Great! BJ is punctual, friendly and efficient. The faucet looks beautiful and he made quick adjustments when a small leak appeared under the sink afterward (our house is an older one). I will definitely call these guys for any plumbing jobs from now on!

They did what they were supposed to do when they said they would do it. Came in under an hour after calling.

Excellent work. Technician (BJ) was very thorough in explaining what the problem was and how he corrected it. I called today and Allstate was able to arrive in the afternoon. Price point was worth it. Will certainly use them again and recommend them to friends.

Bought an Angie's List coupon for one hour of labor. Got next day service when I called for an appointment. Randy arrived right on time and was very professional and friendly. He explained exactly why the pipe joint was leaking and replaced it in about 30 minutes. I then asked him if he could take a quick look at one of the body spray jets in our shower that appeared clogged up and maybe explain what might be involved in repairing it. I did not expect him to repair it right away since he didn't even know about it prior to arriving. He quickly took it apart, unclogged it, and put it back together in about 30 minutes. All in all a bill for only one hour and we got our kitchen sink and shower repaired. Allstate has earned a regular customer and I will recommend them to anyone.

Wonderfully. Randy was earlier than expected and the office called us to let us,know he was dispatched and would we be home.

It went well and he also took the time to do a few other small items I needed.

Allstate Plumbing was willing to work around my schedule and set up a time first thing in the morning. Richard was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to educate us on the specifics of our hot water heater and explained what repairs might be necessary if the problem persisted. He did not recommend replacing the unit, which I was afraid was going to be the necessary course of action. Contrast that to an earlier call I had with a Pflugerville based Water Heaters business where the guy I spoke with over the phone tried to troubleshoot the unit without even seeing it and who wanted to put $1400+ on my credit card on the spot. Will definitely be using Allstate for all future plumbing issues . . .

Called and was able to speak with a plumber about my problem, then was scheduled for the next day. Plumber showed up right on time, was very professional and took care to keep the work area clean. Was very friendly and let me watch and learn. I'm very happy with Allstate.

He determined that the faucet couldn't be repaired after trying a couple of allan wrenchs (2 min). Looked at foundation on exterior of house and said there was no evidence of leaking. Dark,water spots are like that on many houses. To his favor the bathroom tub had been leaking through a non-caulked faucet that I

Plumber was very nice and attentive. Also very informative, which goes a long way with building trust. My neighbor as well, was outside and had questions. He give us a "Crash Course" in Plumbing 101 and now he as 2 long term customers. We both will be calling soon for Water Heater Replacement.

The guy came in and he asked me what I needed. I told him I'm in a remodeled home, and fixed the hot and cold control knob along with a bunch of other things including verifying I didn?t have any leaks and outside faucet replacements which I paid for separate from the deal.

Allstate serviced our kitchen sink issues with punctuality and perfection. Their service tech was on time, attentive to all of my questions and listened to my concerns, and addressed our new faucet installation with professionalism and efficiency. The cost seemed very fair for the work done and we have not had any issues since. Thank you Allstate!

The company was very prompt after my call and Danny showed up within 2 hours. He identified the problem quickly and started working on the job. Later Keith joined the work to complete the job. All of the crews were very professional. They finished the work to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing work.

It went just great. BJ checked to see what was wrong. He went outside to get the necessary equipment and proceeded to fix the problem. Each time he went in and out he put on shoe covers. After it was all done he turned the water back on and double checked his work. The faucet works better than it ever has. Yayyyy! Afterwards he went over everything he found and what he did to fix it. He even gave us ideas on how to prevent it from happening again. This is the 2nd time he has completed plumbing services for us. He has a very calming and professional personality. He is the best and we hope to keep him as our plumber!

The plumber arrived as scheduled and was pleasant. He looked around, switched the water line under the kitchen sink (a 2 minute exercise), then told my wife it would be $215 and that he'd be in touch on the other issues. She paid and asked that he send her an invoice for the work done, and a proposal for the other issues. No word from Allstate since, despite 3 calls to them. So they basically fleeced us for $215 without any evidence of work done and have refused to call my wife back even though until the third call all she was trying to do was get them to provide a proposal so that we could have them come out and do plumbing work for money, which presumably is why they are in business. This review contradicts Allstate's good ratings on Angie's List but I will tell you that our experience has been dumbfoundingly horrible.

My new free standing range required the gas pipe in the wall to be in a lower location than it was for the existing cooktop. The service man was prompt, very knowledgable , and didn't attempt to drag out the service call which would have cost me additional money. He did a phenomenal job and didn't make a big mess. Allstate plumbing called me about 20 minutes before the service man arrived to tell me that he was on his way. My son needs some plumbing done on his home; I recommended that he call Allstate plumbing. That is how much I liked their price and service.

Our main issue was the lack of communication. Every time we spoke, it was because I repeatedly called them or emailed them. This happened at least five times, where they were supposed to have contacted me but didn't. Any time they were supposed to reach out to me, they didn't and I had to initiate contact. The day they were supposed to show up to perform the work, they no-showed. I called them that evening, and they apologized, saying that the guy who digs out the old pipe was delayed on another job. They were supposed to have called, but didn't and apologized. This happens, so no big deal. We rescheduled and they replaced the pipe but left the trench open for a week while we waited for someone from the City to approve the permit. The City inspector never showed up, so Allstate credited us the $100 permitting fee. At this point, they thought they had filled the trench but hadn't. I contacted them to let them know this, and they sent someone out to do the work. Our issue with a slow-draining bathtub and toilet still remained after dropping three thousand bucks. I brought this up to them and they sent someone out to take a look at it. They were supposed to send us a quote on how much the additional work would cost, but never did. They called me to settle the bill, which I promptly paid and asked again about the quote, but they still never sent it. I can't really comment on the quality of their work since it's buried and was never inspected.

When I called they said it would take an hour and it took a little longer. The faucet was rusty so it took a little while. He completed everything that he was to replace. He might not have been as experienced as I would like him to be. One other thing was there was water in the bathroom and my carpets got wet from him walking in and out.

We had a clog show up around 9:30 Sunday night. Called Allstate, asked for their on-call person. He did some troubleshooting over the phone and concluded that the main drain to the house had a clog. He advised that he could come out, but that it would be time and a half, so we opted to wait till the morning. He didn't handle dispatch, so I called them first thing Monday morning (7:30) to get an appointment. They said the earliest they could get to us was after lunch. They then called back shortly afterward to say they had a cancellation and that they would be right out. We were back in business by 10. The guy who came out was friendly, helpful and efficient. They even measured my water pressure because I had heard our neighbors complain theirs was too high. He gave a ballpark estimate on what a pressure regulator would cost which gives me a good idea of what I'm looking at. Can't recommend this company enough based on this experience.

Work was done in a timely manner. Plumber was very professional and showed me the practical and most effective ways to fix my problems. I'd totally call them again.

The leak was difficult to locate but they were extremely thorough and i felt confident they would find it. Very polite and respectful staff (2 people). Heard about them through a friend and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
