It was fine.

We used them the day after they ran their Big Deal that we had purchased. We were not all that impressed with them. They didn't leave us a receipt. We've had another company come out since and they said that the job was not done. Because of the issues that we had when they originally came out, he didn't really discuss anything with me, he just did the job and left. We weren't really impressed with their company so we hired another company. He had told us that we needed an entire new garage door and we didn't feel that was so. We felt there was a repair that could be done to it. The new company said there was a repair and they repaired it for $119. He was just trying to sell us on a $900 garage door. He tried to sell us something that we didn't need and the customer service was low. We wouldn't use them again. Because it was a Big Deal purchase, we expected a lot more than was given. The price was great if they had done what they were supposed to do. They did call us immediately.

They did a good job. It was a Big Deal that I purchased. It was excellent.

All Pro had a bumpy start, but finished well. Make sure and read my whole story before making a judgement - it's more a story of a good recovery than anything else. I was initially impressed by All Pro's responsiveness - they called me within a day of my purchasing the Big Deal and scheduled me for service that same week. We scheduled for an afternoon service window on a Friday, but their service person missed the window by about 15 minutes and I'd had to leave the house. We rescheduled for the next day - a Saturday morning appointment at 8:30am. They missed the appointment again, arriving around 10:30 or 11am. The service person said he'd run out of gas and lost his phone. During this process I'd called their office to see what was up. I was put in touch with the owner of the company, and he was quite upset at the situation and offered to service both of my garage doors at no cost, as well as take care of the gaps along the bottom of each door as I mentioned above. They finished the servicing of both doors on Saturday. Then, the owner himself came out the next day to work on the sweeps/corner gaps and also to fix a misalignment of the panels that had occurred during the process of replacing the rollers. All Pro had a bumpy start but recovered very well, and I would call them again without hesitation. The owner offered to not charge me anything for the entire service, but I actually still just paid the $99 because I thought it was only fair to pay for the one door, considering I'd gotten another door and some additional service at no charge. That was plenty compensation for the inconvenience I'd experienced. I don't expect service companies to never have problems, but I expect them to respond well when problems do occur, and All Pro did just that.

Samuel arrived on-time, introduced himself, explained what he was going to do, did it, and then showed me what he had done. He was courteous, professional, and my garage door works great!

They were very fast, courteous and professional. Seems to be a great company to do business with.

I was very satisfied with the work performed. The crew was very polite and professional. They did exactly what they said they were going to do..plus a few extra items. I will use All Pro Garage Door for future garage door needs.

The company was punctual and got right to work. I asked if they could just check the frame as unfortunately, I have backed into the door a couple of times due to my impatience. They took the time to tighten the frame and make the door run quieter. Now everyone in the neighborhood won't hear me open and close my garage door.

I had been planning to use one of the coupons from Valpak for a Garage door tune-up - that advertised Fully Lubricate Door, Lube door opner, Tighten Chain & Lubricate, Tighten & Replace bad bolts & nuts. I do not have a garage door opener. When I received the Angie's List- Big Deal email for the Garage Tune-Up for $99 - I assumed I was going to get a great deal on lubricating the wires and things on my garage door (1) which I really needed. The company called me and set up an appointment; I met with the serviceman (who was polite, and very helpful). Right up front, he told me for $60 more he would service the 2nd door. I thought that would be great. The first door, I needed the lock replaced and the serviceman - check and he had a lock and for $65, he installed it. He was almost complete with replacing the rollers on the doors, when I asked about he wires being lubricated. He said "no mam'am, that's not included." Then I asked what about the wheels and springs , he said, "no mam'am that's not included." Then I asked what was included and 'I don't remember what exactly he said, besides they replaced the rollers. I then asked how could the wires, springs and wheels not be included in the Tune-up and he said "that's some other service" I asked him what and he didn't really say, because then I showed him the loose wire to the door - I thought was going to get lubricated and he said it would be a good idea to replace the wires, springs and wheels on both doors. I asked how much would that cost, and he told me he would get back with me. I also asked about the gap between the garage door and door frame and he explained about the weather stripping that is now applied to garage doors rather than the wooden frame, that would take care of that. I asked him how much would that cost and again he said he would get back with me. After he left, I noticed that there is a new gap on the side of the garage doors that were not there before the new rollers were added. Also, I thought about the service I got for $99 and was pretty upset. Because when I looked at the coupons in my Valpak (received in the mail - for $49.00; I could have had the springs, wheels and rollers lubricated and checked). I felt I did not get that great of a deal from this Angie's List coupon. The serviceman was polite and did the work quickly. However, I did not have the garage doors tuned-up(lubricated and checked) and I am still trying to figure out what service was preformed beside the rollers replaced (which were not a problem) for $99.

They are very responsible, and they will fix any problems. I would recommend them.

Jess, Sales Manager, was good to deal with and was very responsive. The installers of the brand new garage door were nice, worked hard in the heat, and did a great job. They took off the old wooden garage door (circa 1950s) and installed a new garage door with lock and took the old garage door too. The garage door comes with a 10 year warranty and the work with 1 year labor.

Horrible experience. Would not recommend this company.

I went with them because they seemed to have good reviews on Angie's List. They were great. They were very responsive. They were quick to set up an appointment and came right out to give me an estimate. The door is working great. Their turnaround time was very fast, and the guy that came out was very approachable. I would say the price was pretty good. The overall experience, quality, responsiveness, and punctuality were all excellent. Their professionalism was very excellent as well.

They showed up on time They fixed the problem Then they applied preventitive maintenance to the other door and the repaired door. Both doors now work much better than they have for years

When I drove into the garage, the door was not fully open and the luggage rack pulled the door down on top of the car. My husband struggled to put it back, but it is a very heavy double door. All Pro came within one hour of calling and had it fixed and checked out promptly and professionally. They gave us a much appreciated senior discount (without asking). I would recommend them.

Extremely well. They worked us in on the same day. They were polite and professional. When finished, he lubricated the system and made adjustments.Our door is the quietest it has been ever.
