AllPro Overhead Door

It went really well. They were on time for the estimate. For the install, they called to find out whether they could come early (I wasn't available, though). More had to be done than just install a door. The old system was wonky all over, so I couldn't raise the door by hand; they levelled everything very well. The old layout had wood around the door opening, which didn't seal the opening well; they advised me that I could try vinyl trim, and it works quite well. They gave me advice and information too. Now that it's level, there's a gap at one point on the bottom (the concrete driveway is sloped); they pointed out the gap (which I hadn't noticed) and they said that they could provide a new bottom seal that might fill the space. They showed me where to lubricate and told me how. They showed me how to use the lock, and handles that they installed. They advised me on how to paint it (paint the front, then raise it so I can get to the edges to paint them).

Great! One part and labor and the stuck door was fixed! Fuji and Carlos greased all 3 garage doors and they are silent !

They showed up on time. Completed the job in a timely manner. Programed all remotes for us. Showed us how to operate the door in case of a power outage. Very happy with their service.

JD showed up on time. I showed him the garage door opener and explained the problem with it. He said he would repair it and replace the springs with new ones for $150, I think it was. I thought that was fair, so he proceeded with the work. He even attached new plates to the joints in our garage door, which is original to the house, to help the door raise and lower more smoothly. After finishing that, it was apparent that the door opener was just on its last legs. He said he would expect it to last another 3 months to a year. He said he could install a new one for $315 total and no charge for the work on the old door. I said that was a deal. He was done in around an hour, maybe a little less. He even went to the trouble to program the door opener inside our car. About two weeks later, the door started acting up and didn't want to close. My husband figured out you had to hold the button down on the wall to make the door close. So I called back and J.D. was sent over again this past week. He was prompt once again and determined that the laser sensors had some bad wiring in them. He replaced both sensors at no charge. I will definitely use this company in future for any garage door work, very professional, friendly and fair. Hopefully we'll be replacing the garage doors in the next few years as well. He came out and he said that nothing was wrong with the garage door. He did check over everything though.

The torsion spring on our garage door broke apart making the garage door inoperable with two cars trapped inside the garage. At 4 pm on Friday afternoon, I called AllPro Overhead Door hoping for a Saturday appointment, but realistically expecting no appointment sooner than Monday. The receptionist, Claudia, said they were booked solid on Saturday but after checking with her repairmen, called back and was able to work me in first thing Saturday morning. By 10 am Saturday, the door was repaired at a cost of $195 ($70 for new spring + $125 labor) which seems to be at or below average for this type of repair. We are very satisfied with the work and professionalism of the repairman, J.D. He called in advance when he was enroute, showed up on time, worked quickly, and answered all our questions. Additionally, that same weekend one of our neighbors had a similar problem at a rental property and called AllPro based on our positive recommendation. He reported back that his tenant was very pleased with the quality and responsiveness of the service.

They were responsive. Came when they said. Completed the job quickly and charged a fair price. He also reprogrammed my old remotes to work with the new opener. What more do you want?

I had had a burglary in my garage right before he was to come out. I called them and told them the situation. They said to call Angie's List for a refund. I forgot to get a refund but I plan on asking him to come about now that the door is working. He was very nice about agreeing to the refund.

I purchased a Big Deal for $59 for winter garage door tune-up! After they performed the service months later on the door will not close all the way down; but sometimes it will try to go down and then come back up on it’s own

We contacted AllPro and Fugi came out the next day. He showed up exactly when he said he would and gave us an estimate before he left. After considering our choices, we decided to contact Fugi to give the go ahead. We wanted an 18 ft door that was in stock so we could have it installed in the soonest time frame. We were planning to have a basic steel garage door installed and were planning to include windows. During our call with Fugi, he gave us the short list of colors he presently had in stock. He also remembered that he had a custom ordered 18 ft door on hand which was no longer wanted by the original customer. Fugi offered a very fair discount on the custom ordered door as well. He left the choice up to us. We finally decided to go with the custom ordered door since it was a better value. We scheduled the installation for their last install slot on the next business day. Fugi and crew showed up when promised. The door was still in the box when they arrived and was in perfect condition when the opened the boxes. They did a very professional job with the installation. And they cleaned up the work area when done. The installed door looks great and is very solid. And the weather stripping seems to make a perfect seal around all sides.

While he was very nice, they didn’t solve the problem. I believe he arrived on-time. He said the door wasn’t put in correctly in the first place, that it was crooked.

Everything turned out well. They were as professional as could be. I was very happy with them. Scheduling went well and they kept in touch with me the day of the appointment on when they would arrive. It took about 30 minutes to complete the work and I liked the price for the big deal.

The provider was punctual, accurate and very professional. There was an error made on the door color and he willingly made a price adjustment to accommodate for the error. I am very satisfied with the doors installed and recommend them highly.

Replace a broken torsion spring (upgrade to dual torsion).

The turn up exactly on time and permanently fixed a problem that another company had taken two tries to correct. I was impressed that they were keen only to replace parts which were actually defective and not take the easy (and expensive) route of changing the whole mechanism. They also followed up to make sure I was happy with the result and I would say they are definitely one of the best service suppliers I've used in Austin.

One of our springs had broken for our garage door and it was not opening so we telephoned the company. The guy turned up that day at the time expected and explained carefully what needed to be done. The job was competed and the garage door has worked well since then.

We called All Pro because our garage door opener broke and our neighbor, who installs garage doors for another company, worked on the issue for several days. Twice he brought the wrong parts. We contacted All Pro mid-morning and by mid-afternoon they were on site and ready to install a new garage door opener. The installer helped us select a product that met our needs without overselling. He was very professional and explained everything we needed to know about the new door opener. He also synronized the remotes and the door keypay.
