Description of Work: Replaced the rollers for two garage doors; replaced as an extra the rubber bumpers at the bottom of each garage door; lubricated the various moving parts of the two garage doors. Since I am not sure of the cost of the new components that were put in, it is difficult to evaluate the value of the service as a whole.

Description of Work: I had a garage door tune up and roller replacement scheduled. Mr. Gallo was running about an hour late but called to inform me. When he inspected our doors, he determined that the problem was really mis alignment due to faulty installation of the doors. When I asked for an estimate to fix the problem, he said he would fix it at no additional cost since he had been late. He did a fabulous job, our doors are so quiet now! I was very impressed with his professionalism and skill and I am a loyal customer now.

Description of Work: Bought 2 Deals @ $99 per. Called to set up appt for following day between 1 and 5. Person who answered the call was very professional and courteous. Address and gate code given. Made sure I was home during the specified time to insure we worked together to identify and resolve any problems or issues with the doors. No one ever showed up. I called 1/2 hour before closing because I was concerned I hadn't heard from them. I called again shortly after 5 to ask where they were and no one answered the phone. I never received a call from the company apologizing or explaining why they didn't show up. Very disappointing.
