Description of Work: Replaced springs and serviced garage opener. Thought I might have to replace and they did not recommend replacement. Reasonable rates and detailed invoice. Did not meet at initial appointment but would still recommend as communication was overall pretty good.

Description of Work: They installed a new garage door. We had to ask for a receipt at least 10 times. This was installed as part of the work required for the buyer when selling the house. After closing the buyer complained repeatedly that it was not working properly.

Description of Work: Garage door wasn't going all the way down. We thought it was due to a misaligned track. After inspecting the door, track and motor, Refugio discovered and replaced a broken gear. He also aligned both of my garage doors, adjusted the tension on the closing mechanism lubricated everything and replaced burned out bulbs. He was very thorough sand friendly. He accommodated our schedule, and showed up right on time.

Description of Work: Garage door opener was not working so I called to have them repair or replace. Upon arrival they quickly determined it was a very easy fix. $15 part plus the service call. While they were there they serviced the door and installed a wireless keypad entry for $45. Very prompt did not try to sell me a new opener when a quick fix was all that was needed.

Description of Work: This was the second time I used All Pro and once again the service was excellent. Everything about the experience and the technician was exceptional and I'll be using them again and telling all my friends. I wish more businesses followed their lead of providing superior customer service.

Description of Work: From the moment I called in these guys were very helpful and knowledgeable. The man who took my call was able to diagnose my problem from a short conversation on the phone. When the technician showed up in the time promised, he not only had the parts I had previously discussed over the phone but also completed all of the work in 30min or less. In that time he did a full lubrication,install sensor brackets, tightened my springs,and adjusted it so it would close properly. Excellent job guys!
