It's a good company. They did it quickly and did a good job.

It was a quality experience and I think it was fair. They're very thorough and they did exactly what's needed to be done. They were very professional from the start. I was satisfied with it.

The reason I used them because the company was recommended by a friend. I always found them to be on time. If they're going to be there, then they'll be there. I have 1 guy that has been here a couple of times for minor repairs and I asked him a couple of minor things. He said not to worry because he'll take care of it and he didn't charge me. I would recommend them because they were great. I like them. They've all been very friendly and helpful. I don't have much to compare them to because they're the only people I've worked. I haven't had any problems with them and they were very responsive. The furnace was out for 2 days.

They were good. The cost was reasonable. They were in and out very quickly and they were on time. I have not had any problems in the last month on it.

They're my good 3 people. They're great and so that's why I called. I would recommend them because they're on time, they're reasonable and they respond quickly. It was really a good experience with them. I have nothing bad to say about them. They're in line with everyone else and I'm happy of what they did. I like the reliability and it's worth it. They say it when they said they're having the job done.

Allstate was great. They were amazing. My water heater broke. I told them that it was an emergency. They came in immediately, fixed it, and did a really good price on it. It was just an all around good experience with them. I had to buy the new water heater which is outside of them. It was a couple hundred bucks to come see what it was. He went and got the water heater for me. Then, he came in and installed it himself.

They did good and my interactions with them have been good. I do not think that there are any more leaks now but the bathtub was dripping this morning and I need to go look at it to see if it really is leaking again or if it is just fooling me but the other two faucets were fixed. They charge a fair price but I do not know if it is fair compared to everybody else.

They were excellent on everything. What I like the least about them would probably be pricing.

Plumber showed up on time, explained what he was doing and why, stayed within the original estimate, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards.

Remodeling our half bath and laundry room area. After replacing the water valves for the vanity, the techs were nice enough to remove the old vanity and countertop and carry it in to the garage. I also asked if they could disconnect the toilet and they did that as well and moved it to the garage. The techs were fast, efficient, and were very helpful by performing two additional services that were not on the original service request. I was so impressed with their work that I am having Allstate Plumbing do additional work for our kitchen remodel next month. Great work!

Our hot water heater decided to spring a leak - but the problem was worse in that we couldn't shut off water to the valve designed to shut off water to the heater failing! So we had to shut the water off at the water main to the house. Allstate was able to get someone out that day so we could get the water back on. They weren't able to get the hot water heater replaced that day (too late in the day to get the hot water heater) but did so the very next day (Saturday). We called Allstate because the vendor assigned to us by our home warranty couldn't come out until Monday and we couldn't go the whole weekend with no water. This is not the first time we've used Allstate and we will use again for any plumbing issue.

Michael arrived on time was very tidy, did an excellent job including cleaning the old toilet. He's a lovely man, pleasant to talk to and very professional.

EXCELLENT WORK! Arrived on time and finished in shorter time than estimated, so the charge was less than estimated. Jason was the service man and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Allstate Plumbing again!

All in all it went very well. It did end up costing about $300 more than the original estimate, because the first guy sent out didn't realize there were some things that needed to be brought up to code.

This was a pretty fantastic service experience. Having purchased a new kitchen sink and faucet ourselves, we were a little discouraged by the initial quotes we were getting from the plumbing companies we called for quotes on installation. $400, $500, $600+ ? The prices concerned me, but so did the fact that the bids didn't seem to be clustering around a recognizable average. Fortunately, I called Allstate. They bill $98/hour, and I'd been informed by the plumbers who had come out to look at the job that it was going to be a roughly 3 hour job. I called Allstate on Tuesday, and they set me up with a morning service call on Thursday. Joel and his assistant absolutely bossed the job, removing the old sink, reaming out a corner to improve the fit for the new sink, installing the new sink and faucet, reinstalling the garbage disposal, and testing for proper function in less than 2 hours. This means Allstate did a job for less than half of the cheapest competing bid I got from other plumbers, in about a third of the time others estimated- and they're the only ones I called who bill hourly. I suppose quality of work would be a concern when a job gets done for this much less than what the rest of the market seems to be charging, but on an install this simple I'd be more concerned that I purchased bad parts than a licensed plumber not putting them together properly. Not only that but frankly, at Allstate's rates, I could have them come out to fix a mistake or three and still come out ahead.

We had previously used Allstate and gave them an A rating. We were completely satisfied with the work and the advice that was given. So when we had more plumbing problems, we called Allstate again. This review is about two different service calls about a month apart. The first one involved the washing machine drain in the garage which was backing up. This is a problem we had before and we were pretty sure it would involve the plumber going up on the roof to clean out the line. We called Allstate and the plumber was here very quickly. The plumber did not seem to want to go up on the roof of our one-story house. Instead he installed a rubber direct connect fitting at the drain and said that would solve the problem. When he turned on the washing machine to show us how he'd solved the problem, it started backing up immediately. So, he had no choice but to go up on the roof. Unfortunately, going on the roof involves bringing a "sink machine" up on the roof with him--a very difficult thing for one person to do by himself. Somehow my husband was enlisted to help him get this equipment on the roof, a pretty scary thing to watch. I did suggest to the plumber that he could come back the next day with someone else since this was not an emergency and it didn't seem to be a one-person job. His answer was that he wasn't working the next day. Honestly, I didn't care who did the work but I certainly didn't want someone or something falling off my roof. Anyway, he did eventually get the equipment on the roof and solved the problem. It was needlessly complex and expensive (at least twice what we'd paid the previous time) because of all the unnecessary work but it was done. When we soon needed a plumber again, we decided to give Allstate another chance since we had been so pleased the first time and they were so prompt. This time a different plumber came and we explained that we had a small leak under our kitchen sink and also, since he was here, we wanted to have our tankless water heater drained and serviced (as recommended by the plumber we had been pleased with). He went out and drained the heater, fixed the leak (and did a good job on that as far as we know). When he finished with the water heater, he turned it on and we seemed to have hot water again. However, we didn't check to see how much hot water we had--a definite mistake. Later when we turned on the shower there was very little water pressure and the water was barely lukewarm. There was no way we could use the dishwasher or washing machine with so little water pressure. When we called Allstate back and talked to the plumber again he said there was a handle missing on our water heater and he thought he'd turned the water back on sufficiently but apparently he hadn't. He hadn't mentioned before that this could be a problem. He returned the next day and put a new valve on the water heater and fixed it. My complaint is that he never explained the problem to us to begin with. Since the water heater was working fine, if he'd told us that when he drained it he might not be able to turn it back on, we would have said let's forget it since it's working. Instead, he went ahead and left us with a nonworking water heater and finally a bill for $225 to fix it when he came back the next day. I would appreciate having a plumber who tells us what the options are instead of making the decisions for us and then billing us at the rate of $98 an hour.

Called one day and they were here the next. Work was professional and reasonably priced. Today I put them in my contact list as our plumbing company to call.

The technician came to my home, was very professional. He explained everything he was doing and cleaned up the mess when he finished. Everything I would have expected.

Tech arrived quickly after I called around 6pm. He was very friendly and did a good job with the repair.

Called to let me know that they were on the way. Arrived on time and was quick, polite and great all the way around. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Michael was great, and I appreciate all his hard work!

Service rep. was on time, professional. He was helpful with several questions I had about possible replacement of the water heater with either a tank or tankless system. Most importantly, I have hot water again.

We scheduled an appointment, He called 30 minutes prior to arrival. He was very professional and answered any questions we had did a great job and was neat. I will use them again and recommend ALLSTATE to family and friends.

I contacted Allstate plumbing based upon noise in the toilet tank after flushing and what appeared to be reduced water pressure during flushing. My end-to-end experience with them was outstanding. Scheduling the work was easy and person over the phone was professional and friendly. Randy the technician, called in advance as I was told he would and showed up on time as expected. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and professional. Randy locally cleared the drains on all of my toilets, replaced faulty parts in the offending toilet, and inspected and adjusted flow settings in all toilets. Based upon my experience, I would highly recommend Allstate plumbing.

Took the time to explain our options on tankless water heaters vs. tank. Also gave advise on toilets for future job. Very knowledgeable without the high pressure sales. Acknowledged there was probably several years life left in our current unit. Will definitely use him in the future for our plumbing requirements.
