everything was installed perfectly.

An older investment property that I was purchasing was located in a subdivision with other homes that had experienced sewer pipe breakage. I wanted to make sure this house was OK, so BJ came out and ran a camera through the whole system. He showed up right on time and did a very thorough job at a fair price. And gave me a DVD of the whole thing.

First of all, it was hard to get any plumber to even come to give us an estimate. Allstate did not hesitate. A few days later, I had a bid. We scheduled them to come out when we were ready and everything went smoothly. They even found leaks under the home that we were not aware. They were always on time. It was a very pleasant experience.

I should have written this review earlier but I am glad to give Allstate Plumbing their kudos now. I had a house under renovation and I needed a lot of plumbing details done. I actually got bids from 4-5 companies, as I had one company coming out and the experience was turning out unsatisfactory. So I needed to replace them. When Allstate came out, experiencing the professionalism of the bidding and then the actual work being done was great. There were just expert actions all around in both phases. I really appreciate them and I use them now for all my plumbing needs. Every chance I get I refer them. If you want old-school tradesman doing your work, that are doing it because they picked it as their work to do, these are the people to call. There's no drama, no issues, just great service and problem solving.

Service reps called and asked if they could come early and they finished the work in a hour and a half. They were very efficient and neat. Would definitely use Allstate again and it is nice to know a good and reliable plumber to call in the future. Plus, used an Angie's List coupon for $20 off.

The technician showed up (we received a call that morning to tell us he was on his way). It was raining and the technician took care to wear booties inside the house. He looked at our existing faucets and thought that they could be reapired, but determined that they were not repairable. I had already purchased two Moen faucets and these were then installed to our satisfaction.

After dealing with another plumber who never showed up for the appointment I called AllState Plumbing. To my surprise somebody answered the phone, took my information and got somebody to come out the next morning. Even though the appointment was for 8-9AM we received two phone calls at 8:05AM, one from the main office and one from the assigned tech to let us know they were on their way. They get a bonus point for good communication. The tech arrived at 8:35AM and finished the job in less than 45 min. This could not have been a better experience. We will use them again.

It was a straightforward job. Went as expected. Completed it quickly in a short amount of time.

Made a request for service, had appointment within a few days. Plumber arrived on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up the area well and checked to make sure repair was good, No leaks!
