B.J. from Allstate came out for a toilet repair and did an excellent job, quickly and thoroughly. Very helpful and gave tips on how to maintain and prevent. This is the third time we've used Allstate Plumbing and every time they are great.

Allstate called earlier in the day to see if the plumber could come early which is always a plus that they check. Steve was very punctual, and very careful to wear booties throughout my house to protect the floors from his shoes. He did so without having to ask him too (most service techs don't think to do that and leave dust tracks). Steve fixed everything within an hour; advising me what to do and what not to do with certain problem areas. He told me the toilet actually only had a loose handle and not the flapper mechanism as I had suspected so that saved me money and I appreciated his honesty. He replaced the broken spigot, unclogged my sinks, cleaned my shower head (which solved what I though was a low pressure situation); firmed up my wobbly outdoor spigots and even made some suggestions for "do it yourself" items to save me money. This was the first time I used Allstate Plumbing and now they will be my go-to first call when I have a problem or have a project that involves reconfiguration of my current systems. Trust is big for me. I will definitely recommend this company to friends when asked.

We were looking for a plumber for a dual-tank water softener installation and were in the process of getting several free quotes. Allstate Plumbing was next to last on the list but through a misunderstanding by the shop manager, technician Danny O. appeared Thursday morning shortly before 9am ready to install the systems. After clearing up the confusion Danny gave us an estimate to install the two (2) systems for a price that was in the middle range of the previous quotes. Since he seemed very experienced and knowledgeable and the price was fair we decided to have him install the systems, one at our house and one at my daughter?s down the street. Danny was very efficient, quick and definitely knew his trade extremely well. We are very pleased with his work and his work ethics and would recommend him to our friends and neighbors in the future. Thank you for a great job.

We bought a new dishwasher from Best Buy, but they had quite a wait time to get it installed...1 week! We had already been washing dishes by hand for 3 weeks, and we more than ready for a new dishwasher (read: fed up!). I decided to get the new dishwasher delivered only by Best Buy, which did not have a long wait time for delivery only (no installation). I decided to call a plumber to install the dishwasher rather than Best Buy. The ladies in the All State Plumbing office was very understanding and supportive. It ended up that the dishwasher was delivered mid-afternoon, and they managed to thread the needle and get a plumber to arrive in time gap between the delivery time and the end of their own work day. I happened to catch them on a day when they could do that; if they had a tight schedule themselves, it might not have been the case. However, the plumber and the office were supportive that we really wanted to get the dishwasher installed before we hit the weekend. They took care of our family with kindness and responsiveness. Whenever I called them, I got a live person to answer the phone. I never had to leave a message and wait hours for someone to call me back. Terrific people and terrific work. I would use their services again in a heartbeat!

After a DIY repair gone wrong, I searched Angie's List for a plumber. I found Allstate on the list and took advantage of their deal. After scheduling an appointment, Randy came out and fixed the tub spout in our Master Bathroom. I attempted to change the spout and completely busted the copper pipe feeding the spout. Randy fixed the issue and also finished the job I had tried to start.

Dispatcher gave me an estimated time technician would arrive; he was early B.J. was courteous, very knowledgeable and performed work in a timely manner.

This valve was undersized for house and was causing low pressure at high flow rates, and recently, a loud pulsing when the irrigation system was turned on. The technician that did our install fixed the problem in short order and solved our problem. There was a misunderstanding on my part, which gave me the chance to experience some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in this space. These folks really understand how repeat business, and word-of-mouth advertising works. I may put a damper on the amount of DIY plumbing I do from now on. I will use Allstate Plumbing from now on.

He fixed the problem perfectly and took him no time at all. He educated me that you cannot put napkins down the toilet, and that it would cause a clog. He was very efficient, fixing everything quickly. He was even able to save an ornament on our outside faucet when fixing the leak. He was very friendly.

EXCELLENT! I emailed what I needed done and dates I had available. They responded to email in less than 15 minutes advising me to call in & schedule appointment. Very courteous dispatcher set up my appointment for first thing the next day said someone would be there between 8am-9am. They called me at 7:45am and said a technician was on his way. He arrived at 8:15 and had the work completed before 9am. He was very fast, efficient, clean and patient with my questions. After he finished replacing the faucets he answered all my questions regarding a pending remodel on our bath. Will definitely use this company again!

Came out and the tech saw the pipe and was not able to fix it. They did not charge us for the visit. and sent a follow up card weeks after. Was very pleased with how the company do things. Have very good customer relations.

I believe his name was Phillip, he was very friendly and professional. He called me to let me know he was out front and he was a little earlier than i expected him to be but its better than being late, so i was pleased to see punctuality. He within minutes knew what the issue was,and fixed. Did a great job. I would most certainly use this company again and enjoyed the work and professionalism that Philip had shown that day.

BJ was very professional, prompt, and courteous. He did an excellent job. Later we discovered some water on the floor from the toilet and called Allstate about it. BJ returned and fixed the problem without charge and he would not even accept a tip. He said, "I touched it and i will fix it". He certainly did and could not have been nicer. I would definitely recommend Allstate Plumbing.

Plumber came on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and was finished in less than 15 minutes. I was very impressed by his approach to the problem and suggestions offered with recommendations.

The service was exemplary. I would highly recommend Allstate Plumbing. The service was prompt, courteous, friendly, reasonably priced, and professional. I was amazed at how quickly and expertly BJ was able to complete the requested tasks--not to mention providing me with plumbing advice and happily agreeing to a couple of additional services I requested when he was onsite. It was apparent that he is extremely experienced and knowledgeable and I am sure that I saved a lot of money on his labor time due to his efficiency. Can't say enough good things about this company. I plan to eventually remodel my bathtubs/showers and will be calling them back soon!

Same day service. Arrived early. Great work. Reasonable price. Very professional. Danny and Carlos did a great job!

Late on a Sunday afternoon, water pooled around the city water meter and was running into the street. A city technician came out and determined that the leak was on the house side of the owner shut-off valve near the valve. Shutting off the valve stopped the leak. Checked Angie's List and selected Allstate. Made a service request to Allstate through Angie's List. About 7:30 am the next morning, the dispatcher called saying that a technician would be available between 8:30-9:30 am. Technician arrived at 9:15 am, confirmed location of the leak, dug up the area around the shut-off valve, removed roots that were above and below the line, removed the old shut-off valve that was not up-to-code, replaced it with a new valve that met the city code. after sealant dried, tested the line and cleared any debris that might have slipped into the line. Labor time was 2.75 hours on a cold and wet morning. This was my first time to use Allstate Plumbing, and I am very pleased with the result.

Great interaction, timely arrival, very professional, and quality job. Even sent a thank you card for the business. They are now out home plumber!!!

Plumber Mr. B.J. Cook arrived on time. He was efficient and very professional. There were no surprises in the billing either.

First, this was the only plumber who had someone in an office who answered the phone. With several other top Angie's List plumbers I had to leave voice mail. One called back about 4 hours later, the other I never heard back from. Danny did a great job. He used good time magement. Something that's important when your paying by the hour. Down the line I will need to convert a tub to a shower stall and I will give these folks my business. Something else I appreciated Danny took great care in my home. He wore shoe coverups and cleaned the different areas as he went along. Nice folks, great work and a good feeling knowing there are honest skilled folks out there when a problem occurs.

We couldn't be more pleased. From the office staff to the man who performed the work (Steve), everyone was extremely pleasant to deal with. We were surprised they were able to get to us as quickly as they did. Steve worked really hard removing the old faucets and he was a really nice guy to have here doing the work. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work. We will definitely use them anytime in the future that we need help with plumbing.

We called Allstate because we had used them in the past and they have always been very responsive and reasonable. The first technician was not familiar with the electronics of the Kohler DTV so took some pictures for the tech who does deal with them. The damage was extensive but BJ, our tech, spent the time to learn the entire system and repair the unit instead of having to replace the entire unit as Kohler had suggested, saving us a bunch of money. BJ was great keeping us informed of his progress (it took a while to diagnose the problems-as each piece was repaired another issue seemed to crop up). We couldn't be happier that he took the time to learn how to repair our system!

I called Thursday afternoon and was able to schedule an appointment for the next afternoon. Service was prompt and professional, and he was careful to leave the area clean.

Allstate was great and, even better, had someone available on the day after Christmas! We had a leak and needed it fixed as soon as possible - they came, they fixed it and the price was right (with a discount for using Angies list)! Thanks!

It took longer and cost more than I expected, but there was more work to be done than I anticipated. The young man who came out was quite competent and did not waste any time, including making sure he had all the tools he needed before making the trip from the truck to the house. He was also quite pleasant and did a thorough job of cleaning up afterwards.

Arrived exactly on time, very professional. He provided a very good evaluation of the water heater problem and was able to give advice on how soon for replacement and if it is still safe as well as to buy a $15 water alarm to monitor for any failure. The company is giving me an estimate on replacement. The service technician spent time explaining exactly what was failing and why which was appreciated. He also repaired a sink faucet that I thought we would have to replace, now can return the $125 fixture I bought. Very pleased and will use this company for my plumbing needs.
