Description of Work: Our hot water heater had stopped working. The service man came in a timely manner, looked at our water heater and determined it could not be repaired. We decided to get a second opinion before deciding to replace it and the water heater was repaired by the second plumber.

Description of Work: Installed a new gas hot water heater and brought my plumbing up to code. They did a great job at a very fair price in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I had set up an appointment, but I don't think they could meet the time slot I had available. I used ABC Commercial Services instead. I never used them, but I did select them from Angie's list based on the favorable recommendations. I rated them a C only to able to submit rating. I never used them.

Description of Work: Installed the wax ring on two commodes. Only one was leaking but had the second one fixed for preventative maintenance. Also installed one supply line and one cutoff valve. Installed all gaskets but no work was needed inside the tanks. I moved here in 1994 and this is the first time any work was needed except floats, flappers etc. Both areas were left clean and neat. Would recommend this company for this type work.

Description of Work: The Allstate representative came to my house to do an estimate on replacing a water heater. He said he would e-mail me the estimate. After a couple of weeks, I called to say that I did not receive the estimate. We confirmed my e-mail address on the phone and he said he would send it. I never got the estimate, I even checked my spam folder. He didn't follow up to find out if I had received it.

Description of Work: The hours are "9-5" per their answering agency. That doesn't work for most emergencies as they do not always happen between 9-5.

Description of Work: I received a new hot water heater. I also had the company search for any hidden leaks since my water company had notified me that they thought I had them. After extensive testing, it was determined that I have no leaks. I have never had suffient water flow in m kitchen and have had numerous plumbers during the past five years try to fix the problem. Never very successfully. Within in 15 minutes BJ Cook with Allstate figured out the problem and fixed it. He is my new best friend. Best experience I've had with a plumber in years. Thanks Allstate!

Description of Work: I had a small pond appear in my back yard. Looked on Angie's List and choose Allstate because of the reviews they had. When I called the office, the receptionist was very friendly and quickly had an appt. scheduled. The next morning, BJ arrived on time and within 30 min. had identified the problem and fixed it. I was very satisfied with his promptness and professionalism. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Description of Work: Broken Pipe behind fence with slow leak also in pipe under fence into backyard. It was difficult to see but a neighbor noticed it and pointed it out to me. Allstate repaired it in a very timely manner. The price with the Angie's list discount was less than I had anticipated.

Description of Work: After a tenant moved out, I discovered the tub faucets were leaking badly and the stopper mechanism was out of alignment. Since there is no wall access, this type of thing has been expensive to fix in other units. The service person was prompt, fast, and fixed the problems. He also went ahead and changed out several washers as part of the service call to avoid further problems.
