AllPro Overhead Door

I backed up the car in the garage while the garage door is still opening and crashed into the door. I called AllPro Overhead Door. A guy came within a few hours and fixed it. It was a big damage, so I never imagined it's fixable. The damage is almost not noticeable and the door functions perfectly. Wonderful job with reasonable price.

The representative that I worked with was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He did send someone to do the work. I thought everything was fair. The service technician was really sharp. He was very articulate and did a great job at communicating. I would definitely use them again.

They were good. They fixed the other things that I had that were messed up. The thing that’s on top of the ceiling in the garage, I guess that’s the actual unit itself that pulls the chains and all that, they said it was too close to the ceiling so they lowered it a little bit and they didn’t charge me for that. They just did it so that was nice.

Don't remember the precise date on which service was provided, but recall that it was a weekend. Awkward situation in that the garage door couldn't be lowered. Even so, technician came quickly, was on time, and he fixed the problem effecively; no problems with door since. Works good as new -- Thanks!

Very good at explaining everything. Didn't realize that quality of builder supplied garage door system was poor and the tracks not being properly aligned caused door to twist. Haven't had a problem since he fixed it 3 years ago

In addition to repairing the door, he checked all moving parts, expalined what he was doing and provide prompt curteous service..

He arrived on time. Was very thorough and replaced the necessary parts. The garage door is much quieter now.

It went well. The worker did a good job, it is working well. He replaced a roller that I didn't even know needed to be replaced.

Very smooth and fast. He was in and out in less than 2 hours, very professional and explained everything. My only complaint is that he left all the little wire clippings all over the garage that I had to clean up after. Otherwise they even came back out for free to check on something. Would use again.

Provider was very professional. He serviced the garage door and took the time to explain to me the reason the door didn't always close. (Supports for the electronic eye were moving when the door went up or down.) He corrected the problem with the alignment. He worked very quickly and made it look easy. The door works well.

Angie's Big List Deal. Contacted the office and setup a time for servicing. Professional. Tuned the garage door but more importantly installed a nice new keypad for me to access garage.

It went okay except that they couldn't change out the wireless keypad because my garage door opener was so old. They try to see if what they can do to help me change the remote. They tried it all but they didn't do the whole thing.

They did a good job. They came out when they said that they were going to. They made the garage door stop squeaking as much so I was very pleased with their service. I think that their price was fair. Oftentimes, you could not even get someone to your house for $100.

Excellent workmanship and service!

We were heading out to soccer practice when we discovered the garage door wouldn't open. After trying about everything I could think of, a neighbor came by who showed me the broken spring at the top of the door. The next morning, I called several "A Rated" companies on Angie's List, and AllPro was the only company that answered right away. Much to my surprise, they had a tech out within 3 hours of my call who was very professional, knowledgable and helpful. We decided to replace our single spring system with a 2 spring for longevity purposes. Door works now, and works great. Very impressed, and I don't see a need to call anyone else should the need arise.

The gentleman arrived when he said he would and fixed my garage door promptly. I would definitely use them in the future.

I was satisfied with the service. I was able to schedule easily and the provider was punctual. As far as I can tell, he did a good job. His price seemed fair.

The tech arrived on thime, was professional and friendly, and did his work efficiently. It was a simple job as the motor had been replaced not long ago. He commented on the quality of the motor, and also showed me how to lock the door electrically, a feature that I'd not realized I had.
