AllPro is hands-down the best service I have received to date. J.D. showed up within 30 minutes of my request for an estimate and finished the work in about that time after. The entire process - from initial call to payment was smooth and professional. J.D. explained what was and was not needed, did a great job, and even left me with tips on how to care for the door and opener going forward. I am extremely pleased with AllPro and J.D. and will call on them for all my future garage door needs.

It was great. They answered all my questions as I was there watching them do the work. It was really nice. I thought that the gentleman who did the service was really good. I asked him about some lubrication questions and he told me to go buy at one of the big stores so I could lubricate the main spring every 6 months or so myself. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The quality of service was excellent, on time. The service technician (aka JD) was helpful to re-program my remote key-pad device and my remote control. He also replaced a bad battery of my remote control as a complementary to save me time to run to a store to buy one. He completed the job in around 30 mins. I was very pleased with this work. He was punctual, friendly, and professional. He was very knowledgeable and quick. I feel like I certainly got what I paid for. He did make a suggestion for weather moulding, and I happily accepted and it was only an additional $20 for the actual parts.

I called AllPro Overhead Door between 9-10 am and he arrived around 2:30 pm. Was very surprised at the quick, same day, response. The service was performed by "J.D.". He was very professional and very knowledgeable. I could tell that he has been doing this for a while. Replaced the spring for the garage door, replaced the bracket that holds the spring, and cleaned and serviced the entire garage door in under 45 minutes. Now runs like new. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend to friends.

They were super. The tuneup had the door sounding quieter and running more smoothly than it had since I have owned the house (which is 19 years now!). Also, the spring replacement went quickly and smoothly, and I was pleased both times with the professionalism and quality of the work. I will definitely call them again when needed.

The guy from AllPro Overhead Door was nice. They did the things that they said they were going to do. I'm not really sure that the spring was broken but I replaced it anyway because I've been having problem with the door. He was okay and polite.

AllPro Overhead Door did a very good job. They were very efficient. They moved a sensor for me at no extra charge. The price and quality was excellent. I would recommend them.

They called first thing in the AM right after I sent an email. (Note - I sent to 4 companies, the others still haven't called !!). They worked with my schedule, showed up on time, jumped right in and were gone in 45 minutes. Even replaced a light bulb in the opener. 100% satisfied.

My experience with them went really good. They came out, did a great job and I was very pleased with them. They were just very professional and I told them that if I had anymore problems I would use them again. They have helped ensure my garage door is a lot quieter now and not as loud as it was. I would recommend them to others.

It seemed to go fine at first with AllPro Overhead Door but then we had some problems with the door stopping about half way down so we called him. He came out immediately as soon as he could, explained things very well, and he solved the problem by adjusting the springs at no charge. He said if we had any more problems to let him know.

They were prompt and very courteous. I will use them again!

They did exactly what they promised with the coupon, and quite a bit more besides. Our garage door had been squeaky and occasionally failed to fully close. They've made it work well. They replaced all the rollers, tightened all the hardware, checked and adjusted the lift and drop adjustments, and greased the large counterweight springs. They also adjusted the tracks so the door works about as well as it can, and showed me what would need to be fixed to make it perfect. (The fix would involve cutting the poured concrete lip a bit; we decided that we didn't need it to be perfect.) Highly recommended. We will definitely call on them again.

They fixed everything. They actually added some things so my door so it was better sealed. Everything went great, they were very accomodating.

Worked out great. After the door was working (it was stuck up) they scheduled the weatherstrip on a Saturday morning, arrived on time, and was done in a couple of hours. They even give 10% off if you pay cash/cheque.
