Description of Work: A technician arrived on time. He replaced rollers and applied oil to hinges and rollers quickly. He also gave me a tip of how to maintain the garage door properly. I'm pretty satisfied.

Description of Work: We purchased one of the Angie's deals for a garage door tune up with replacement of our rollers with nylon rollers. We had been having trouble with the garage door stopping short on occasion, so it seemed a good time to do this. The company was great. Came at time promised, checked and adjusted everything, changed rollers, etc. All great!

Description of Work: The guy came and overhauled our garage door. He gave us new rollers, oiled this and that and taught me how to take care of the door. We will call them again, it was a great and easy experience.

He was able to ressuect a door that hadn't been opened in years and get both doors running smoothly. Did not try to sell me additional services or products and explained the door system to me so I could catch minor problems and prevent future ones myself. Very professional. The shop was great on communication, scheduling and performed the services quickly and knowledgeably. I was impressed with overall service and delivery. Will use again.

Description of Work: Garage door tune up was fine. He replaced a faulty hinge. The only problem was that he did not wipe of the grease on the outside of the garage door. I would have expected that to be cleaned off as a matter of process.

Description of Work: The owner was very nice & gave me an appt right away. He came with his helper and took care of the service promptly. They replaced the garage door rollers and lubricated the moving parts. A new cable was recommended (for $65, parts & labor), and that would require another appt. Stuff will need to be moved prior to that visit. The garage door rolls real easy now. I may contact them again. There are several garage door services on Angies with various rates or specials, so I will probably check prices.

Description of Work: I made an appointment with All Pro. The technician contacted me prior to arrival, which I appreciated. The tech advised me what maintenance he would perform and the process would take about 45 minutes. The tech took longer than the 45 minutes initially advised because he did much more than I expected. He adjusted the door track and checked and lubed the opener track and screw. He then spent about 15 minutes with me explaining everything he had done and periodic maintenance.
