Description of Work: This company is owned by a young couple who are purchasing it from a family member. The offer was for $75 for a basic housecleaning. This is a very good price for my house. The couple did the cleaning themselves. They arrived a little late due to unexpected heavy traffic on I-35 and not realizing just how far out my house is. They did call to say they were stalled in traffic and would be about 15 minutes late, which was an accurate estimate. They did a very good job of cleaning and were very polite; attempting to do the job as I wanted/needed. They did the basics one would expect for a regular housecleaning. I would have them back for a second try except I am really out of their service area. Inspite of that fact, they did not try to get out of the agreement--they came and did the job. I am very particular about cleaning, and do not tolerate things left undone or poorly done. I felt they did a very good job, especially for the distance they drove, and the price they were charging.

Description of Work: Steve was very kind in setting up the appointment and changing the appointment, having to work around my husband's cancer treatments. Steve and Sandy showed up promptly and worked efficiently cleaning my house. They dusted, cleaned my bathrooms, vacuumed, swept, mopped, and cleaned the kitchen. They did an excellent, thorough job of cleaning. They were pleasant to work with and very professional. I actually had a voucher from Angie's List for their services, and will use them again.

They always do more than expected and do an excellent job cleaning. Their cost is very reasonable. I hired them on a permanent basis after their first visit and am so glad I did. + -1 moreIt went way beyond my expectations! Her and her crew arrived on time, very professional, and spent 3-4 hours on my house. Clean, clean, cleannnnnnn! She was extremely nice to my animals and was good about not leaving doors open so they could get out. I thought if this is the normal routine of cleaning a house (and i've gone through many housekeepers), then she is hired to come back! I highly recommend her and am very happy with her abilities and felt totally at ease and trust her immensely. She has been with me 3 months now cleaning this home. Keep up the good work! Jodi
Description of Work: I obtained Alicia through the web and was very impressed with her over the phone, so I set up a time where we could meet to go over cleaning my home. My sq. footage is fairly small, but I have heavy traffic constantly as well as pets. I need it cleaned top to bottom on a regular basis.

In addition to cleaning, they organized and straightened up a few messes laying around and left little trash bags in all of our small trash cans which was a nice touch. They are very professional and courteous and I will definitely use them again in the future.

We started with a walk through of the house and we talked about what areas needed to be the priorities for the cleaning. There was an emphasis on getting the kitchen ready to cook the Thanksgiving meal, which meant cleaning every nook & cranny. The stovetop was nearly spotless when they finished (not sure how they accomplished that!), the appliances all shiny clean, and counters and sinks ready for heavy duty holiday cooking. The rest of the house looked spotless when they were done, and I'm ready for my guests. The Santiago's own their business and care deeply about having satisfied clients. Count me as one.
Description of Work: The work was to clean my home prior to the arrival of Thanksgiving houseguests. The focus was to make sure the bathrooms, kitchen and guest bedroom were ready, along with covering the basics like dusting, running the vacuum and mopping the floors.

I was not able to be at home when he and his wife came to clean so I left them a list of what I wanted done. They not only did what I asked but exceeded my expectations! I came home to a house that sparkled and shined! I have already called to set up bi-monthly cleaning services....they do a great job and I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreOverall, they did a lousy job. After they left, I actually cleaned my stovetop using a household cleaner and a sponge. I also had to clean my floors with a sponge to get the spots that were easy to get up if only they had mopped them with some sort of cleaning agent. There were christmas tree needles remaining on shelving below the top of book cases. They didn't dust anything in the bedrooms or the office nor did they make the beds or change bed linen where fresh linens were provided. Did they even go into the bedrooms? I expected my small home to sparkle, which it did not. I was surprised they left before the job was done.
Description of Work: This initial appointment was supposed to be a deep cleaning which is why it was $40 more expensive than maintenance cleaning. From what we could see after they left, they did clean the bathroom tiles, but didn't dust. They vaccuumed the wood & tile floors, but didn't clean them. They wiped off the top of book cases, but didn't dust the shelves. We're not quite sure what else they DID do.

They are very professional, do a thorough job, are reasonably priced and trustworthy. Since we've had our baby, they've not only cleaned but helped make sure the house is babyproofed.
