Description of Work: I called asking about garage door repair. They walked me through a couple of basic trouble shooting with the garage door. Turns out the sensors were not aligned. I was able to fix those myself. They didn't charge me a dime for the extra help. I really appreciated it!

Description of Work: Wasn't sure that I needed garage door rollers replaced, but definitely *did* need the springs adjusted, so I used the "Schedule Now" button for a tune-up. Received an almost-immediate response from the owner, Allen Mimms, offering an 8am Wednesday appointment. | |Allen and his helper, Justin, actually showed up about twenty minutes earlier than scheduled, which was fine. They got the springs adjusted, checked the rest of the door, and replaced the rollers. Allen even repositioned the garage door opener so that it would be ready to install the replacement for the broken belt when I received the under-warranty replacement from the manufacturer. | |When I received the replacement belt but could not locate a replacement for the missing master link, Allen's helper Justin brought a couple of master links to me. | |Bottom line: First-class service. Went above and beyond what was required. | |
