I thought they were very good, knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. The work met my expectations.

I originally purchased their Angie's list deal to tune up my garage doors and upgrade the rollers. I have 3 garage doors. One of them was broken. It appears the previous owners had the door manually locked and someone attempted to open the door with the garage door opener. This caused the top door panel to bend and could no longer be opened with the door opener. JD from AllPro called the day he was scheduled to give me his estimated arrival time. He replaced the broken door and upgraded the rollers. He tuned up my other 2 doors and upgraded the rollers. JD placed screws on all the doors so there wouldn't be any accidents with manually locking the doors and attempting to open with the openers. He insured that the remote openers were properly programmed as well as the keypad outside the garage. He cleaned up to insure no screws or debris were left. It did take a bit longer than he estimated, but he was through. My garage doors open so much smoother and quietly. I am very pleased!

Professional service that didn't take too long to fix a door jam that was impossible for me as a homeowner. Guy came out, took a look, got some tools and it was done in less than an hour.

He arrived promptly and on time. He showed me what he was doing at every step. He had me test it at the end to see if it was working to my satisfaction. He showed me how to adjust the tension should it need to be increased or decreased. Our door is 19 years old, but now it opens and closes more quietly than when it was new. We are very pleased.

Purchased the Big Deal since my garage door had been acting a little "wonky" (noises and an occasional stop on the up cycle. The technician was punctual and very pleasant. He was able to make some adjustments to the door opener and replace my existing rollers. I must say the noise of the door opening and closing was reduced substantially. The adjustments have made the door work efficiently and with no problems. I was very pleased with the results.

Jack came by on time and quickly replaced all the rollers on the one door, then tighten some loose screws. He then helped me shut the other door completely which I hsd been unable to lower mysself. He was grreat!

I reached out to AllPro with no experience of fixing or replacing a garage door or the garage door opener. They pointed me to the resources to review their products and were super prompt in providing me quotes. We didn't have a clear understanding if we would need both a door and opener replacement or just repairs. As we described the details, they gave us confidence in our options for repair or replace. We made our decision to replace our door - driven much by cosmetic reasons given they believed they could help repair vs. replace if we chose. They scheduled a formal review and quote at our house and again confirmed our options. They helped us understand options for installation on our door choice as well as why our opener appeared to not work correctly. And during their visit for the door quote, they moved our sensors and essentially fixed our garage door opener - free! They educated us on current openers and the benefits but advised us to get a few more years from our current opener before we made the additional investment. We completed our contract for the door and awaited its arrival. The door took a few weeks to come in, but they promptly contacted us and scheduled an installation date. Because we had other contractors at our house using our garage, I had to request a change in installation date last minute. I understood this was not ideal given they had already loaded our door. They were able to adjust their schedule for me by a day - such a relief - and they were happy to do so. The door looks beautiful, works quietly, and our opener and sensors are still going strong thanks to their help. I feel like they were happy to troubleshoot with us and give us options through the process. I would definitely recommend them.

I was very impressed with the technician's professionalism. He took the time to explain to me how to reprogram my garage door opener and then did it for me. He even reprogrammed the remote installed in my car. I will definitely call them the next time I need my garage door serviced.

I bought their coupon and they did only the coupon service; nothing more. They seemed fine. I cannot say that what they did was good because the process was short lived; it took 20 minutes to do the work. It seemed like an okay deal.

I had purchased a coupon for their service which I had not used and it had expired 2 months ago. They told me that I could use it when they came out. They gave me a time between 1:00 and 2:30 p.m. They called an hour prior to their expected arrival and asked if they could come earlier. I was thrilled! They showed up promptly and went to work on replacing the spring that had broken. In addition, they informed us about the maker of the door (who had gone out of business 3 years ago) and let us know we would need to get a different door if anything ever happened to it. They were so nice and so professional. They also replaced the rollers as this was part of the coupon I purchased. I asked about the cost to replace the rollers on our other door and they gave a wonderful estimate. I also asked about replacing the springs on the single garage door and got another great estimate. We had all of the work done and they were finished in about 50 minutes. We are so excited to have 2 garage doors which we have confidence in again. Most importantly, we are going to let everyone we know about them!

J.D. called ahead, as promised, to let me know when he was arriving. Once at my house, he quickly installed the new rollers and found the broken hinge. He was professional and courteous. I would definitely use AllPro again.

The technician showed up exactly on time and started evaluating the door. He advised me that the metal door (which is about 10 years old) was showing signs of fatigue and starting to bend in the middle, so he recommended installation of two metal support brackets to prevent future issues (additional charge of $50, if I remember correctly). He had the brackets with him, and was able to finish the entire job in about an hour. The door has operated much more smoothly since the service, and I feel very good about spending the money to have this service done.

Allpro was prompt and did a good job. The garage doors work great and do not squeakanymore!

Biggest reason I used this coupon was that remote was flaky and garage door did not seal well at the bottom. Was able to make an appointment quickly and to my convenience. Technician was VERY knowledgeable and professional. Tune up made door MUCH more quiet. Technician recommended new seal for bottom which was very reasonable price and big help Technician spent at least 20 min diagnosing problems with remote / keypad/ buttons etc and discovered a wire that had been loose for "who knows how long" (house is 16 yrs old) and probably shorting at times and made logic board flaky. Gave me a good price on new door opener and came back the next day to replace opener. In process of replacing opener, he could not make my universal keypad sync and work ( his truck with all of HIS documentation was in the shop) and he replaced he keypad for free. AllPro also has a 24 hour service number which is a big comfort to me. Can not say enough good things about this service experience!

They seem to be alright. I had no problems with them at all. What they said they were going to do, they did do.

I purchased the big deal on 03/04/2013 from All Pro Doors and they set up the service the next day. The service man was prompt and very professional. He checked everything out and replace the rollers. He told me the door was in great shape and did not try to sell me anything else. I will definitely use them again.
