Let me tell you after staying home for a full day, for other services in my home, to no avail ( no call, no show), I was VERY impressed. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: I purchased the garage door tune-up because my door kept making terrible noises. The vendor showed up, looked at the door and let me know it was the latex paint from the builder that was making the noise and that if he touched it it could void the warranty and that everything else looked new. So, instead of just doing the tune-up and taking my money, he let me know it wasnt needed and returned my money. I like honest peopl and honest businesses run by honest people. This company is great and when my door is due i will defintiely call them.

Description of Work: I called Allen this morning to ask the price to replace the spring of our garage door that broke this weekend. I found the price reasonable compared with other provider I had previously called. I asked if he could stop by today. He said he could and in 30 minutes he was fixing my garage door. He was quick and did a very good job. He replaced the spring and lubricated some areas of the door and recommended that I bought a multi purpose lube and sprayed the spring every 8 months to make it last longer. I'm very satisfied with his work, we'll definitely call him again if another issue arises and definitely recommend him to my friends an relatives.

Description of Work: I found this service excellent. I had thought to purchase the Garage Door Tune Up for $95 for Angie's customers (51% off) . I appreciated Mr. Mim's professionalism and explanation and rather than 'fixing' a lost cause I bought new. My wife and I had just bought the house and why not fix it so that it need not be a problem for many years. It was a great and important deal and bargain.

He took my call while he was on vacation and scheduled an appoitment right away. He came on time (in fact a few minutes early) and fixed the problem quickly and our garage is so quiet now! We are very happy with the service he provided.
