AllPro Overhead Door

I subsequently used them used for other things but no that day. They were very descriptive on what they going to do and executed.

Since I had a door that was sticking a little, I decided to go for the "Angie's special". I called and made an appointment with All Pro Overhead Door to come to my home and work on both of my garage doors. As per the advertised special, he replaced all of my rollers (although I think the nylon ones he used were not as good as my sturdy steel ones), adjusted and lubricated my two garage doors. Also, I allowed myself (weak moment) to be up-sold, and replaced all springs (one was funky), as well. The technician worked hard and was polite and professional. Overall, a job well done, but it was costly at over $425. The $425 I spent was about what another company quoted me as their regular price to do all the work I had done. So, in the end, not much of a "special".

It was great. They showed up on time and he tuned it up and he told me I didn't need anything extra and I got quieter rollers and it was really nice. They are very prompt, dependable and very honest. The price was really good. All I used was the deal and actually I asked him if I need a new one and he said I wouldn't need one for several years and I think the price was reasonable, I just didn't need one.

JD called in advance as requested. He arrived as expected. He was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing and why.

I waited for 3 months after I bought the "Big Deal' as I wanted to paint the house first. They came out the next day after I called - that's pretty repsonsive!! Even though my garage doors already had nylon wheels, they got my heavier (double) door to be dramatically quieter and adjusted the mechanisms so it operates smoothly. The folks were nice and took the time to explain what the maintenance issues were and how to maintain it myself, including which products to use and what not to use. I am very pleased overall.

The repairman showed up exactly on time and examined both garage doors and openers. I had been having intermittent troubles with the sensors causing the doors to not close. Have not had any problems at all since the tune-up. He pointed out a part that was damaged but didn't appear to interfere with door operation. I opted to leave it as is and felt no pressure to buy the replacement part.

I didn't use the Deal until after it already expired. It took a little bit of talking to get them to apply the price I paid for the Deal, but they did end up honor what I already paid for the Deal and the work they did was very good.

No complaints. Totally satisfied with work. Quick appt; on time. Did the stated work on the coupon plus correctly wired the system so the door would go up and down with remotes. We love it!

They are flexible with appointment time. Arrived on time. Garage door is nicely fitted with the door frame. Happy with the product and service.

I signed up for an Angies Big Deal to have my garage door tuned up. It was working OK, but figured I would do some preventative maintenance. I was expecting the field rep to come say that I needed more repairs than just a tune up. But the service guy was right on time, checked out the door and it's operation, then proceeded to replace the door rollers and adjust the tension in the spring. He adjusted the up and down range and tension, noticing that mine was set a little high and stated that would wear out my gears if not adjusted. He then noticed a problem with the safety trip light and proceeded to adjust it. He noticed the wiring from the wall was loose and rewired it. In the end, he checked my Angie's Coupon and said everything looked good, no extra charges. In my opinion, it was well worth the deal.

A truck rolled into our garage door causing the garage door to come off the track and it bent the rollers and frame. It was quick and easy to schedule a time when their technician could come out to do the repairs. In the end, the tech was able to repair our existing frame and rollers, so we didn't have to pay extra for replacement parts. And, he also inspected our garage door opener and made some minor adjustments to make everything run quieter and smoother. It's been a few months now and everything is still working great. They only charged us for their basic fee for an inspection and tune-up (with a discount that was available thru Angie's List), so the price was great considering what we got for it! We're very happy with our choice and would hire them again.

AllPro was incredibly fast, they did a great job and charged a fair price. We are happy to give them an "A" and will heartily recommend them.

The service was performed well with no issues and took about an hour to complete.

Communication was excellent between the provider and myself, first the day of the appointment. JD called and let me know when he would be here and he was right on time. Once here the door tune up was completed in a timely and professional manner with an explanation of everything he worked on. I also asked questions about the door/opener and JD was patient and thorough in answering. We have two doors but only service for one was purchased, JD still visualy inspected the second door and lubricated the rollers. JD went above and beyond as I asked about the safety sensors on the second door as they were installed (by someone else) improperly. I inquired about paying to have them moved to the correct location and he did it right then, without compensation. When I asked about the future replacement of one opener JD explained prices and models without a hard sell, refreshing in these times. I would recommend AllPro without hesitation.

I have used All Pro 2 times and am extremely happy with their service. I will continue to use them for tune-ups and repairs, and will recommend their service to friends and family. They are prompt, friendly, helpful with suggestions, and do a great job!

Arrived to change rollers; after changing them, advised that two brackets were pulling out, so he installed two larger brackets for reasonable price.
