+ -1 moreThe work done was fine but the service person didn't have enough linear feet of window trim (plastic beading around aluminum windows) to do the rest of windows and said they would call with a quote for it. Never heard from them. Was please with the window replacement, but not with the lack of call on the other job. The trim is tedious and assume not something they really wanted to do.
Description of Work: Had them out to fix a broken window after hailstorm and to replace window trim broken by hail. They replaced window and trim around it. They were fast and courteous and the replacement was actually ahead of schedule.

+ -1 moreThe price was right on, the estimate came back quickly, the installer was late about 30 min both times, he broke a mirror in my case while installing the 1st glass top and came back same week to replace it. At the end of the day, the job got done. I would use them again.

+ -1 moreThe service with Alamo has been rather inconsistent. After the initial work was done, most of the windows were just fine. Two of them had adhesive dripping of the bottom sill. Apparently this is a common problem when installing insulated windows. They came right over and replaced those two windows, but did not measure, and we had to wait for another order to come in. In the end everything was fine, but it took a little longer than it should have. In general, they did a respectable job.
Description of Work: Alamo Glass Incorporated replaced twelve double paned windows in our home.
