AllPro Overhead Door

Because a service person was in the area some one was at my house the same morning I called. A diagnosis of broken spring on the garage door causing more damage to the door because of lack of safety features on an old garage door opener that pulled off pieces of the garage door before stopping. He was able to repair the damage to the garage door which saves a lot of money. An offer was made to repair the old opener or replace it with a new one with safety features. I chose to replace it. An appointment was made for the next morning. He called me later in the afternoon having found a lesser expensive garage door opener in the warehouse and offered it to me. The work was done promptly. A week later some of the restoration on the old door pulled away from the door. They were out promptly and did not charge me for the service call.

I purchased the coupon from Angie's list. I think it was 89.00. The representative showed up on time and installed a key pad and adjusted and lubed our doors. We couldn't believe how much quieter the doors operated. They key pad is uncomplicated and works perfectly. I have used them since for a minor problem, and they did a good job also.

He arrived on time and started to tune up the door right away. It turns up that the door lock had been put on the door and we didn't realized this until it started making a weird noise. He had to pull out some screws and at first it seem like the whole lock needed to be replaced, however he was able to fix it with some of the supplies he had with him so he fix it, no extra charge! The door doesn't make weird noises anymore and runs smoothly, I highly recommend them!

They told me when they would arrive and showed up on time. The person who came was polite and friendly. He really knew what he was doing and did a good job.

Worker was prompt and courteous. I was expecting a quieter door based on the description of the service as the garage door still seems as loud as before.

Great service from start to finish! The service was scheduled quickly and the technician arrived promptly. He asked questions about the performance of the garage door and specifically what I felt was needed. In my case, the door operated well, but was very noisy. He assured me that he could fix that and immediately set to work. Less than 45 minutes later, I have a garage door that sounds brand new - no creaks, groans, or squeals! He even swept the floor near the garage door and pointed out the sensors and the need to be careful when cleaning around them. I am thrilled with the work performed and highly recommend AllPro Overhead Door!

As a multi-family builder I wish I could have met this company sooner.

They provided the service but did not back it up when a couple of months later things went wrong again. No warranty on their service.

I called them about replacing the seal on my 22 year old garage door. They made an appointment and came right out. They checked the seal and determined it was not a seal they currently handled nor could they get one. They suggested that I replace the rail on the bottom of the door so it would handle a more current model seal. I agreed and they made an appointment to return. I had to call them back but found out they had been waiting on me... They came out and replaced the rail and seal with a more current model and it now seals great. They also adjusted the sensors. They accepted my credit card on the spot and all was well. I would recommend their service to anyone and would call them back if I need any more Garage door repair.

I used an Angie's list deal to get my garage door tuned up. The guys came out and did a good job. It was so much quieter when opening/closing than it was before! About a year later (in fall 2012), late at night I heard a loud bang and thought something had hit my garage door but didn't see anything outside. When I went to leave for work, the garage door wouldn't work at all and couldn't even be lifted manually. The spring had busted. I called All Pro but got voicemail. I had called another company that was quoting much higher response times and wouldn't give an exact cost. The guy at AllPro called me back and said he could be at the house in an hour and the spring would only cost $175. So I cancelled with the other company and had AllPro come out. I even texted him a picture of the door 's broken spring and he made sure to bring the right materials and supplies. It was a two-car garage with one big metal door... I guess the cost and effort of the spring replacement depends on what type of garage door you're working with. He was there within the hour and the garage was fixed in about an hour. Then since I'm a member of Angie's list, he gave me an Angie's list discount and the total cost ended up being $156 (roughly - I'm doing this from memory). I thought that was a fantastic deal! It's been a couple months and I haven't had any garage door problems. The spring and the service even came with a warranty. Highly recommended!

I used the Angies List Big Deal to have the rollers replaced on my garage door. I was hearing a odd noise when the door opened. The technician was on time, polite and explained what the noise was and proceeded with the roller replacement quickly and was very pleasant to work with.

The tune-up didn't seem to do much to dampen the noise or improve the door functionality. However, the tech was very knowledgable and put in sensors that actually work no matter light faces our garage (which was a problem every year prior). The tech also fixed a couple of settings on our overhead unit. We might use them again but would consider other options as well.
