My tenant called me on a Friday morning indicating the toilet and tub were backing up at the house. I talked to 2 different plumbers who said they would contact my tenant that day and schedule an appointment. Neither plumber contacted him, even after I spoke with them twice each. I called Allstate at 5:00 PM and got them scheduled to come out on Saturday. They completed the work as needed. I have had to work with several plumbers over the past 5 years on my rental property. This is the 1st company that was professional on the phone and in person. My tenant raved about their professionalism. I will now keep them as my go-to plumbing company. I also spoke to Carl on the phone today about my ongoing problem with roots in the lines, which requires cleanouts every couple of years. He said they have a product that works well with keeping roots out of the line. I plan to have them take care of that too. Thanks Allstate!!

I had an after hours emergency. Water was gushing out of my service connection so I had to cut off the supply to the house. I called Allstate and left my information for a call back. After 20 minutes I got the first call but couldn't get to the phone in time. I called back and asked for the technician to call me again. After another 20 minutes he did. Then he proceeded to give me every reason why I should just leave my water shut off overnight: traffic is bad, it will cost a lot, he may not have the parts. He then said he could probably get to my house in another hour or so. I told him he clearly didn't want my business and I hung up.

Company was very quick to contact and setup an appointment for estimate the next day. Carl came to my house and was very professional. Upon taking all the measurements and gathering up the details of what I wanted, he said a quote would be sent out within the next few days. I waited a week and nothing had been sent. Since I wasn't in a rush, I decided to give a little more time, so I waited til the end of the second week with nothing still...so I emailed Carl back. He apologize and mentioned he must have misplaced my info. I received an quote 3 days later. Upon receiving the quote, I felt the price very very high considering the work that was to be done. Running gas line pipe along the side of my house (not buried) for about 40 feet to my back patio, and therefore I do not plan to use them for the work.

The work has gone well so far. I changed the scope of the job a number of times and they were very flexible and willing to adjust with us to handle everything we needed.

Our gas bill has been about 3x usual the last few months. The gas company came out and didn't see any problems and suggested the water heater could use a checkup (it's 10+ years old). BJ from All State Plumbing came out and was awesome. He could tell the water heater wasn't the problem within the first 10 minutes, so then he went through my gas bills with me, checked the meter himself, and helped look for any other cause it could be. (it turns out our gas company can't read a meter as well as BJ and that was the problem). After that BJ let me know he still had plenty of time on his appointment call and asked if there were anything he could help with as long as he were there. I remembered we had a avery slow drain (we don't use that sink often) so BJ fixed it super fast. He was very nice, personable, professional, and went out of his way to fix problems that weren't his.

We had 2 tubs that couldn't drain. I knew the problem, but Drain-O and usual products didn't work. They worked quickly to fix and solved a toilet issues as well. I really like these guys. They are on-time, very nice, efficient and you feel you are getting your money's worth.

Allstate plumbing is the best plumbing company in Austin. The ladies in the office were extremely efficient, courteous and just plain nice. My leak was not an emergency so we scheduled for the next morning. The job before mine ran a little late,. I received a call in plenty of time letting me know. They weren't but 10 minutes later than originally planned. Randy found the problem truly in seconds. As the problem involves my homeowners insurance and the leak was not an emergency we agreed he would come back after the adjustor had been here. When I called for the second appointment once again l had courteous and efficient help. She even remembered me from the previous phone call. I am very sorry I cannot remember her name. Randy returned right on time and took care of the problem in the wink of an eye. I was shocked when he gave me the bill as I expected it to be at least twice what it was. I would absolutely tell anybody what a great company Allstate Plumbing is. I would recommend them completely. Ask for Randy. You will NOT be dissapointed.

We had some plumbing done by Allstate Plumbing. Allstate Plumbing is fine, it is good. I call those guys on a regular basis. They are good. We have been using them for years and I have never had a complaint or an issue. They have reasonable prices. I spent 75 bucks which is basically the cost of the service call. It didn't take them long. I had them do some additional things like installing but that was years ago. It is once a year or every 18 months we got to have the roots cleaned out. They do very well, very professional, very pleasant and the tracks are cleaned. They are A's or B pluses. They have always done what I have asked them to do. They show up on time as they do it for me. I use them every time I have a problem.

I've used this company several times and each time I have been very impressed. This time, as always, the plumber was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. He completed the work expeditiously and explained everything he was going to do and everything he had encountered after the work was completed. I highly recommend Allstate Plumbing.

The plumber was friendly, professional, and very competent. He was able to install our dishwasher in a timely manner, being mindful of the hourly charge. I will definitely use them again.

It was awesome. The gentleman was very professional. He explained to me what he was doing. He did the job under the amount that the company had quoted me over the phone. I am very happy and now have a plumbing place that i will use for the rest of my life.

teverything went very well. they arrived at scheduled time and worked around the rain doing the inside work first. they rerouted the incoming water line to a whole house water filter and then back to the softener. after that they dug up the sewer line outby the existing cleanout and installed the backflow valve. they disturbed only as much ground as they needed to and the work was neatly done. the whole project took a lot less time than I expected but everything was done professionally. there was a very slight leak at the output of the water filter which probably would have sealed up in a short time but they redid it anyhow. everything was cleaned up before they left. both plumbers were a pleasure to have deal with.

The plumber was friendly, professional, and safety-conscious. It was a small job, but I wanted a pro to do it correctly. The Angie's List discount helped keep the price down.

Michael did a great job! Showed up in time, was very courteous and professional. He knew exactly what the problem was and completed his repairs in a very timely manner. Would definitely use him again for any plumbing needs.

I called and was able to schedule an appointment that same morning. Keith came, and I told him I habitually have plumbing problems like this, and he cleared the clogged line and adjusted the master bath toilet so that it flushes fully and not so sluggishly as before. Keith was diligent and professional and gave me recommendations to pursue if the problem occurs again.

Was in a crunch that day. My phone was sending all calls to voice mail and my address is hard to find. This made it difficult to schedule a plumber. One from another company left before I got the messages that he was outside. Lucky for me Allstate did make the effort to find me and did keep trying to contact me despite my cell phone troubles. Once they came in. They listened to my description. I thought it was a leaky washer. They immediately wanted to check the fridge. There was the old Ice Maker line leaking away. They were there and gone in under an hour. They gave me the Angie's List $20 discount that I didn't realize was coming. Both men left the area free of debris and were off in a flash. Thanks Allstate you made my day!

I had a remodel done and the sink was a casualty of the remodel. He fixed the faucet within the first 5 minutes and he offered to fix other problems and assist me in my needs. He also gave me a coupon for being a first time customer.

My experience with them was good. I did not care about the cost because I wanted my bathtub to work. It did not bother me whatever I paid. I did not think it was outlandish. He was really good. He was real helpful and gave me some tips so that would not happen again. He came when he said he was going to come and he identified himself.

My experience with them is good. I have used them a couple of times. I like BJ, the plumber who came out. I specifically requested him. He did some work two or four years ago that I liked. I like the competence of the staff. Their price is okay.

We were not really pleased because there were 3 different people and they simply needed to replace the water heater and we did, but it wasn't clear because the last guy that came who seemed to be their top guy and the most knowledgeable said that there was a leak in the valve so we wound up replacing the thing and putting in a riser and flushing out the other water tank. In the course of all that, they took toilets off the base and did a lot of other things and we were not sure that all of that were really necessary. It was a lot of money and the people that came out first were well-intentioned or not as prepared to do the work. So far it is holding, but it cost a lot more than we anticipated, and the fact that perhaps it didn't have to be done. We were left for a week without hot water in our kitchen and I couldn't do laundry. I had a party and we were really inconvenienced and I think it was because of a wrong diagnosis in the beginning. It wasn't a totally positive experience. I don't think I will use them again. I apparently signed up for something for them to come and check, but I think I probably might not.

They are all pretty good. They did a really good job. Give them a call.

They were great and they didn't overcharge me. I called him to turn out the water pressure and after testing, it was perfectly fine. We had our conversation and he went on his way.

I had a wonderful experience. They are reliable and very reasonably priced. They are courteous and experienced technicians. I was just impressed with their prompt service from the time you placed the call. They know what they are doing.
