I was very satisfied with the service that they provided.

Vince Sullivan, owner of this company, and his wife Judy Sullivan refused to do the work I paid the inspection fee for $250 to be applied to the contract for the work on the septic and drain field. We paid on Oct. 18 and I called on Oct 26 and 31st to get a status from anyone but only Joan the office clerk responded with an "uncomfortable" to do the work as their excuse. The company lacks integrity and a moral obligation to the work with. Their office number is 512-282-3889 and I would not call this number or Vince cell phone because no one answers or returns calls. I will take this to the next level and get my money returned. I will report this company to the BBB.

Excellent service. Vince demonstrated outstanding knowledge and skill, and proved very trust-worthy. Joan in the office was professional, patient and provided accurate and in-depth information. Dylan and the rest of the work crew were very polite, hard-working and careful on the property. Very stressful situation and so we definitely appreciate and recommend the great work All American Wastewater Solutions provided for our home.

Vince was on-time and on-budget. He and his 'trainee' got to work and got the job done quickly and efficiently. This was our second time to use this company and service. I don't rehire folks who haven't done a good job in the past.

See description above. They couldn't address my ultimate problem but I would use these guys again in a heartbeat for any septic issues beyond a simple pump-out. Their fees are reasonable, given the amount of work and equipment they brought to bear, though nothing septic seems inexpensive.

All American Wastewater Solutions completed the pump out and inspection for $1,020. I suspected these charges were high and later confirmed this. But please read on there is much more. During his inspection, Vince measured the depth of the tank openings. Specifications state they cannot be more than 12". This house was built just 7 years ago. We have all the paperwork showing permit and a passed inspection by county officials showing these openings were 12". We added landscape cloth and a layer of ornamental mulch. Vince measured to the base dirt line at 12”, then pointed to the ornamental mulch that was brushed aside, and labeled it 13” and that system now required risers. He put this in his report, then had the office send me a docusign authorization for an additional $765 to install risers on the tank openings. We were in effect held hostage by him because he knew if he put this in his report, the buyers would see it, and we would be held hostage to have to do the work. THIS WORK WAS NOT REQUIRED! No official would label these openings as more than 12" when just 7 years earlier it was inspected and passed by county officials. But I feel only a judge or county inspector has the right to make this determination, not Vince from All American Wastewater for the sole purpose of lining his pockets. UNETHICAL PRACTICES. DO NOT HIRE!!! I do not believe it was Vince’s call to deem a layer of ornamental much that is easily brushed aside as adding to the depth of these openings. It is not his right nor his place. Only county inspectors can do this. But Vince did, and held us hostage for the final bill of $782.14. He used this situation to his advantage because if we didn’t get the work completed, we would lose the sale of the house. Vince knew this, I discussed it with him prior, and maybe that was my mistake. Nevertheless, I was taken advantage of. This is unethical to say the least. I had no option to challenge his determination, no time to get a county official up there to make the determination, the 10-day option ended the next day. They were hired to install risers, and they were to bring the tank opening up to the ground. They also failed in this miserably as the openings were buried. If we were going to pay to add risers, we wanted them to be above ground as a convenience for the new owner. But no, they took a shortcut on this too, and the openings are buried. I have no way of telling if they even installed them. THEY TOOK A SHORTCUT ON THIS TOO!! Next, after they added the risers, they went off the grid. I asked for an invoice that itemized the cost of materials and labor. I managed to get the owner Judy on the phone once, then the next thing I know phone tag, and they would not answer my calls. I then contacted by e-mail numerous times, no response. I then filed chargeback citing the following: 1) Failure to clean up, they left a huge mess on our beautifully landscaped synthetic turf that is next to where the septic tanks are. This was a highlight of the house, and left it a mess right when we were selling. 2) Ignored my requests for an invoice that breaks out cost of materials and labor. 3) Did not install risers that were above ground. If they were going to install risers, I figured might as well leave openings above ground to benefit the future owners. But they did not, left them still buried. So took a short cut there. 4) Asked them about getting county officials to make the determination that if a system that passed 7 years earlier and met specs of 12” depths at that time are now out of spec due to a layer of ornamental mulch. They no longer respond nor take my calls. The house has sold and we no longer own it which is a good thing. However, I now have no recourse. I felt as if I was robbed, that someone reached into my pockets and stole $782. I do not want anyone else to fall victim to these practices. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE!!! UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

It went well and they were very professional, explaining everything they were doing. It is expensive, but if it works properly, we won't have to have this done for several years. We have a lot of trees in our yard and hairlike roots fill up the pipes in the drainfield.

It went well. I thought I might need a new septic system. I was happy they could repair it. They had to excavate to find the pipes and replace parts of the pipe that had large roots growing and we're damaged. They finished in one day. They cleaned up the work site. My only slight dissatisfaction was that I had to wait so long to get on the calendar (because they are in demand)! It was worth the wait. They are professional.

Agree 100% with previous review. These guys know what they are doing. Vince and crew are honest, reliable and efficient. Worth every penny and the crew walked me through step by step what they were doing. If you have an older system in need of repairs you MUST call All American first!!! I found them on Angies List and want to keep these A+ reviews going for them!!!

After having my septic system pumped out twice in three months, I contacted All American as a last resort before replacing my 30+ year old septic system. I was a little skeptical at first, but these guys did a fantastic job rejuvenating my drain field with their hydrojet system, even though my system was old and about 100 feet from the street down a pretty rugged hillside. They were fast, professional, and really nice people. They took the time to explain what the issues were at each step of the process, did a great clean up job, and still finished in less than a day. After four months, my septic system still works flawlessly, as good if not better than it did when I bought my house 18 years ago. I highly recommend these guys--if I could give them a higher grade than A, I would.

Will was extremely knowledgeable, bright, and informative. Most important, he was very thorough, and did NOT try to sell us on any unnecessary work. I have the fullest confidence in him and the owners of the company.

It turned out the problem was easier than anticipated, The area repaired was the PVC pipe to the tank and the PVC pipe that exited the tank to the drain field, in total about a 10 foot length. This job took 2 people 3 hours, and the cost was $2,300. I asked how did they arrive at that total, and never got a detailed answer, just they were a big company that hired employees , not contract labor and had expensive equipment.

Very well. I contacted them in the morning, and they were able to send service before noon to diagnose my issue. The fix was fairly straightforward, and the guys they sent went ahead and performed tests on my system to make sure my drain field wasn't clogged before they left. They also quoted me for a complete reseal on my tanks if I wanted to do that in the future in order to eliminate ground water seeping into my tanks.

From the start American Wastewater Solutions were amazing. During the initial phone call they were able to suggest options on what the problem may be, worse and best case scenarios. They turned up on time and prepared to do the job right away. In a short while they showed me the problems, which matched their initial assessment and confirmed the original estimate would be enough to do the job. The job was completed in short time. Not only did they fix the problem they took the time to improve the system. The final invoice came in and it was below estimate. In a sentence American Wastewater Solutions are professional, punctual, pleasant people who provide a quality service for a fair price.

Wonderful experience! Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I had an initial consultation to plan out our maintenance strategy so that I was fully aware of the amount of digging and work that would likely be needed. I was also given a very accurate quote for the services. On my scheduled day they arrived on time and got right to work. They finished faster than I thought they would and the work was completed for the quoted price. I'm very satisfied with All American. It's so nice to work with people you can trust.

I contacted them hophoping to get an estimate on a septic system. I was told that a planner would have to meet with me at my location to get data to draw up a plan and that would cost $200. What I didn't understand was that for the 200 bucks, all I got was the visit, I would have to dig my own holes or pay him to dig holes so he could "review the strata" and then he could draw up a plan for another $2000! "What did I just pay you $200 for?" I asked. He responded with, "This meeting". I admit I didn't know anything about the industry and that it was unusual for a planner to ask for so much money up front. I also didn't know that the average price for a septic plan is 500-800. In other words I didn't exactly know what he was supposed to do when he got there, but I thought he would at least do something. So, here is my life lesson, don't give people your credit card until you have a real understanding of what they are promising to do. I would have never paid anyone to come out to my property to give me a sales pitch. I tried to get a refund, and they were not terribly rude.

Called on a Wednesday and talked to a friendly lady who set me up for an appointment the following Monday between 12 and 5 PM. She went over the pricing structure and asked about access to the septic tank. She said the driver would call before coming. On Monday, the driver, Vince, called just before 1 PM and said they'd be there in about 45 minutes. Vince and his partner arrived in 30 minutes and got right to work. My tank access was straight-forward, so they didn't have to search for that. They backed the truck down the driveway to get close to the access point, popped off the concrete cap, cleaned the area around the top to keep debris from falling into the tank, inserted the hose end into the tank and turned on the pump. It was noisy but in less than 30 minutes it was complete. Vince wrote up the invoice and I paid with my credit card. Vince also looked over my drain field as I was concerned over some standing water, but he said it was more likely the sprinkler system for which I was relieved. Everything was handled in a friendly and professional manner. I will definitely call them again when I need services that they provide.

It went fine, after all the system is only 2 years old so there shouldnt be any issues. I changed companies because I didn't appreciate the unprofessional manner of the one that was tied to the install per contractor. American ....seems both more responsive, polite and professional in there service, but this is only the start. I will let you know if there are any issues going forward.

I used All American Wastewater Solutions earlier this year to pump out my septic tank. After the work was completed, I wrote a "glowing" review on Angie's list, rating them "A" in all categories. My only negative comment this time is the the price I paid for the work ($295.00), which I believe was somewhat unreasonable. The company was VERY clear in explaining the price in advance and providing a written proposal which I needed to return before the work could be done. I should have done some homework ahead of time, because the actual repair work was very easy and I could/should have done it myself. All American Wastewater Solutions personnel were at my home for less than an hour and the work consisted (almost entirely) of unscrewing the valve cover and substituting (sliding into place) the new part for the defective part. The price for an entirely new value on Amazon is $44.99 - and only half of the valve was needed in the repair. While I would certainly consider using All American Wastewater Solutions again, next time I need some septic tank related work, I will do some research ahead of time and also get other estimates.

I think they did a really good job. They're very professional and trustworthy.

The owner called me before they scheduled the work and gave me a very detailed explanation of what the problem was, how they would go about the repair, and what kinds of problems they might encounter and how each of those problems would effect the cost. He was incredibly detailed and accurate. There were no surprises and the cost was exactly how much they told me it would be. I was impressed with their level of expertise and the level of detail they went into when describing what to expect. I don't really have any way to compare pricing since I didn't get multiple bids, but based on internet searches, their price was low to average. Even if I found that it was high, I'd still go with these guys again. I have a lot of peace of mind now, and I don't always have that when a service is performed on my house.

The gentlemen located a small grey water septic but not the main one we needed pumped out which was not his fault. He was very courteous and professional but didn't have the tools necessary to work with the older system. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
