Just moved into this house in October of last year and had heard from the neighbors that the previous owners had problems with the septic system. Not wanting to have similar problems we called this company to inspect the system and also answer all the questions we had about how it works and how best to keep it working. We could tell the service technician really knew what he was talking about. There is part of our system that is buried and has no riser on it. Because of that, even if we had the tank pumped we wouldn't be getting into all of the tank. He told us where the rest of the tank is and told us what it would cost to dig and find the opening to this part of the tank. We probably won't need to pump the tank until next year, so we will have that work done at that time. He also found an old chlorinator tube that was not working, wasn't needed, and was blocking a significant amount of fluids from getting to the part of the tank where it is pumped to the drain field. Problem avoided there by simply removing an unneeded component. The technician also checked the alarm on the system, showed us how to mute it so the neighbors don't get mad at us if it is going off and explained why the alarm might go off. Basically the technician shared his knowledge from 8 years in the business with us in about 45 minutes. It was well worth the money.

We were having problems with our studio toilet backing up whenever toilets in the main house were flushed. Since in 17 years we never had our septic tank emptied we thought this could be the problem. When we called this service they said they could not get here for a couple of days. We called other services and either did not get a call back or were told we would have to wait until next week. All American Septic called us back that day and told us they had received a cancellation for the next day and could come out first thing in the morning. Lewis arrived promptly this morning and after having to trim some tree limbs so his truck could get down our long narrow driveway he set right to work. Having been 17 years without being cleaned the tank was nearly up to the top. The top 4 or so inches had become rock hard and had to be broken up with a lot of water and a shovel to be able to get it out and all the liquified solids below. Not a pleasant task, however Lewis kept his good humor the entire time. After the cleaning had been completed he noted that the pipe leading into the tank was too tall and the top of the pipe was up against the cement covering and therefore the gas created from the waste was not able to adequately vent. He then took a hacksaw and cut away enough of the top of the pipe so that proper venting could take place. I really appreciated his demeanor, professionalism and his knowledge the job. He gave us some good tips on which toilet paper to use, which enzymes we should be adding and how to seal the lid to the tank to keep tree roots from damaging the tank. Overall I was very please with the service provided and with the gentleman providing the service.

High water alarm went off on the septic system, so it was basically an emergency. The company sent out a technician quickly and he diagnosed the problem as a faulty pump. He replaced the pump and also ran a performance test on the drain fields. He commented that the the drain fields a pumping down slowly and recommended the fields be hydro jetted. Based on a few other reports, it seems like the cost to replace the pump was a little high.

I thought the price was a little higher than it should have been but he did get my system working again. The alternative would have cost me about $20,000. I still have a lot of leftover rock left on top of the ground that I have to deal with but I would say I am mostly satisfied with the work. They were fine and the guy knows what he is doing. I will use them again in the future.

They were punctual. They found that a faulty electrical outlet was the reason my alarm light was on. They did not try to sell me a new pump since mine was fine. They did recommend that I get an electrician to repair the outlet.

We would recommend them to others. They were on time for the appointment and the people that did the installation were professional and knowledgeable. I thought that the price was fair and I spent about $650 or $700 on that service.

They are wonderful. They are courteous, on time and effective. They get the job done and don't overcharge you. They will let you know if they see anything coming so that you are able to get it fixed before it becomes a major problem. I have been very happy with them. They went ahead and fixed the prop to the receptacle without even asking me and later told me that they had fixed it. That was important since the wind could have blown it off. The workers who come out are courteous. They come and do what they need to do and leave.

Great advice to us on work needed. Did all of the work thoroughly and cleaned up excellently after the work was finished. Have kept in touch to make sure that we don't have questions or concerns on work done. Had no problem with us getting a second opinion and comparing pricing for scheduled work.

Excellent service. Professional and thorough. Great problem solving and repair but don't believe they do routine maintenance/inspection contracts.

Had an issue with the independent inspector, but all american came back out after I spoke with them and did 15 min of digging w/o charge.

Service appointment was made within 2 days of phone call. The employees had to dig through soil and turf to expose tanks. After emptying tanks they covered the ports so carefully that you could barely tell that the ground had been disturbed. They checked the pump and field valve while they were present. Everyone that I dealt with was courteous, professional, and friendly. We will definitely use them again.

Very honest and knowledgeable. Would use them again. Seemed more honest and straightforward than other companies I have used like Snowden. Would never use Snowden again. Very responsive. Family business.

Saw Septic light had came on, indicating fluid level in tank was too high. Looked at Angieslist and found top septic repair company. This is a dirty, nasty job. The guys were pretty funny about the whole POOP issue.

Vince must have spent over an hour on the phone with me, explaining the ins and outs of septic systems and the business. He was very patient as I was very nervous about buying a house with possible septic issues. He explained that he could warranty his work only, and so if the drain field were to stop accepting water again, he would have to re-do it. However, he could not guarantee how much life would be left in the system as a whole. In other words, If the drain field were dry, he'd have to fix it. If he had to come back out and it was saturated, then the system had just outlived its usefulness. I asked him how long did he think the system had. He was very honest with me in admitting that he could not know... It could be 2 years, it could be 10... Based on his honesty, we decided NOT to buy the house and we could not be more relieved with our decision. I just did not want to buy a house and take that risk on. If I were a homeowner stuck with septic issues though, I would definitely use Vince before going with the inspector's recommendation of replacement.

Very good experience overall. Lewis came out to inspect and pump out our septic system. He was early and got right to work before I even arrived (after calling for my OK). He is very knowledgeable and did a great job of pointing out problem areas of our system that we need to address. We moved in to the home several months ago and, as Lewis pointed out, it turns out that the builder cut some serious corners when installing the septic system. It's nothing we can't fix (it's only money right?). Lewis was very professional and did a great job of educating us on the system since we were clueless on how a septic system works. We plan to use All American for our future needs and will recommend them to others. I found the price to be fair based on other quotes I received.

I called All American Septic Solutions on Monday 6/27 to get our septic tank pumped out and serviced. The woman I talked to scheduled the service for today, 6/28, and said it would probably be done in the afternoon and that they would call an hour before arriving. I specifically requested that they call my home number first since I don't carry my cell phone unless I am out of the house... At 5:00 this afternoon I called their office to ask if they were still planning to come out. I got an answering machine and left a message. Between 6:30 and 7:00 PM I got a call back from the woman I had talked to originally, who said that that they had called my cell phone and left a message that afternoon. She even said that my request to call the home phone was in her notes but for some reason they had called the cell phone. Now they would have to reschedule... After waiting for them all afternoon I said I was disappointmented that they hadn't called the home phone as I requested, but I definitely wanted to reschedule and have them do the work. The woman then told me that they didn't want to do the job for someone who was already disappointed in them and suggested that I call someone else. This response seems extremely rude and unprofessional to me. All American Septic Solutions may or may not perform quality septic services, but my experience in dealing with them was terrible.

In the past 6 months we have had 3 different companies come out to pump our septic, the first 2 without even attempting to offer an explanation or ?fix?. The last company simply stated we would need to replace the entire system, which ?could? cost up to $30,000. We called 5 different companies requesting estimates and Vince was the first to respond. While we were waiting for the other 4 to return our calls, Vince picked up the drawings from the County, came to the house to diagnose the problem, and then ultimately discovered what the problem was and corrected the situation all within a 48 hour period (meanwhile we had yet to receive ANY return calls from the other companies we contacted for estimates). Rather than paying $25,000 for a new septic system, Vince was able to identify what the problem was an correct it for much less than what a new system would have cost. Vince recognized the urgency of our situation (let?s face it, having a septic that is out of commission, is a REAL inconvenience) and adjusted HIS schedule to accommodate us. He even pushed back a service-call that was scheduled before ours. He explained what the problem was and made sure we understood what had caused it, as well as what he would do to correct it.

Very responsive to my first call, they called back and quickly set up an appointment. Repairman was on time, very friendly, efficient, and professional. He showed me clearly what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it, and then got the job taken care of quickly. I will definitely call these guys first next time I have any issues with the septic system.

They were very expensive, but were very good. They came out twice for two separate jobs. The first time, they charged $500 and the second time I paid $800. They had to dig for the septic system from the house to the connection to the septic tank. They had to replace that pipe and fittings. There were roots that had grown into the pipe. They were punctual and explained everything well. I didn?t have any problems with the guys that came out to do the work. They were fine. They came very quickly and completed the job in a timely fashion. I was very happy with their work, even though they were very expensive. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We contacted Vince Sullivan at All American Septic Solutions to get a second opinion about our septic system. We suffered with the first company we contacted for over a month. They told us our drain field was saturated and we needed to add a new drain field for approximately $6,000.00 or replace the existing septic system with a new aerobic septic system for approximately $9,000.00. Not good! So, out of desperation on Wednesday morning, I started looking for another company and contacted All American Septic Solutions. Vince came out the same day and assessed our septic problem. He believed our drain field was clogged. He and his workers were at our house at 8:30 am Saturday to start digging. They immediately determined our drain field was fine and diagnosed the problem to be tree roots and solids clogging our drain field lines. By 4:30 pm the same day, they had completed the work listed above and we now had a fully functioning septic system again. I highly recommend anyone with septic problems to contact Vince at All American Septic Solutions. Don?t make the same costly mistake I did and call somebody else first. He and his workers are very polite and knowledgeable and did a great job.

The crew showed up when scheduled and worked diligently. They cleaned up after their work. The job turned out to be more involved than Vince expected and took an extra day, but the price remained same as the estimate. All in all a very good experience. I will call them again if I need septic work.

Our septic system was not functioning properly and causing water to back up into the house. Our home is over 30 years old and knew we would need to replace it at some point. Things had gotten pretty bad and we were on severe water restriction (which is a challenge with two small kids). We had two other septic services come out and assess the situation. Both just looked at my yard and deemed the septic system needed to be replaced. No digging, no examination of the tank, nothing. I called All American Septic and Vince spent a considerable amount of time explaining what may be happening with my system. He was very honest and straight forward. He said he was pretty successful in fixing old systems, but couldn't make any promises without taking a closer look. In fact, he even came out on a Sunday afternoon to check things out. Vince explained that tree roots may be causing the issues and it was possible he could fix it. His team came out and found no water was entering the drainfield due to roots overtaken the drainfield ring. The drainfield was completely dry and very usable. Vince's team cleaned out the drainfield ring, added root kller and added new cleanouts for future maintenance. All American Septic was the only company to take the extra mile and see if the system could be repaired. We appreciate his honesty and glad we found them. I would definitely recommend Vince and his team!
