AllPro Overhead Door

Very prompt, courteous and pleasant to work with. The garage door was very noisy, but is now so much quieter and operating more smoothly. We were very satisfied and would use this company again.

The door needed a rebalance, and one of the roller brackets was missing an attachment screw. The tune up included new "nylon bearing" rollers. I was working against a time constraint, but he arrived in time, did an excellent job, and completed in time to meet my schedule. I couldn't ask for more. The door has never been so quiet. It sounds like brand new. Great job. This was a test to see if I will want to use them in the future when (a) the spring breaks, or (b) I decide to replace the doors with something more sturdy. He passed on both. Update: They replaced the two springs and the door sweep in less than 30 minutes. He also adjusted the balance again, along with one of the rails where the door had been "catching" lately on the way down. They were fast, complete, and courteous. Excellent service, and they also provided a 10% discount, bringing the total for the work to $262. I will definitely use them again.

Refugio was no pressure when he gave me the bid. He and Roland showed up on time and went right to work. They were polite and business-like. Everything is good except one door seems a little louder than the other, but that might not have anything to do with the installation-could be the opener. I might call him back about that.

The guy met me and was done with the work so quickly, I was a bit stunned. And then I thought I should have watched what he did, instead of going inside the house. I did think he might have taken some time to explain what he did and show me the new rollers. But, in the end, I really can't complain at all. The door opens and closes so quietly that I have to look at it to make sure it is moving!

Cost for the springs couldn't be beat but the guy showed up 2 hours late. The work was good but timing needs improvement.

Everything went well. At first we had a mis-understanding on the scheduling but they got that all taken care of for us. With the new scheduled time they showed up on time and did a good job and very professional.

We are thrilled with the new doors, we got the 3000 series Amarr doors, and new Chamberlain 3280 Openers, with extra remotes. Jess came out and measured, left me a trim sample so I could think about colors. I called and we worked out the details, it took about a 2 weeks for the delivery, then we scheduled the install. The install took a little longer than I thought it would, but quality is what matters. The install guy (don't remember his name) worked 6 hours straight, and was very pleasant. I kept going out, checking to see how things were going. He took care of the removed doors, since we were going to let friends use them for parts. I'm so glad we're not nursing those cheap doors along. I can't hear the new openers operate when I'm in the house. It is very quiet. I couldn't be happier. We're anxious to see how the insulated doors help with the summer heat, since our garage faces south. I also want to mention, I'd never seen such a nice vinyl trim for the doors. It really helps dress up the doors. It's such a silly thing, but it is really impressive. It was a little extra, but so so worth it.

I called them on Monday 19th and they came out on the 20th. Service man was very quick with the needed repairs. They called me about 40mins before comming out.

Our garage door has squeaked pretty severely since we purchased the house. After greasing it didn't work, I did some research and concluded that the rollers needed to be replaced. I purchased a Big Deal for garage door maintenance and roller replacement. I called AllPro to schedule, and even after I gave the guy the wrong name (purchased under my maiden name) he was able to find the record of my purchase. He had almost immediate availability, so scheduling was easy. The technicians arrived on time, but had to leave to go to the warehouse to pick up more rollers. My husband showed them the problem. They actually said the door was installed improperly, and probably had been since the house was built. So, they corrected the problem and replaced the rollers. And they didn't charge any extra, though I didn't expect the install correction to be part of their standard maintenance package. We were quite happy overall. We just gave them low on punctuality because the service I scheduled included roller replacement, and they didn't bring the rollers.

We scheduled the time and they were a little early, which isn't bad, and they got started, then explained to me what they were doing, and suggested an improvement for the way the opener was supported; I thought it sounded reasonable. We agreed on $10.00 for the change and it was finished up pretty quick. I asked for information for new garage doors for my home (this was a rental unit) I was very happy to have the garage door safety checked and adjusted. People under estimate how dangerous garage doors can be!

Their pricing was reasonable, as it is normally twice that though I am not certain. They replaced all the rollers as they were about 10-12 years old, and it was a part of the service. This is the first time I have used them. They were very easy to make an appointment. We called them on one day and made an appointment about three days later. They met our schedule. They got here when they said they would be here. They worked right through very efficiently. I had no problems with them whatsoever. When they finished, they had me go out and look at what they had done, explained what they had done, and asked if I had any other concerns and then left. I would use them again in the future.

They were in and out in under and hour. Roland and his partner were professional and thorough. Paid $85.50 with the Angie's List coupon. Would definitely use them again.

The service was excellent. He showed up on time and had everything fixed quickly. He pointed out all the things that were wrong and gave us advice on how to keep it running properly on our own. Our mistake was that originally, when we bought the new garage door opener - we went with the Home Depot assigned installer. DON'T!!! Buy your garage door opener then call AllPro Overhead Door to install it. I am tremendously happy and will use again in the future.

Starting with a $99.00 offer for a garage door tune up and roller replacement I called the company and was scheduled to have them perform in less than a week. Once the inidvidual arrived (I had already pulled the car out) he looked over the system. During this time my wife reminded me that we needed to have the other door done also as it was having some stoppage problems (I forgot). This was no problem for the repairman. That door was also included at a great price at my request since he was already there. The work was quick, very well done and he was very careful of the items in the garage. Afterwards he explained the suggested owners maintenance over the next several years and then left, after giving us an itemized bill for our records. Very well done!

I called and they took my info and called me back a few minutes later to let me know someone would be at my house in 1/2 hour. It ended up being and hour and 20 minutes due to a scheduling error. However, the gentleman that finally arrived was courteous and diagnosed the problem (broken chain). He replace both chains and gave me advice on how to keep the door running better.

The company was late as it had the wrong address; however, once the servicemen arrived they went right to work and were done in about 15 minutes. Garage door worked smoothly and quietly.

I purchased the "Angie's Big Deal" for a tune-up and roller replacement for $99. The purchase cleared, and I called All Pro to schedule a service appointment. The job was completed within an hour of calling All Pro. Mr. Gallo was professional, obviously expert with garage doors and he didn't try to sell me anything! Excellent experience. Thank you

I tried to call a couple of times. I was able to reach them and they said they would return my call. They have not responded back to me.

My garage door would stop before closing or opening. When I called AllPro Overhead Door they were responsive, informative and polite. They arrived at the appointed time and were very easy to work with. I had confidence that they thoroughly knew their business and were fair with me. It was established that I did not need a mother board at this time, however, an adjustment did need to be made. He showed me how to do it myself if it needed adjustment in the future. I learned additional things about the care of garage doors to prevent maintence in the future. Communication was easy and thorough. The price was very fair and I have already recommended them to friends. There won't be a question about who to call for this service in the future.

Scheduling was little difficult but once I made an appointment, it was done quickly.
