AllPro Overhead Door

Our house was built in 2004 and the two of the three garage doors were getting noisy. One had squeaky rollers and the other one banged. I saw this deal on Angie's list so thought I would give it a try. Bought the deal for two doors and called to make the appointment. They came out on time and quickly fixed the two ailing doors with such amazing speed and good work we opted to add the third door. Our doors had nylon rollers but they didn't have ball bearings. These were much better rollers and had bearings. They checked everything including replacing a burned out bulb. The doors as a result sound and work better than new. The owner was there and told us that many times the builders have sub contractors install the doors and they don't have the expertise to adjust them properly. I highly recommend them!

I emailed All Pro to schedule an appointment. They responded right away and it was scheduled immediately for that afternoon. They were right on time and two men completed the work within an hour. They mentioned the additional repairs needed, we discussed the price which I felt were very reasonable and they performed the additional work. There was never any pressure to do the additional work. The garage doors have have not worked so smoothly or quietly in years. I have already recommended them to several of my neighbors.

There were no issues with the deal. It went well. They were responsive to my calls.

We took advantage of a $99 Big Deal to get my business partner's garage door serviced. It had been making some ugly noises and vibrating when opening and closing. AllPro came out when they said they would and adjusted the door and replaced the rollers, all for the $99 deal. It was working much better. While we were looking at it together, I could see that there was a problem with several of the hinges pulling loose from their door sections. The repairman explained that those were clearly not the right hinges for the door type. The condo association had replaced the old wooden garage doors a few years earlier and someone may have messed up. Anyway, at my request AllPro replaced all the hinges with the correct ones and only charged $60.00 to do it, which was much lower than I would expect. The door is working great one year later and we are happy to recommend AllPro Overhead Door.

They were great the first few times I used their services several years ago. This time, their schedule could not accomodate my needs. They kept calling me at times that I initially told them that I was unavailable to say that they were in the area. Perhaps they are in need of additional staff. I went with another company that was totally adaptive to my scheduling requests.

They had a $99. promotion for the replacing a routine maintenance which needed and then I asked that the bottom door seal be replaced.

We had an old wooden door without opener. The first day they came in to do an estimation. They laid out all of the options for us to choose. I like that they are not just trying to get money out of you. They were very frank on what will work better for us and what are not worth getting. And they are also very easy to communicate with. Very patient with our all sorts of questions. We finally decided to get a single steel door with triple layers and a basic opener. We chose all the items that they had in stock so that we could have it installed ASAP. They came in to install the next day. And With less than three hours, we got a beautiful new door that works perfectly. Very satisfied with them. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Service was prompt, professional and easy. Spent the time to explain services performed and give information on how to keep issues from occurring in the future. Also helped out my neighbor who had an issue.

Excellent! They came promptly and did the work for the original coupon. Pointed out that the pulleys were also broken and gave an estimate on the spot to replace them. Afterward cleaned and adjusted the opener unit until it was working like new. Did not try to sell additional services or perform work that was not needed. All-in-all they were prompt, very quick and professional. I highly recommend this company.

The service man was on time, helpful, and so far as we can tell, did a good job. He was very accommodating about programming the cars to open the doors.

They also did some general maintenance and lubrication. The job was slightly too involved for a self fix and we were very happy with the quality and speed of service.

There was an additional $15 trip charge because we live in San Marcos, about 30 miles from the Austin area. When I called to make the appointment, I was given about a 2-hour window, and told that the service man would call when he was on his way. He did call as promised, and arrived well within the window I had been given. The new rollers had ball bearings, and are much quieter than the old ones were. He helped me move some bulky things that needed to be moved in order to give him access to the door. I am very satisfied, and would use them again without hesitation.

I bought the Big Deal and they did what they said.
